Our experience at Dietz was awesome. I stopped by just to compare zero turn mowers and after about 10 minutes knew that whatever I purchased would come from them. They are over an hour away from where we live, but just spending some time there I was sold.They had tons of knowledge about what I was looking at, they were not pushy at all and didn’t try to “sell” one brand over the other, and they gave honest feedback on questions.We came back three days later and purchased, and it was just as good of a process. Even on an incredibly busy Saturday (I think there were 8 customers at one point) they juggled everyone and did not ignore people.Truly one of the best experiences I have had on a purchase. I kind of wish Dietz sold cars…..Dale was phenomenal and we even found a tool bar we needed to change out a plow.

Thank you to the great service department at Dietz for repairing my Kawasaki Mule. Garret diagnosed my problems then properly & economically completed them. She runs better than when I first bought her. Great job to Mark & his team I truly appreciate it.

I bought a Shaver post driver from Mr Dietz. Ive been wanting a post driver and called around, my local tractor dealer had no interest in selling one. I emailed the factory and got little help.I called Dietz tractor and they gave me all the info I wanted.I drove 5 hours to buy from Dietz and am very happy I did. I will probably do more business with them in the future.Update.... The driver works great, just as Mr. Dietz said.

These folks sell LS tractors but they seem to always be out of stock for the most common parts. Youll be lucky if you go there and find them stocked with the oil filter, air filter, and fuel filter for your model LS. I had to travel 72 miles from home to Austin to get a complete set of filters. I needed a small part that cracked on my tractor and I waited a month for them to finally tell me they could not find a replacement. I had to call the manufacture myself to get the part replaced. Yes they are friendly people with very poor customer service. More like we got your money already, who cares about you.

Mark and his dad hooked me up with a great deal on a tractor that already had the front end loader and backhoe installed. That was 6 years ago, and its still running strong. Massey Ferguson is the way to go.

Tractor is great. I have to give them a 1 star because I was lied to by the sales man Dale Hawkins. Not just once but several times. Several times I mentioned I wanted to pay my truck off before taking on the tractor payments and needed 45 days. Several times he lied to me and said the payments wont start until 45 days after I signed. Lie number one and that lie was over and over again. Then he said he would come out and show me how to use the tractor, go thru everything with me. Show me how to set auger in ground to disconnect and reconnect. He never did, the poor guy who came out to deliver the tractor said he never does it. He tried to go thru it all. That was the second lie. I suggest going anywhere else but here until they fire the liar. The worst thing in sales is a liar, shop elsewhere. There was no options when I called in all she kept saying was you signed the contract and I said yes I did. Once again no one seems concerned your salesman is lying to sell your tractors.

Garrett and the service department where awesome. Dropped what they where doing and found the problem with my Ferris mower right away.Great job guys!

Went in yesterday at 2pm to purchase our tractor thinking we wouldn’t be able to get it until Monday but within 2 hours Dale had worked his magic and the service crew had it ready to deliver same day! They delivered our new LS XG2025, shredder and Pallet fork this morning at 7 am!! Talk about SERVICE!! Can’t wait to use the tractor!

Took a tractor there for minor repairs. The tractor had many new out of the box parts on it and when i finally got the tractor back, they replaced the brand new parts with cheap parts. After asking for the return of the brand new parts the company said all the new parts were no good and they no longer had them. Again i asked for the parts because they were new out of the box and i could have returned the items for a refund. I was promised the parts would be found and returned, and months later nothing. The repair job that was done cost around 1500 and my tractor stopped working 2 months after getting it back from them. I will never send anything to them to repair again. Not only do i feel scammed, but the repair job was expensive and shotty. Im still without a tractor because i cant afford to have it repaired again somewhere else.

From the receptionist to the owner and Leon, Garrick, and Doug, I was treated so well, youd have thought we were neighbors. I could not have asked for a friendlier and more professional group....thank you all....

Ive bought 4 tractors from Dietz over the past 11 years. 2 were old Massey Fergusons. The last two were new LS Tractors. First one was a G3038 with backhoe and my most recent was an LS XR4155C with backhoe. This thing is beautiful. Very nice Cab. A/C works great. The XR4155C was my first experience with the new common rail diesel engines that are coming out and I can tell you that my new common rail 55 hp engine burns less fuel than my previous 2014 model 38 hp engine. The backhoe is substantial. Much bigger and beefier than something you would find for rent at a Home Depot. Much more capable and I can take it on or off in under five minutes by myself. I priced a Deeres equivalent version with 600 lbs less lifting capacity and only a 2 year warrantee and it was $68,000. My LS was $30,000 less!!!! And $24,000 less than Kubotas version after what ever rebate they were offering at the time. Again, 600 lbs less and even less warrantee. 1 year on this, 2 years on that, extended to 3 years for $3,000 more dollars. LS has a full 5 year warrantee. If you dont believe me than go see the prices for yourself. How can it be so affordable you ask. LS doesnt spend near as much in advertising. I would say the quality equals any big name brand out there and is a much better tractor than a Mahindra. Mahindra cant even touch these prices. Again, you are paying Mahindras massive advertising bill. Read Mahindras fine print on their warrantee. If you use your Mahindra for commercial or farm use, what its made for, your 6 or 7 year warrantee is void!!! Like I said, this is my fourth tractor and Dietz has never done me wrong. Talk to Mark and Im telling you, youll walk away with a lot more tractor and a lot more money in your pocket. I recommend Dietz to all my friends and co-workers. Thanks Mark.

We Purchase a new LS 7040 and a new 15 ft 1845 batwing bush hog .. The tractor is 95 hp.. The tractor runs hot pulling the shredder . The tractor has more trailer time hauling it to Dietz tractor than working time .. The a/c has been out 6 diff times also .. In March the tractor was hauled five diff times to the shop for the a/c .. What I didnt know as I was shaking Mark Dietz hand and talking to him about the tractor and all the problems we where having . He had been having an affair with my now ex fiancé Tonya Barina sense January 2016 tell June 2016 . I dont think Dietz tractor cares about there customers .. I have spent over $8700 at Dietz tractor sense January 2016 . A lot more that that last year on the new tractor and the new bush hog .. Mark would shake my hand and look at me in the eyes and tell me they would get the tractor problems work out .. Knowing what he was doing behide my back .. I guess you could say he was taking care of Tonya instead of trying to figure the tractor problems out.. Shows good customers mean nothing ..
