This place is awesome. Had a dental emergency and not only did they treat the tooth I was made aware of another issue and the Dentist made recommendations that made me comfortable getting another procedure.I definitely recommend for all of your dental needs including preventive care.

Checked in, sat in room for 35 minutes before Dr. Jackson came in. I noticed that the utensils were in a sterilized bag but once they were open I saw a crack in the mirror utensil and they did look somewhat dirty... I could be wrong but I could see fingerprints and everything. Discarding that due to my knowledge of sterilization... he finally came in and looked at my back tooth for a total of 5 minutes and told me I need a crown.... he may be correct, I don’t know yet.. He did not elaborate on whether or not I had a cavity or any cheaper alternatives. I mean if there is no cavity... Then why couldn’t he smooth the edge and pop a filling on it or a sealant? I can’t believe I got charged for a 5 min opinion.. The lady at the front desk was very kind as well as both assistants!!! ... but I’m getting a second opinion... 🤦‍♀️

If you value your time and appreciate your money, then this place is not for you!I visited the dental group on January 22nd and spoke with the lady at the front desk to inform her I needed a full set of dentures. I voiced my concerns and stated specifically how I would like the dentures to be molded. She assured me the finished products would leave me feeling satisfied and proceeded to show me photographs of treated patients who were pleased with their results. I underwent treatment with Dr. Jackson, which happened to be an extremely painful experience. I choked on the molding paste every time it was applied to my mouth, yet the doctor and assisting nurses did not seem to show any concern or empathy for my discomfort. It seemed as though they were only focused on the color of the sets and gave no mind as to how big the teeth would be or how the sets would fit. The process ended up taking two weeks longer than the scheduled eight weeks. Every time I had an appointment to see Dr. Jackson I made it a point to communicate exactly how I wanted the dentures to look concerning my facial structure. The doctor and the assistants would dismiss any complaints or requests I pitched regarding the temporary sets, promising that the long-term ones will be satisfactory. Before I received the finished products, I stated what areas the long-term sets needed modification with. Afterward, they had me sign a document declaring they were going to alter the dentures to my liking, but will no longer make changes to them once I had them in possession. Once I received them I didn’t see any fixes made so I notified them, but they just brushed me off and said I needed to repay for new ones if I wasn’t content with how the initial ones turned out.I told them I wanted my money refunded, but they said they’d only return half of it despite receiving both sets back. The office manager impossible to deal with her very regretted to come here. Please reported to the THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS.

I called and maria was able to schedule me for an emergency appointment right away. Dr. Nathani was very informative and the staff was really nice.

I had the absolute best dental visit and overall experience ever at Winston Salem Dental Group. I have a fear of dentist offices and having dental work done, so when it came time to go to my appointment I was beyond scared and nervous. I prayed while driving to the office and Jesus heard and answered my prayer. From the moment I walked in as a new patient I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk. Maria was so helpful with checking me in and answering all my questions and concerns. I expressed my nervousness and she was so kind to comfort and reassure me of what was going to take place during my initial visit. She definitely helped me calm down and feel more relaxed as I waited to be called back. Grace, one of the dental assistants was also amazing. She was so patient with me. I truly appreciated how she would explained everything that she was going to do before she did it and again while she was doing it, so that there werent any surprises. She was also very honest. If something was going to be uncomfortable or even hurt a bit she would tell me. She went above and beyond with helping me to remain calm and relax during my procedure. Dr. Jackson was the nicest, most humble, down to earth dentist that I have ever met. He treated me with such dignity and respect. Not only was he able to address my dental issue today, which he did a fantastic job with, but he was also very thorough in his examination and with creating my own personalize treatment plan. In all honesty Ive always had negative dental experiences, so going to my appointment I thought the worst. I am so happy I was proven wrong. I highly recommend coming here for any and all of your dental needs!!

