Went to Bliss nails, it was my first time. My daughter has went a couple of times for pedicures and liked it. Thought I’d try it. The lady was nice and gentle but my nails look terrible. They are not even and some look bad around the Cuticles. Won’t be going back.

Cathy and rose are very clean no pain i love cathy because she explains everything and is so nice she takes care of me well. thank you cathy!! my friend got rose she tried a brand new design, she didn’t complain that she hadn’t done it before and she did it beautifully. she is also so nice. thank you rose and cathy!! highly recommend bliss nail spa!!!

My first time here was amazing! Very professional and clean also super friendly. She did these nails very smoothly, i loved outcome! Definitely a great sns service, i will becoming again!

Frances has done my nails on many occasions and they always look fantastic! She has done several intricate designs using gel polish and I have been able to get them to last up to a month! She is patient, caring and professional! I always get compliments on my nails after she does them. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic place! I was in town for the weekend and they were so accommodating. I showed them a picture of the dip nails that I wanted and we worked together to make the design perfect for me. They turned out beautiful. The spa is very clean and modern. It felt great to treat myself at a place like this especially at such a great price. It was also very Covid friendly. All of the employees wore masks (although customers are not required to do so). There was also a nice community atmosphere at Bliss! As soon as I sat down other customers made conversation with me and I loved how the nail tech checked how I liked my nails through every step of the process!

I made an appointment a week out for 3 pedicures followed by 2 manicures and a full set. The other two folks in the party had their pedicures start on time, but it took another 30 mins for the tech to start on mine. It was frustrating since I had booked everything together and they knew we were coming. A lady did come by and apologize for the delay during my treatment, but at that point - what choice do I have? The other two people got their manicures. And I got my full set. I had brought my own polish, so it stayed on fine. The issue I had was one of my nails popped off less than a week after getting then done (scratching leg, nothing too strenuous). Ive gotten my artificial nails done on/off for over a decade and never had a nail come off in less than a WEEK after getting then done. Additionally, my friend who used their polish starting setting chipping in less than a week as well. I dont live in the area, so I wasnt planning on going back anyway but I just wanted to share my experience.

The first time I went for a pedicure I had Vivian and she was fantastic! I got the gel polish and it looked awesome! However, the second time I went I had a young man. I opted to not get the gel this time. When I got home I had polish on my toes, not just the nail, lol. The polish also looked clumpy on my toes and my toe nails were still jagged where he did not cut them or file them smoothly. The place is real clean and a nice atmosphere. I’m just not sure I will go there again. Very disappointed the second time.

New to town so decided to try this place. Came as a walk in, was taken immediately. The woman who did my nails did a horrible job and the polish smudged and chipped off later that same day. The drying station, was a joke. It is a slab with regular light bulbs underneath. The place seemed dirty as well. When I was rung up I couldnt believe the price, $20 for a regular manicure? Moving from NYC I never would have thought the price for a manicure would be more expensive here! Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Had a great experience at Bliss Nail Spa! The spa is immaculate and extremely clean. Kathy did an amazing job! She is personable, professional and gives great ideas if you need help with nail design. They offer a wide variety of services that are hard to find at other salons. Great experience!

Disappointed in the age of the polish. It never dried even after hours. I was so careful and even kept the slippers on for 3 hours while I sat at a cafe. And until I got home. I took a close look at it only to see the polish allocated up like play dough. I did recall her adding a liquid to the polish right before she put it on too but hoped all would go well. Very frustrating after paying $30 and a $6 tip to have a terrible polish job. I loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place but I wont ever use their polish again.

I have been coming here for 2 years and every time I come I always leave loving my nails. Everyone that has ever done my nails there are super sweet!! I always recommend it to my friends! 10/10 would and will come back again

My first time at Bliss Nail and Spa was amazing. The place is clean and I was taken care off very quickly once I entered the store and washed my hands. Cathy took great care of me and also made me feel comfortable as it was my first time at the nail salon. She was very kind and paid attention to what I wanted. I highly recommend her.

Today was my daughters and Is first experience at this nail salon. The prices are ridiculous! The manager tried to charge my daughter $60 for a fill-in meanwhile the price list says $25 dollars. Then for my other daughter one of the nail techs said he couldnt tell us the price until he put the tips on my daughters hands which is absolutely not true and just ridiculous. We were definitely being over charged! This was a terrible experience! I would give 0 stars if I could. We will NEVER be returning!

Wonderful experience getting SNS with Mimi! The experience was lovely, they followed all CDC protocol and regularly were cleaning all surfaces. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, clean, professional, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

They have a few good techs who do a great job. Theyre always friendly. I have been here 3 times to get my nails done. Id advise you to find a tech you like and schedule appointments with that one. My biggest concern was the lack of protection provided to customers. They will take your temp and have you wash your hands, but sit you hip to hip with another customer. All of the tech stations have plexiglass in front but nothing on the sides. They fill each chair with NO social distance between customers. I have loved ones who have had the virus and an aunt who passed from it. Simply taking a persons temp does not mean theyre not carrying the virus.. Im in the medical field and Ive seen many test positive who did NOT have an initial temperature. Therefore, its important to follow social distancing along with the other precautions. They need to do better on this part!!!

Today was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. Kathy gave me a full set of acrylic nails and she did an amazing job! I also got a facial and it was very soothing. Overall, I had a good experience here.

This was my first visit. I took my husband out for a spa day. They made us feel very uncomfortable, they kept looking at us in a weird way then looking at each other and start talking in their language and then would laugh. It was a very uncomfortable environment. They did a horrible job on our pedicure. They Where very lazy uninterested and unwelcoming. I will NEVER go there again this was my first and last time going to this place. I get a mani and pedi once a month and I must say this was my worse experience EVER!!!

