I am now employed with the Budd Group. All of the staff is awesome. They helped me through everything and were very speedy getting me to work.

They don’t know how to communicate with their employees. They are rude

I was a hourly cleaner and within a year I become a janitorial site supervisor. Also I have a wonderful team and a supportive manager . I have been with the company 5 years and counting .

They are very dishonest people all of them. They will lay you off then act like it was your fault. Then they will put a no rehire on your files.

Worse company to work for I just got fired for something I didnt do at all said I have a bad attitude. I am the nicest person you could ever meet I would give you my shirt off my back if it came down to it. I was cleaning a bank and the bank employees loved my work they even stated it I do a better job than the last guy was there. Its actually clean the lobbies and bathrooms always clean the bank employees said the facility its always very nice and neat all the dust was finely gone when I started. I do a really fantastic job but after they fired me today they had a girl waiting in the parking lot and automatically hired her right after they fired me. That was a very shady deal right there I would never refer somebody to this group the way I was treated today.

I love my Budd Group family there great everyone gets along. My boss is great always there when i need him, The office ladys are great as well, i have a problem someone there to fix it. Budd Group is wounderful company to work for..not everyones cup of tea❤💚💜💙💛

I Once Worked For Them. It Was Not That Bad. Except When I Worked Through Them Over At The VA Health Care Center In Kernersville. I Had A Really Nice Boss In Beginning. I Had 2 Boses When They Moved My Nice Boss To Raleigh I Found Out My New Boss Was Really Mean. While I Was Working For Them Over At The Hospital Most Of The Workers Felt Like They Wanted To Be Lazy/ Let There Work Duties Slide. There Were Alot Of Complaints About Things Not Getting Cleaned Etheir Not Getting Cleaned Or Not Getting Cleaned Properly. Infact Some Of The Employees Would Cut Corners If They Got Overwhelmed While Working. Over At The VA Health Care Center They Wanted EVERYTHING!!!! Cleaned I MEAN SPOTLESS 100%. After So Many Complaints When I And All Of The Other Environmental Services Technicans Walked Into Work One Day We Found Out Our Contract Ended Because Of A Outbid By Another Janitorial Company And A Bad Relationship With The Client. I Am Never Working Over At The VA Health Care Center Again.

Its really crazy that I cant unlock my account in the browser and I have to call down to the main office and they have to unlock it.. And everytime I call im transferred and the people are never there. Never. I dont want to leave a message I want to speak with an actual human being. I get you have breaks and people goto to the office, but literally everytime I call up there. That aint right. This goes for if its about an account or job wise.other than that, the school im at is great, staff people are awesome/friendly to work with.

With the company no problem, the problem is the manager who touched me and worse when the wife gets involved always claiming hours that do not appear in your payment and always punches in and out of a phone that they themselves have and end up putting the ones that they They want, the company pays you a year on vacation but the manager makes you work for another year and 5 more months so that they pay you the week of vacation and an endless number of misunderstandings, true Mr. Marvin Espinoza and Wife Lizbeth.
