I’m reading these reviews and I feel bad for everyone because I just started working for Debbies in June and I met the best people I could ever ask for Ben and Ashely I mean they literally answered every call and email whether it was about me missing work down to my hours I’ve never had a problem and because of them I actually stayed at the job I was at even longer knowing how bad I wanted to leave.. Ben Is definitely someone to count on and will advocate for you when you feel your being done wrong or things just don’t add up he’ll get to the bottom of it. Ashely will literally listen to you and give you so much information I’ve have never seen this woman a day in my life and she feels like family to me she was very understanding when I was going through hardship and the feeling of A job actually caring about me made me actually like them more even more I would say give it another Try there are truly good people At DEBBIE’S STAFFING!

No one ever picks up the phone. It took me a whole week of calling every day, just to return their call....an all my paperwork was done! Their voicemail if literally full from not answering calls every day. Melissa never returns your calls or emails, an wastes your time. Ive tried 2 weeks for one job an have nothing to show for it.

The worst staffing agency I’ve ever been apart of, all the jobs are underpaid . Some people I know get paid 9.00 hr, the women who work in there are mostly Hispanic, and there are normally extremely rude to you if you’re not Hispanic. The jobs are terrible, and more than likely you will regret signing up with them . there are way better options out there!

My suggestion to anyone is read these reviews first before you waste your time with them. I am out of work on the verge of being homeless and I am willing to do anything it takes to get to work. I was turned down for not having a vehicle. Now I am not going to have a place to live. My suggestion is to lie to them. If not you wont get hired. Well it is official. I am now homeless. If I had been given a chance. But no. I had someone willing to let me start work and catch up the month I missed. Employee going to tell me what she thought was going to happen with me regarding getting there. Even going as far as to say she was contacting the company. Then telling me the company said no. I smell a rat and the rat stinks to high heaven. Turn away from Debbies staffing if you know whats good for you.

TERRIBLE !! My Mom could not find the number for Hanes brand that is through this company so she called Debbies instead. She told them to call my supervisor and let them know that there is a family emergency back home in Salisbury where they would be pulling the plug on a family member. They never even called my supervisor to let me know. I found out hours later because we are not allowed on our phones .

Absolutely the BEST staffing company around! I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and polite and were able to assist me with finding employment quickly. I was referred to Debbies by my mother, who is a HR Director for a company that Debbies staffs for. My mom said their company loves working with Debbies and would encourage ANY company to use them for their staffing needs! Kudos to Debbies!!!

From an employer standpoint these guys are great to work with. They came out to our job site, saw what we needed and have filled every placement spot on. Ive placed several temp to hire clerical positions with them and have been nothing but happy with the results. They take the time to learn your needs and recruit for the skill sets you want, its not just a placement like other staffing firms. I highly recommend using them for your employment and hiring needs. Keep up the good work.

I have been working with Debbies Staffing for almost 3 years now. Working with them has been a very positive experience. I was fortunate enough to be placed on an assignment with Jennifer F. who has been an amazing person to work with. She is of course extremely professional, but also encourages and offers professional guidance to her team. I feel like I have learned so much working with her and am thankful for the experience.

Very quick, snappy, and slightly rude. His approach when I asked him a question was yea, I kinda have to go but go ahead with your questions. Super unprofessional.Other branches are not like this only GreensboroCall was made 11:00am 10/25/2019Hopefully they change things soon.

I worked for Mooresville location : terrible customer service as when I called to report behaviors of employees of Debbies ( cussing on manufacturing floor, a knife being pulled out on another employee, and overall bad attitude) NOTHING was done ! A rep came out, heard the cussing but did nothing!!How can you allow this type of behavior to happen? I had to be out due to back injury ( and you stand 10 hours a day ) than I had car issue .. they let me go 😡I would no recommend Debbies.

I received no rudeness or gruffness, guys and gals its work not a family reunion, or a get together barbeque. Theyre there to attempt to place individuals into jobs that they qualify for. When I went through Debbies Staffing, their posture and tone were highly professional. They did not do the leg work for me which I do not expect nor want them to. The only reason they received a four instead of a five was for the simple misrepresentation of the hours of operation posted on this google page. Besides that, they were highly professional and directed me through the hiring steps in a timely fashion.

This staffing agency doesnt deserve not one star... Only a couple people that work here have any decorum about themselves and the others just lets you know through their work ethic that they are only there to get a check. If they think you arent reliable they then offer you sonoco or tell you that they dont have any work available. After speaking with the branch manager Patricia, I still felt as if though I was being treated unfairly. I could even hear in her voice that she didnt care how I felt.

