I tried to be nice and avoid a review but after my second bad experience and multiple requests for a review I decided I would oblige. Plus, I think people deserve to know about poor experiences, especially with a company who seems to have such good reviews. I booked my initial appointment for a monthly clean online and was told I would be contacted for further information. I never was. Then out of the blue two maids knocked on my door for my “scheduled” cleaning. The deep clean I had hoped for was anything but. It looked like everything was moved slightly out of place purposely to make it look like it had been cleaned, but there was still dust and dog hair pretty much everywhere. While cleaning one of the maids broke a porcelain figurine that my mother gave me before she died. I barely got an apology and was told they would try to replace it, which of course they didn’t (and couldn’t because it was priceless to me). The manager Crystal has terrible customer service manners and was almost rude to me after this incident. Immediately after discussing the broken item I was asked for a full payment for service. No discussion was had about my “next” scheduled cleaning and I assumed I would just never deal with them again. But no. The next month, again out of nowhere, two maids showed up at my house unannounced. I told them I did not realize I was still set up for monthly cleans since I had heard nothing from them and would not be requiring their service. They called their manager Crystal to discuss the issue and I was told she had sent me a text notifying me of my cleaning a few minutes prior. Of course I had not received any messages and happily showed my phone to the maids. Then I was told I would be charged for the cancellation!I am flabbergasted by all the good reviews online and feel like people should be aware of my experience before they book with this company. I also noticed that the company responds to every negative review stating they do not have record of ever cleaning that reviewers home, so I would like to make it very clear that I am indeed reviewing the right company (two maids and a mop) and that they have been to my home on two separate occasions. And I have talked to their ridiculous and rude manager Crystal several times. I will be filing a formal complaint as well. I am not someone who wants to badmouth a company and was perfectly content keeping my mouth shut about it, but this second indiscretion has been more than I can keep quiet about. BEWARE!!

I happened to be visiting my Mom for the week when Maggie & Jasmine came to her house to clean. Mom had scheduled them to come do a deep cleaning since she hadnt been well enough lately to do it herself. M& J arrived on time and were very professional. After a walk-through of the house and going over what was to be done to make sure expectation were met, they got to work. They were very thorough and efficient. Amazingly they only took one short (less than 10 minutes) break the entire time they were there. They were there at least 6 hours. After they were done, they were very good about cleaning up and disposing of any trash. We had the chance to talk to them a bit while they were working. Both are very nice young ladies. My Mom was grateful to have them come and was pleased with their work. Shed gladly use their services again in the future. A sincere thank you to Maggie and to Jasmine!

Stephanie and Cassie were awesome. When they arrived they were cheerful and got right to work. Stephanie paid special attention on how I made my bed because she wanted it to be just right for me. They both did a great job. My 2 cats loved them also and can’t wait to see them again.I would definitely recommend them.

We tried to get our house cleaned before moving in. The floors and baseboards were still covered in sheetrock dust after they did their cleaning. The closets were also still filled with dust after asking them specifically to get these taken care of. I tried to have them reduce the $500+ they charged us but they refused. They just told me I was wrong and that they could just do another cleaning. Why would I ask them to clean again after I already had to move in and cleaned it ourselves??? I have cleaned many things in many job roles and I would be ashamed of the job done in my home by this company.

Yesterday I had the Two Maids deep clean service. My team was composed of Yetta and Tasha. they were professional and personable and did an excellent job. I enjoyed meeting them and was very pleased with their performance. I am so hoping they wil continue to be my team.

Two Maids & a Mop are AMAZING! Id spent months preparing  for my big move, but began feeling overwhelmed with so much left to complete toward the end. Tired & stressed I called Two Maids the day of my move.  Thankfully they were able to squeeze me in. Tasha and the crew did an awesome job with my move out cleaning!!! Finally, I was able to enjoy the moving process. Highly recommend!!!