Today was my first time visiting at this dental office. I was so impressed how I was treated today!! Everyone was very nice to me and very Patient.When it was time for me to check out, the scheduler saw that I needed a teeth cleaning and said let me see if I can get you in today for your cleaning, and thats what she did.....From the time I was taken to the back everyone was awesome!!!! I had a nagging tooth I knew need to be fix but losing my job and insurance left me feeling defeated. This morning that tooth woke me up desperate. I looked for an emergency dentist and found these guys. I promise you, not only did they tell me to come right in, Dr.Jackson and his assistant, Yani made me want to tip them!! The Tip: Best care I ever had from a dentist. Dr. Jackson is the epitome of being skillfully & wonderfully made! Some may call him “wonder hands” I call it God’s Work in progress!! I have an extreme fear of dentists due to trauma as a child, so I havent been in years. But Ive been in so much pain recently that I couldnt stand it. They were able to get me in same day, and unfortunately though my problem is bigger than I thought, Dr. Jackson was VERY kind and put me at ease and explained my issues well. There was absolutely no judgement for my delay in care,which was a big fear of mine. I was so lucky to find them today for my emergency and will be recommending Dr. Jackson to friends. I was an emergency walk in and you could tell it had been a busy day, but everyone was kind and they had me in and out as soon as they could.

The ambience was excellent as well as all staff members I truly enjoyed my first visit.

I don’t remember names, but the woman working the front desk was very helpful and polite. The dentists assistant was very courteous and once the dentist got started, he had the tooth extracted and I was on my way in maybe 10 minutes. It’s not hard to find qualified people to fill these positions, but it can be very hard finding qualified people that also seem to take pride in their job, treat patients with courtesy and genuinely seem happy to be helping you. I highly recommend this practice for any dental work you may need.

Highly do not recommend! Been here a few times and the service sucks! I still have the same tooth issue that seems they can not fix. Dr.Jackson is the worst literally every time I visit he take a 2 minute look at my teeth never suggest taking X-rays or actually try seeing what’s the problem he just say to use Sensodyne. Last thing, they made me cancel my appointment because I did not have a mask and when I asked for one they did not want to provide me with one, so I was unable to attend the appointment and I feel like that was horrible customer service that the lady at the front desk would not give me a mask so I can attend my appointment. I would not recommend this dentist facility they are by far the worst ! The whole staff !!

I called this place today and I went there and everyone from the front desk to the back with the dental technician to the dentist was very professional and friendly they extracted 3 teeth from my mouth successfully with ZERO pain to me during the procedure. I want to say that again ZERO pain while extracting 3 teeth! I would recommend this place to anyone. Diamond was my dental technician she was amazing and the receptionist was awesome to I will definitely be a return customer hopefully no more extractions are in my future but if they are I know I’m in good hands.

Got my teeth cleaned by Dana. One of the most comfortable and painless cleanings I’ve ever had. Normally I fear coming to the dentist. Dana made this experience very pleasant and helped put me at ease. Thank you so much!! As for Dr Jackson, he too has gone out of his way to make my family feel completely comfortable coming to the dentist and I couldn’t thank him enough!

I went here to get a tooth pulled and they got it done the wait wasn’t to bad and they moved pretty fast, they pretty much had to go deep into my gums to get it out leaving a pretty painful situation they told me to take ibuprofen so I have been doing that but it’s been 4+ days and still pretty painful so I called because it shouldn’t still be hurting at this point this bad anyways all they wanted to do was make another appointment instead of just writing something. I didn’t really understand this seeing as how I was just up there the other day but I guess that’s how they treat people that just paid 450 some dollars to get a tooth pulled, definitely will be looking elsewhere for dental service.

In all my years dealing with rip off dentists, the good Lord sent Dr Jackson, he and his staff are the most nicest and most concerned professionals that my wife and I have met in the world of dentistry!!!!!! Thank you Dr Jackson for giving me a new life!!!!!

This team saved me today! What a great dental practice we have here in Winston-Salem!! I was having a dental emergency and found this gem after my regular DDS couldnt get me in for one week.Bethany went above and beyond to get me seen on their emergency visit calendar last minute notice. Everyone at the front desk was very patient, kind and understanding w/ me and my frustrations as I was in so much pain and couldnt think clearly.Then Marsha swooped me under her welcoming arms! She truly listened, took careful notes, and found a way to relate to me in my troubled state that helped calm and reassure me :)Dr. Jackson was *the BOMB*!! Excellent bedside manner, took the time to ensure I understood all options for my crisis (and Marsha stuck by my side thru it all); a rare honest communicator who listens to staff and patients.I do not do reviews often, but work in healthcare and know QUALITY and EXCELLENT CARE when I see it. This practice is worthy of your mouth, trust!! ...cant wait to chew food again, lol :)

I came to Winston-Salem Dental group with a true tooth emergency! From the time I called them they were super friendly! When I got there, Shawna knew exactly who I was before I opened my mouth. The staff there is absolutely amazing and their facility is super clean. I had to get my tooth taken out and they were super patient with me as I am very afraid of the dentist. With every single step of the process they made me feel very comfortable. They talked with me the whole time and even understood what I was saying with my mouth wide open...lol. I am so glad that I came across this business. I will continue to come to them for all of my dental needs. It also helps that the dentist Dr. Jackson, is very good looking😉!

