I contacted Mike at Rock Castle with questions about the floor(s) in the home of one of my family members. Following the initial phone conversation, Mike had me send photos. He responded back in a timely manner and was very professional. He provided me with excellent advice. I will use this company for my floor needs in that area in the future.

Dont trust his service. He did a poor job and over charged and promised. He is a nice man and talks a good game, but used car polish on the floor and didnt fix and scratches or even make the floor look any better and actually worse because of the white bits of wax he didnt clean up. Dont waste your money or time with this company. You will just be disappointed like we were w his substandard work. ):

This is a wonderful professional service. He has done 2 of my business locations twice now. The carpets look fabulous and fresh smelling chemicals used. We get them done about every 6 months due to our foot traffic. Highly recommended!

Michael with Rock Castle carpet cleaning does amazing work! I hired two different carpet cleaning company’s and was very disappointed. I didn’t get the smell I was looking for due to me having two dogs and a puppy that will use the bathroom in my carpet, so I was trying to get rid of the urine smell. Oxi clean carpet cleaning company charged me so much money and promised me that they will take the smell away and leave my carpet cleaned. I trusted them but they did not keep their word I was not happy at all I still could see stains in my carpet and I could still smell the urine I was so upset. Your hardwood floors will shine bright and be so clean you can eat off them (seriously 😳). He consults with clients, explains the process so you understand what you’re getting and ensures you understand. He uses products that are safe for small children and four legged children.
