Even though unemployment is all handled through the Customer Call Centers, staff there still assist as much as they can to help you resolve your issues. Even if it is just telling you what the issue is. Courteous staff. Provides detailed services.

There are people who work there that really care and want to help get training for those that need it but the leaders there are rude and unprofessional. The supervisors look down on those under them and act like are to good for any advice from others. If you have to go there then expect good help from case managers but delays because the leaders dont care

Hey guys I understand we all trying to get it in the pandemic but I found out that it’s to different types of unemployment. I applied for regular unemployment and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone I email called send pics all typa stuff. You have to apply for PUA that’s pandemic unemployment it will be processed the moment you hit finish you’ll receive an email. After that you can make your claim for the week and you’ll get your money within the next 2-3 business days.😗

Trying to contact these people and get anything useful is so hard to do. Its like they are all just having a good time doing nothing