This dentist office is very unprofessional do not recommend. Front desk employee had a negative attitude and made me waste my time just for them to tell me my insurance could not cover my services. That is something they could have told me in advance being that I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance, instead of waiting for me to arrive in order to tell me.

I had a emergency on a Saturday and the entire staff went out if their way to get me in a chair as fast as possible.Dr. Jackson and Grace were pleasant, informative, and went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible. We even had a few laughs together while they worked.Dr. Jackson is an amazing dentist and I cannot thank him enough.I definitely recommend Winston-Salem Dental Group!

I took my 6 yr.old while doesnt do well with any check ups ! Mrs. Dana was very patient, well oreiented, & excellent communication skills while being able 2 do exactly what was needed for her my daughter took 2 her quite well which isnt an easy task for my child. Quite pleased myself ! My mother goes here also. I look foward 2 being seen as well as my daughter as a regular. Mrs Dana & Dr. Jackson were very pleasant, knowledgeable, & professional... I cannot rave enough about Dr. Jackson and the Winston-Salem Dental Group! I should start by saying that I am one of those people who had always absolutely avoided going to the dentist—literally! Well, health and pain necessitated I take an emergency trip and I found myself wondering into the dental office next to Walmart on Hanes Mill Road one day. The office staff Inside the doors of the Winston-Salem Dental Group were so polite and quickly scheduled me an appointment. I met the amazing Dr. Jackson a few days later, and shortly after a few root canals, my pain and worries were over. Dr. Jackson is extremely talented at his job, and a master at quick small talk that doesn’t make you feel rushed, but is just pleasant enough to help you feel comfortable while he does his work. I’m a talker that likes to get to know my doctors. He allowed this with ease, while also performing the tasks at hand. He flits back and forth between his rooms giving equal attention to all clients, making sure we are all sufficiently cared for. His outstanding team work seamlessly to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine. In the past, I have felt nervous in dental offices because of the noise and tinkering. Dr. Jackson’s Office always has music and a jovial atmosphere, so my mind is on the music and the light pleasant conversations surrounding me. I’m thankful to have found such a highly trained, professional, and kind hearted team for my dental needs. Now I can properly care for my teeth without anxiety about going to a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and the Winston-Salem Dental Group.

Dont really care for their patients just the Benjamins. I got off work for a cleaning which was put off several times by this facility until they go my medical card number they already had my dental insurance info & when I did get the appt. & Arrived for care to be turn around for my girlfriend owing them money on her dental acct. Separate from my acct. Months loss waiting for a cleaning and leaving work for appt. to get my wallet attacked by these blood sucked.. Took my business elsewhere suggest You do the same

This dentist office is terrible very unprofessional do not recommend. They brought me in started my exam then told me I had to get out of the chair and go back to the waiting room because they were still on the phone with my insurance company. Thats something thats should have been done in advance. Then I took off work to get an early appointment because they told me that was the only way to get my teeth cleaned but when I go there they told me I couldnt get the cleaning because the hygienist was booked for the day. Who goes to the dentisr office and doesnt even get a basic cleaning?The office manager was rude and unprofessional I left before they could even finish the service because it was so terrible please do not go here.

From the time that I walked in till I left the staff was on the ball. Was so relaxed I fell asleep in the chair. Needed a 2nd shot and dentist already had it ready. Was sent by the VA and would have no problem if they sent me again.

I am the wife of James Clark and we are new to this office. The staff is pleasant and a clean office. I’m not pleased with the bedside manner of Dr. Jackson. I have a high tolerance to pain and I can handle it but this cleaning that Dr. Jackson gave me was terrible and very painful. I have never experienced a cleaning like that before. It was obvious that he was hurting me for I was squirming in the seat. He ignored my discomfort and talked to the assistant about chicken recipes. When he was finished he said nothing to me about my teeth. No “ keep up the good work” or “ floss more” . Nothing.... I would hate to think that he works with small children in this manner. I’m not pleased with Dr Jackson and will not be going back to him.

