I had the most amazing experience an orientation being hired on to my job with mister Philip Canfield he kept my spirits High the whole time and made me feel like everything will be okay because this is a new step for me for the type of work that Im doing now and he also told me he was very proud of me for making change and taking the beat leap in life which made me feel really good about the choice I had made. Theyre only available when recruiting but when you need help AFTER being employed they are unresponsive and couldnt care less. There is NO LINE OF COMMUNICATION, as I called my recruiter only to be forwarded, So I then called their office (3 days now) and I asked for my recruiter and the receptionist tells me that he doesnt work there anymore--WHAT?! So she then tells me my new recruiter is Alex. I called 3X and 2X in one day, left voicemails and still NO answer. They only care if youre new because commision obviously, but theyre definitely not customer oriented.UPDATE: I spoke with one of their recruits Mr. Alex and it turns out the problem wasnt with him but with the front receptionist, I was given his main line and not his direct line. And the reason Im giving 3 stars is because the front receptionist has no urgency to assist you, so again if you need help you need to speak up and ask and ask. Unless you got your recruits number than youll be fine.

Yes they have jobs but if you plan on switching around jobs to find a job that you are happy at and you are hoping the agency will be understanding.... The RESOURCE is not the agency for you... They send you to the same jobs that everyone is sent to... There is a reason why those jobs are always available THE TURNOVER RATES ARE REALLY HIGH.... Also the agents are real picky on who they send to work not everybody that applies get a job

Well, theres the good, the bad, and of course the ugly. When you first apply with them, they are overly interested in your current salary. Not such a bad thing youd think. For any reason an assignment doesnt work out for you, its downhill from there. They will only offer you 9 and 10 dollar an hour jobs. When your bills, because your a grown-up person. Equates to more than that, then they wonder why you quit jobs or get terminated from assignments. Im not a child out of high school, pay a decent amount. And perhaps people will stay on assignment till then. Its not the worst temp out there, Ive had some good jobs. Just the pay was terrible.

The lady in the Greensboro office lied and said she called and told me my assignment had ended. My assignment ended on a lie, how is it that I was never on time for work but always had 40hrs plus over time. This was never investigated. Then stated that I wouldn’t get employment with them due to my work history. So unless you plan to only work one job with them do not apply. If they try to send you to tenn Tex in colfax. James the second shift manager is a liar. He sits in the office on his phone. Barely does his job. Then when you complain about him. He makes up a lie to end your assignment and the resource just takes it. Lisha never called me to tell me my assignment ended however she lied in her notes saying she did. It’s a pandemic and people lying to keep people from working. I thank god I finished my degree and got a better paying career

Honestly I didnt get to the sign up process. I applied for two specific positions I was highly qualified for which I had applied for on indeed and Kyle was avoiding my questions about the positions which was the reason they called me. They try to redirect you for other positions that they have in mind for their own needs, instead of the positions you apply for. Majority of the time he was just trying to get my personal information without even regarding the position applied for. Why post a position an redirect the client somewhere else when they apply. By far the worse experience with a temp company. I called and emailed a certain recruiter for 2 weeks straight with NO answer. When she did get back to me she said she had been busy. She always said she had some jobs I maybe interested in, needless to say I still havent heard from her. My friend applied for a job through Brittany J, and got the job the same week. Here I am have been calling for going on 2 months and have nothing. The clerical team has NO sense of urgency! So disappointed because this use to be one of the best temp companies. I guess since the move and name change theyve become too grand!! Smh.

All, Kyle caddell contact me November 8/2018 for an opportunity as a techinan. He asked if he could send out my resume to see if hiring manager wanted to interview with me, I gave him permission to send it through. Kyle calls me back informing me that hiring manager wanted to interview with me. November 12/2018 i had my internal interview with hiring manager. On November 14/2018. Kyle calls me again inform me that hiring manager wanted to offer me the job .so I accept was thrilled .when in on November 16/18 for orientation, drug screen sat in novant health care for 3hrs for a physical for the job . At timeI have received my start time, date whom I had to report too.So I put my two weeks notice in at my former employer. Well after my two weeks was completed. I had about four days before I started my new job through the resource .Well kyle calls me again informing me that the client cancelled the job out . So I am like okay can you find me a replacement . Julia tells me do to client requirements, my background, education etc . They can no longer help with me employment.

They found me an amaizing job when no other temp agency could I love them. Great service amaizing people. I would highly recommend them to friends and or family. 👌👍👏💜

This was my first time with this agency. I have been with them since April 6 months now. I cannot complain at all, I went through 3 different departments within Novant and the week that my assignment was going to end I received a call from Novant for a permanent job. The staff at The Resource are great and willing to help you. One thing I can say is Brittney Johnston is the BEST, she helped me get to this point of being successful. I really appreciate her hard work and encouraging words to help me through and not give up it really paid off! Thanks sooooo much!!!

They avoid phone calls from their caller id. And they also dont wanna hear how something happened on a job site, and they also dont believe in 2nd chances on trying to find u a job once your assignment has ended at another site. But other than that 😩😬🤔