Briona was the best! She really made the experience. Allie, was great too but she seemed a bit rushed as she had somewhere else to be. Briona loves her work and loves that her name is associated with the results. Both ladies arrived ready to clean and kept at it. I don’t think they even stopped to take a break other than to get a quick drink here and there. Even though the air conditioner was going strong and the ceiling fans turning these ladies were working up a sweat. I enjoyed having them complete this Move Out service. It was better than I expected. Having Two Maids and a Mop respond quickly and conduct the service the next day was fantastic too. Had called another cleaning company prior as I didn’t know about this company and the other company didn’t seem to want the business. I’m happy that I found Two Maids and a Mop. Maids arrived on time and explained what they could/would do and what was outside of their limitations as we walked thru the house - they did a wonderful job of setting expectations and then did a fabulous job of meeting those expectations - the house looked wonderful and I didnt have to spend my time and energy getting it ready to put on the market. For a wipe-down, flat surface and doors move-in cleaning, it was OK. Cleaners were prompt and on-time.Unbeknownst to us, the plumbers doing the work had shut the water off, so I scrambled to run and get some gallons of water for them to use.My wife called out some specific areas that she wanted cleaned (wire shelving and supports, Water connection in Laundry Room, top of Window frames) and was almost blatantly ignoredTop of ceiling fans were not touched, corner vacuum edging was not done thoroughly through out the house, bathroom cabinets were casually wiped out.Had asked for a Deep, Detail Clean for a move-in and stated, Bring your A Game because we are picky. We do not feel that was delivered.On a plus side; they both jumped to aid the plumber working on a sink when he turned the water on and flooded an upstairs bathroom - that was fantastic. Also, we declined them mopping the Dining Room / Kitchen floors because there was just going to be alot of traffic; and the Lead offered to come back and finish that for you.Regards,- Patrick

I could hardly tell my house had been cleaned. Very disappointed! My showers still have water marks on the doors and dirt on the tubs and walls. Looks like they just moved stuff around to make it look like they cleaned. The kitchen sinks are still dirty and watermarked.

I have to write this both the girls Shanah and Dakota did such an amazing job with my house it was in the middle of my moving to a different location when I had guests come over and needed a cleaning and this two lovely ladies did a fantabulous job leaving my house and especially my refrigerator super clean ..when I say clean trust me it’s like new one … loved loved their work .. every single time .. ❤️

Reached out to this service because our family was in need of someone to show our home some extra attention during difficult times. Their service to our housecleaning needs was excellent and showed an attention to detail. What was also shown extra attention though, was my husband! The maids employed by this agency obviously have no issues having an affair with a married womans husband! Whats more, I employed the services of an investigator in this situation for my own marital matters. Come to find out the married owners are on the outs due to her own indiscretions! Wow is all I have to say! I typically wouldnt be the type of woman to drag someones name through the mud, but this is just atrocious! Not only do these employees have no moral boundaries or professionalism, it turns out that it is a philosophy cultivated by the business owner herself. Steer clear!!

We decided to give Two Maids a try after a disappointing experience with another cleaning service. Martha and Crystal came this morning and cleaned all the nooks and crannies with smiles and focus on doing the job right. Two Maids and a Mop have earned our trust!

They didn’t even clean the house. The stove was greasy and the porcelain in the bathrooms was not clean. They did come back the next day and clean like they should which I appreciate. However, they left the blinds pulled up about 6 inches and I just now let them down and see where they bent three of the Metal blinds when wiping them off. The kitchen blinds have grease on them. Really did a terrible job.

I cant do without Alyssa and Laura! They are so friendly and sweet. They really take their time to pay attention to areas that need extra care. I love how clean my house smells after they leave. I would love to have them come every week if I could!

Robin and Shanah were exactly on time and came into my home completely ready to get to work. After a brief introduction and tour they got straight to work, I hardly knew they were here! Besides a question or two about specific rooms they just took care of everything, room by room. After they left, however, their presence was obvious. My whole house looked, smelled and FELT cleaner. Very well pleased, we will definitely be using your services again!

The cleaning job was adequate though not great, but my main frustration is with their lack of communication. When a shower door was knocked off its track it was not that big of a deal but it became a big deal when it practically fell on my husband. I reached out to the owner Crystal to let her know that I was frustrated and she never contacted me to discuss. Will likely not reuse service

Weve used the service for about 7 months now and have been very pleased overall. The staff always shows up on-time and quickly get to work. They are focused and organized, strategically working their way through the house. While not every single clean has been 100% perfect, the staff and ownership have been SUPER receptive to feedback and always improve on any areas we think might need more work. I feel safe with the staff in my home, even while my family has been working remotely during COVID-19.