Dr. Jackson’s beside manner was very unprofessional for my visit. He was very forceful and did not listen when I reacted to the pain of having my erupted molar extracted. I was not given any antibiotics or anything for the pain, Dr. Jackson just said he’ll see me for a follow-up and just walked out with no other words. I was very unpleased with my visit for the amount that had to be paid, and I will not be going back there.

The management and front staff here are a joke. The dentist did their job when they could, but they see multiple patients during the procedure rather than finishing what they started first. We were given a quote right before the whole coronavirus mess, (by a staff member that is no longer there?) and when we returned the price had jumped up $600 dollars more than what they had said it would be. I asked why the price had gone up and was told that the manager was not in and to check back the following day. The manager was rude and unwilling to listen to reason. There was a 30 day quote guarantee I saw on the back of the exam sheet after our talk. We were new patients and not told about this short period for the quote on our first visit and paying out of pocket. We returned to get the procedure done after we felt the virus mandate was more reasonable, and informed the price had jumped up substantially. This will be the last time we visit Winston-Salem Dental Group. It’s such a shame that they are willing to let customers who would be coming back just walk away because they don’t want to honor a price that they had quoted right before a national shutdown.

Dont book an appt near lunchtime. Dr Jackson rushed into pulling a tooth before the numbness kicked in. He and the dental hygenist seen me balling and crying and never even said sorry. Just keep working. Ill NEVER go back and suggest you choose somewhere else.

Dr. Jackson is a phenomenal dentist, he is very personable and well spoken. He makes you feel comfortable and talks you through every step. Isha is a wonderful dental assistant! ALL of the staff is great! You can tell the staff genuinely cares about every patient that walks through the door! I would highly recommend this dental office to my friends and family!!

You know your Dentist and the staff ARE amazing when you have a full fear of just pulling up to the dentist but you walk out singing and dancing! Dr Henry Jackson, his dental assistants and the front office staff took me from being completely fearful and having not been to the dentist in 4 years to looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for making me feel at ease, feel beautiful and want to SMILE again! Highly recommend this office to anyone who wants the BEST dental care!

Front staff was professional and friendly. My issue is with Dr. Jackson. I came to him because I had a chipped tooth in the front because I accidentally bit a fork. He told me that it was small chip and no one would notice so leave it because if He tries to fill it, it may come out.{ I felt that he didn’t know how to correct the issue or fill chip teeth.} I then asked him about my chipped molar in which he said I would have to have a $449.00 root canal for a chip tooth. Luckily I declined his services and went to my old dentist in clemmons, nc Dr Thomas and associates and they were able to fill and correct three of my chip teeth for only $54 would have been $173.00 without insurance. Dr Jackson total without insurance $1099.00 and with insurance $449.00. I’m So glad I did not allow Dr Jackson to destroy my teeth any further or over charge me. Warning go somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience at the Winston Salem Dental group. When I got there I could tell the place was fairly new - the front desk assistant had no idea what she was doing. I was there for a check up and a cleaning, so I thought. They told me they ‘didn’t have me scheduled for a cleaning’ and it was a check up only, even though when I scheduled my appointment I CLEARLY said I have to have a cleaning because I can’t take off work everyday to go to the dentist. When I finally went back for the check up the dentist and his assistant were EXTREMELY unprofessional. They kept talking about how much work I had and you couldn’t have been able to tell because I have ‘such a pretty smile’ but wow they were astonished. I never did and never will go back to this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone. They have no idea what they’re doing. This is not how you treat a patient.

The individuals that work here are friendly, caring, and helpful. This includes the reception staff, hygienist, and doctor. I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. The staff are very thorough. I truly appreciate the care that I received!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but when i started going i told my dentist Mr. Jackson about my fears and he reassured me that everything would be just fine. And i have to say he and his staff have done just that. He even changed the music so i could feel comfortable. And he took his time. Ill never go anywhere else. Great customer service and they all keep u laughing. Praise God for all of them.

Went in with an infected tooth; pain and facial swelling. Walked in at 10:50am, walked out at 11:38. The tooth is out and I dont have to return unless something happens. They did everything they could to bring me comfort. Based on this experience, Im switching dental offices for my entire family. They didnt give me pain meds, but fingers crossed Ibuprofen does the trick.

