A quality staffing agency willing to help people find the job that bests fits them. Many job opportunities available and the staff is very kind and courteous. A little outdated on some processes, but finding work is not a problem. Have recommended some of my friends as well

Highly unprofessional. While I was waiting for the recruiter to come in and begin our interview, I overheard her on the phone with an employer who was requesting to only interview male candidates for a position. The recruiter had no issue with this, despite the illegality of gender discrimination. I was tempted to leave as soon as I heard that conversation, but I chose to proceed with the interview since Id driven 40 minutes to get there. I mentioned to the recruiter what Id heard and she acted as if she had no idea what equal opportunity employment was. I knew at that moment that this was not an agency I would want to work for, as they clearly could not protect me as an employee. Despite the fact that I wore my mask through the entire interview, the recruiter did not even bother to bring one with her much less ask me if I was comfortable with her not wearing one. During the interview, I asked for a copy of the job description since it had not been provided to me beforehand. The paper that she copied and handed to me had a list of requirements which included an age range of mid-thirties to early forties. I brought this to her attention as well because age is another category against which it is illegal to discriminate for employment. Once again she played dumb. Im honestly not even upset about the fact that I havent received any sort of follow-up since my interview, despite leaving two voicemails. There is absolutely no excuse for an agency to be unaware of Labor laws, including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination. Even more so, its unacceptable for them to willingly participate in the breaking of those laws.

Tameka is the worst!!! She does nothing but talk to her employees like children and something on the bottom of your shoe!!! I am thankful to not deal with her. Unprofessional not personable.
