A bit slow. Took quite a while just to complete my fill in & gel polish. Have a few flaws likes dents and lumps in my nails. Also, the man bumped my polish but then blamed me for it. Huffed and puffed about having to redo that nail to fix his own mistake.

Ready for me when I got there. Place is always clean. Owners are always so pleasant and do a great job.

Always a good day when I have time for a mani/pedi here. French manicure? Yes! Color-crazy toes? Yes! And best of all, the owners know their regulars well and make them feel very much at home. Go, enjoy!

I have been going to Vinny since 2004. I always make an appointment. That way I know that I will be taken care of in a timely manner. Sometimes they are booked up or busy and that’s why I prefer to make appointments. MiMi and Kim are great also. Kim does my husband’s pedicures when he needs one. Their prices are reasonable also. Thank you Vinny for your great work, friendliness and for taking good care of my nails and feet all these years!!

I have been here many many times and ALWAYS RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Mimi does a fantastic nod with ingrown toenails. I would recommend Star Nails to my family and actually took my grandson that’d to have his ingrown nails cut out. I saw a couple of negative reviews on Star Nails. I guess you just can’t please everyone but I’m certainly pleased with the service I have received. Try it before you judge it.

If I could rate this place lower, I would. What a despicable place. They had more than enough workers and only two people waiting but they refused us, telling us they were too busy. It was for my daughters 8th birthday.

I did not have an appt but did have a Christmas gift cert. I did not have to wait long, the service was great both nails and pedicure. I would recommend to anyone, but I would recommend having an appointment, if you are in a big hurry.

I walked in and was completely ignored. Finally I spoke up and they threw the SNS colors at me and said pick color. After another 5 minutes of being ignored I finally walked out. Worst customer service ever.