I had terrible service. The lady who did my nails completely ruined them. I wanted a bright pink and when I was asked to pick a color out, I ended up having to choose from a power not the nail tips. The powder was the color I wanted and when first applied it looked great. Soon that all changed. After about 5mins after application the color changed to be rlly orange. I also realized after application that there were sparkles on my nails which was not at all what I wanted. The nail shape was terrible. I asked for coffin and got a square shape but still got changed $5 extra for something I didn’t get. When I complained about how I didn’t like the nails she told me that it was already on my hand and that it was too late to change it. She also told me that since I was the one to pick out the color that it could not be changed. The color of the power vs what ended up on my nail was a very different color and the lady who did my nails refused to change them to the way I like. Terrible waste of $55. Do NOT come here.

Cathy had me try something new and I absolutely loved it!!! She made my nails gorgeous and made me feel so at home! I’m a loyal customer now and will request for her everytime!!! I can’t wait to see what she does for my birthday set💕💕💕

I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in on a whim. I was immediately greeted at the door and sat down in minutes with a wonderful nail technician. I got SNS with tips and they look amazing! While there, I also got eyebrow threading done and I’m so happy with how they look. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Frances is awesome. She gave me a great hand massage. The spa is very clean and got me right in without an appointment. Great place and I highly recommend.

My nails did not turn out good at all. They were completely flat and had no apex. I kindly asked the tech to add an apex. She tried, but wasn’t quite able to create that. She said it was because my natural nails are flat... I’ve been getting acrylics for years, and no one has ever said that or had an issue creating the basic foundation of a nail on me before. The nails were not even lengths or shape. I ended up with acrylic all over my skin and cuticles. I didn’t want to be rude, so after my first attempt to ask for adjustments, I stopped asking. The tech just didn’t have the skill. Maybe other techs there do.

Cathy is the best nails custom designs. Im so happy she did my nails. I will be back soon.

Came here for the first time today and loved loved loved the pedicure. It was well worth the money and I WILL be coming back.

Went here and spent $60 on a fill in and foil design. Nail broke next day. Manager told me to come back at a certain time. I came back and had to wait over an hour for one nail that did not get fixed. I will save my coins and go elsewhere. Thanks a lot.

I recently got the microblade service and the hybrid lash extensions and I couldnt be happier! The services were super sanitary, the staff were extremely professional, and I am so happy I chose Bliss to provide these services. I will not come to this place again, I had SNS on my nails with no tip. And after 7 days the nails are chipping and lifting. I’ve had SNS before and it will last 2-3 weeks when it’s been applied properly! I don’t work hard to waste 54$ to have my nails chip and breakdown after a week. My occupation has nothing to do with service breakdown, I work at a desk for my job. There’s no excuse and this is the 2nd time I’ve had service breakdown after leaving this salon. Don’t waste your time with this place if you think your getting what you pay for. Your paying for broken chipping nails in a week or less, might as well just throw your money in the trash because that’s literally what you will get if you go here.

Love love love! I just came here for the first time the other day and they were so sweet. Lucy did my nails and she did such a good job and was really easy to talk to and she made sure I liked everything before I left. The color i picked looked a little different but i still liked it. I ended up breaking one on accident a couple days later but I just stopped in and they fixed it really quick. Can’t recommend them enough!

My lady did an amazing job with my gel manicure and regular pedi. They are great about safety with a few questions and temp check at the door. Then washing your hands before seating at your station. They had a good selection of Regular polish colors with matching gel colors. And several gel swatches to go through. They did have dip as well with a wide variety of color. So far the mani/ped has been good and held up. I look forward to going back here!

Decided to stop by after work with a friend and was highly satisfied overall. The employees were super friendly, its super clean and well decorated inside, and the service was outstanding. We got pedicures and it was very relaxing. We will most definitely be back!

I really love this place! However I had an issue with my colors. They explained it was the manufacturers fault my nails pink toes nude! I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone but you would think because it was not right I would have got $1-5 off my service which was over $80 which I do not mind paying if I get what I want! They should do better at accommodating clients when something goes wrong. I could not even leave a tip because I was so unhappy all they said was Sorry!!

I made an appointment online for 11 am. I arrived on time and this place was PACKED. Socially distancing was impossible. Not all clients had on a mask and some people were sitting around not even there for a service. When my service finally started 30 minutes later (what was the point of making an appointment?) I was so concerned for my safety that I decided not to have the manicure done and just paid for the pedicure. Smh, I had high hopes but was dissatisfied. The air quality was poor as well. There was limited circulation and all you can smell are the nail chemicals. I’ll have to find a new nail salon.

Worst SNS I’ve ever had, lasted a week and then they all chipped and started lifting. Employees are rude and never even spoke a word....don’t waste your time

This is an ok place but after paying 130 dollars I expected to have a greater outcome. The tips are not anything near what I wanted, but my toes look great!

Did my nails yesterday and they were in a rush got there at 5pm my nails are so bumpy do not recommend there was glue stuck all over my fingers and uneven nail designs horrible experience and the lady that did my toes was so rude $110 is not a good price

Been looking for a good nail salon for awhile now, think I’ve finally found it. Everyone working there is so sweet and you can tell they really care about your experience. I felt super welcome and listened to, I would highly recommend just based on service alone. My nails also turned out beautifully and are definitely worth the price. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else they have to offer!

I set up an appointment for today and was running late so I called and let them know rescheduled my appointment for a later time today. When i got there the set up was so beautiful and elegant and they started on my nails as soon as I checked in. Lucy did an exquisite job on my nails and the manager was just the sweetest lady! This is definitely my new go to place for nails and I’ll be telling all my friends and family about this place. They are slightly more pricey than some other places but the quality definitely matches!