Dr. Jackson and his staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. On my very first visit, he sat down with me and made sure to address every one of my concerns and goals as far as to what I wanted to work on with regards to my teeth. I’ve been to offices where the dentists have a foot out the door, as I’m sure they have several people to see. However, I’m sure this still being the case with Dr. Jackson, he always makes it a point to pop by and say hello and see how I’ve been doing, even if it is just for a regular cleaning. He’s very personable and has always kept my best interest in mind when suggesting treatments. The office looks very new and is always in mint condition when I show up to my appts. Overall this is a great place and you wont regret coming here!

Talked to me with respect and even though I did not have Insurance and was paying out Of pocket, they made me feel no less than important!!! My husband and I called early on a Saturday morning with a dental emergency... the staff was so nice and got us in immediately... even though we have never even been here before! The office is very beautiful and clean... the staff was so nice, thorough, and beyond helpful! We were so thankful to have found this place, thankful for the staff, and everything they did! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back!

Who wants to ever go to the dentist? These most kind and professional folks at Winston Salem Dental Group make going to the dentist a wonderful experience. Claudia, Michelle, Denise and Sierra are so great! Sierra was amazing on how she worked me in on such a short notice. I wish I could remember all the ladies names that worked on my mouth but they were also kind and did great clean work. Dr Li and especially Dr. Jackson are just excellent when it comes to making you feel comfortable the entire time you are in the chair and their workmanship is impeccable. So far, my dentist for life.Just wanted to add that the Dental Hygienist Kim does a great job. Shes very professional, thorough and patient.

They are a wonderful group of people. The front desk associates are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions, the techs make sure that you are comfortable and ask often during your visit. My family and I will be returning for all of dental needs.

Today was my first visit to this wonderful dentist, Dr Jackson, and his amazing office staff. Everyone was so kind and nice. Kim, one of the dental hygienists, cleaned my teeth....best cleaning I have EVER had and, at almost 74 years old, I have had many. From the front desk to Kim, the hygienist, the dental assistant, as well as the lovely young lady who checked me out could not have been ANY nicer. I also LOVED Dr. Jackson.....such a lovely fellow and very thorough. And for you, ladies, he is quite handsome as well...LOL! He prefers individual x-rays of ALL your teeth rather than simply the panoramic view as this will pick up problems which the panoramic view will not. The office is beautiful and very clean. I look forward to going back in six months. If you havent tried this office, I strongly encourage you to do so. They also contract with many insurance companies, of which mine was one of them. I am SO thankful that I have found Dr. Jackson, as well as ALL his office staff!!!!

Dr Jackson and everyone in this practice is over the top providing you care .From the moment I come in the doors they know me by name and the all know iam scared of the dentist but Dr Jackson has got me passed that part we have more work to do to get me back my smile and confidence but with this group I know i will be smiling again very soon thanks to the whole practice for treating me like I matter

I cant say enough about this dental group .I went there on a Friday as a walk In having a tooth ache for 2 days, there were very busy that day but the staff took good care of me and seen that I got saw that day.. Saw I DR.Jackson and he took good care of me told me what needed to be done, so went ahead and pulled the tooth that day, He was gentle with me and explained to me everything he was doing to me .. the lady up front that took my payment was so friendly, and I was so scared, she took her time to talk to me and try to clam me down … all the staff there is awesome I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office.. I do feel like this will be my family dentistry from now on. I was in so much pain that day and they still took the time to see me. .And Dr. Jackson is awesome at what he does .. I highly regiment this group

Worker at the front desk made us aware we were checked in for our appt. when coming In. So we sat for over an hour realizing everyone was going back except us. We went and asked and was made aware we were never checked in, when we were told so. All employees were very nice. Just needs to work on making sure people are really checked in because if we didn’t ask we would have been just sitting.

I won’t go anywhere else for my dental work!!!! They all where awesome!!!

This place is horrible. I had an appointment at 12 and was there early.. They took 4-5 people back before me that came in after I did then wanted to reschedule me.. I told them no and left... They discriminate... I will be looking into having this place shut down..