The only good thing I can say is Jennifer. In Mocksville office is amazing ..Winston office well I was to start at Hanes at 7 am guard didnt have my name or where to tell me to go basically park ask if you see someone now Im signed in at 6:28am with guard badge # 41 I parked waited a few minutes seen no one so I called this guy Chris wow told him I was in the parking lot unsure where to go ( first day ) he said well go to front of building come threw glass doors fine the break room.. Well lot of glass doors badge wouldnt open so I walked back seen 2 Hispanic ladies ask can you tell me where am I to go just starting ? NO English would like me in the door for employees ....wow ...!! So I go back to the guard he trys calling Chris no answer...VERY PROFESSIONAL THIS MORNING WITH NEW HIRES...so I left called Jennifer left message told her what was happening so when Winston office opens I get a call from lady Im guessing over that office saying I was a no show no call...THAT REALLY HIT ME WRONG FIRST OFF I WAS THERE ON SITE AT 6:28AM 32 MINUTES EARLY SIGN IT WITH GUARD SPOKE TO MR PROFESSIONAL CHRIS TOLD HIM MY NAME BUT EITHER I WAS A NO CALL NO SHOW then was told the others found theyre way he waited on you to 7:30 really then why couldnt this professional company employee Chris meet me at the right glass doors at 7 am knowing I was having trouble finding it getting in..A PHONE CALL ASKING IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WOULD HAD BEEN NICE NOPE NO CALL NO SHOW WHAT I GOT SO IF YOU HAVE TO WORK. FOR DEBBIES GO SEE JENNIFER IN MOCKSVILLE OFFICE SHES VERY PROFESSIONAL MAKES YOU GOOD THERE ON YOUR FIRST DAY AT THE DOOR WAITING..OTHER WISE GO TO ANOTHER STAFFING COMPANY WINSTON SALEM NC OFFICE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL.....

Awful place to try and get work through. The jobs are too difficult for most everyone that comes through. They are strenuous and considering most people are older or have health problems (such as myself), and cannot physically handle the amount of work that is required for these jobs. The staff at Debbies are rude, unhelpful, and act as though you should know how to get a job through them and fill out the copious amounts of information they require from you, just to tell you there are no jobs available. To be honest, everyone would have better luck job hunting on their own, rather than going through the stress and completely incapable help that is provided through Debbies.

Most unprofessional company ever. Hard to get in touch with. They do not do what they say they are going to do. It takes days for them to fill out paper work and return phone calls. I was originally with staffmasters but the company switched to Debbies Sfaffing because they were cheaper and now I see why however cheaper is not always better at all. If I have to work through them to get hired I will pass.

I have nothing good to say about this temp service!!! So TRUE, ALL THEY EVER SEND YOU ON IS THE UNPROFESSIONAL WORKSITE SONOCCO AND I WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER TWO YEARS, TO LIBERTY HARDWARE!!! I HURT MY BACK AND WENT TO SEE THEIR DR. AND THEY REFUSED TO PAY ME ANYTHING!!! NOT CONCERNED ABOUT WORKERS AT ALL!!!THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR PAY AND THEIR BENEFITS!!! THE HARD WORK YOU PERFORM DOES NOT ADDUP TO THE LOW PAY YOU RECIEVE!!! I FEEL FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THESE COMPANIES, BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THEIR INTEREST, HEALTH, FAMILY NOR BENEFITS AS TOP PRIORITY FOR THE RIDICULOUS HARD WORK ASKED TO BE PERFORM!!!!

They arent every attentive in the hiring process. Which is fine but when questions are asked they give VERY vague answers.

After showing up 5 minutes early for my interview and filling out 5 minutes of paperwork I had to wait 50 minutes before I was seen even though there was no one else waiting for an interview. During that time, two of the office workers were very unprofessional, having a loud conversation between one of the offices and the reception area about employers being too demanding and their lives in general.

Every time I call Debbies staffing service they always tell me they dont have jobs or they dont answer the phone this temp service sucks

This company places you at jobs you dislike and they are stressful with a low salary. When I call this company to find out if they have jobs they never have any jobs.they only work the Hispanics. This company needs to be shut down.

They never have anything but the same job....sonoco....always the same job.....they must never ever get another contract from other companies.....makes you wonder how they stay in business.....gone down a lot from years ago.....and they never call you and when you call them they are not friendly......smh

The wait time is ridiculous even if you schedule an appointment. The receptionist is extremely brusque and rude. Every time they connect you to one of the workers direct line, no one ever answers. Then it takes then at least a day to get back to you.

Went today and due to my felony the cant help me so if you go with a felon in your back ground then look forward to not getting any help plain and simple, how can you not help some one due to their past Im trying to work on my future what do they want people to go out and get locked up again, i mean what do i do now, i mean if this place did it to me others will to so why waste my time.