I had a great experience.. I hate going to the dentist and they where very gentle with my mouth kept me posted on what was going on and what they where about to do. Very detailed about the insurance and my portion I love it

I went there with my wife and she had got her cleaning was supposed to be done found out she had the 10 cavities well they were supposed to be doing feel-in did not fill in her wisdom tooth and shes in a lot of pain the numbing wear off before they had taken out the wood wedges and I told them it wore off she did too and they done nothing they had in her gum and they was so rough with her lip and shes got a sore on it now her cheek and lips was numb but her gums was hurting like hell and still hurting as of right now we left about 2:00 today and she was in major pain about time we left I did not suggest you go to this place

Dr.Jackson is very professional and honest. In a year Ive been thru 3 office managers that were ALL fighting my insurance. That never happen. After the third office manger. I found out they no longer take my insurance and I have to fight them by myself. A week ago requested my paper work to begin process. 9 days later Ive still not received the papers. The office doesnt care about patients . And dont expect for them to call you back either. They are rude and misleading. It makes me sad Dr. Jackson and hygienist cause they are clean and professional. But those folks up front are not doing their jobs nor care.

They have Saturday appointments!!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Dr. Nathani did my exam and later my cleaning so I didnt have to make another appointment. Equipment is all current. I definitely recommend.

WOW! What can I say? I had such a FIRST wonderful experience here at Winston Salem Dental Group. I haven’t been to the dentist in 3+ years( expensive insurance ..long story) but the staff here made me feel confident and assured me my teeth were not as bad as I was thinking! The office is beautiful first off. Very cool and clean and organized. Front receptionist was super sweet with me. My appointment was first thing in the morning and as always I came extremely early so I was seen first right away.The whole visit, I was explained everything that would happen step by step. Their process is extremely organized which is great. Treatment coordinator explained treatment and everything to me and she was very sweet. The dentist was gentle and honest with me on everything. He also explained everything to me that would happen step by step. I originally came for a cleaning and found out I needed two fillings so the fillings would be completed that day. My cleaning was scheduled two weeks out but I can’t wait for it actually! Definitely recommend this office to anyone! They accepted my insurance as well( United HealthCare)

I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient here. I had a broken tooth and was sure it would have to be pulled but Dr. N. was able to rebuild my tooth and save it! Thank you again!

WILL NOT and I mean WILL NOT go back they let me sit for hours in excruciating pain then called me back to sit for another 45minutes in pain. Never did get seen they much rather joke and play games!!!!!! THANKS ALOT!!!!

Ive been with these guys for about 4 months and I cant tell you enough how happy I am that I changed to Dr. Jackson. They are extremely friendly and caring about their patients. The staff and Dr. Jackson have shown the the up most concern about my comfort and opinion. I cant say enough about the Treatment Coordinator Claudia. Ive never experienced the concern and caring from one as I have her.....to receive a phone call to check on your health when it doesnt even concern dentistry should tell you how and what this office is all about. I would recommend them to anybody!!!!! They are the best that Ive ever had!!!!

I hate going to the dentist! Ive hated going since I was a child. Recently, I had a bit of a dental emergency and they were able to get me in quickly and the issue was fixed immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel 100% at ease - not only financially, but in my heightened anxiety state as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Winston Salem Dental Group is the Best Dentist Office Ive ever been to. I went through a bad experience along time ago and has never been to the dentist again. Friendly and efficient staff. Great dentist. Never felt my tooth come out. Hours are great for 8-5 workers.

Hadnt been to the dentist in 3 years and was nervous. This is one of the few places that accept my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and facility. The dental hygienist was very gentle and everyone was understanding and friendly. Dont judge it by its cover. It may not look like much on the outside but they have good people on the inside.

Wish i could give zero star. I am so disgusted how they tried to push people on their sales, of course they want you to pay more thats why theyre trying to make you do the their other expensive treatment. I dont understand how they have such a good reviews, it seems all the good reviews are FAKE.. I dont really believe all good reviews that why i rather read the bad one because people wont write bad reviews if they are not disappointed. So good luck!

My first trip to the dentist in years and I cant wait to go back. Welcoming staff, very informative and friendly, and my only wish is they had oral surgeons available on Saturdays. 😁

Im late on posting this but Im glad I procrastinated on trying to find a dentist to go to. Saw this place and decided to check em out. The staff is friendly and helpful and boy my teeth got the works, in a good way yall. (It was my own fault for not going to a dentist in such a LONG time)But if you dont have a dentist and live here in the city, I highly recommend you give WSDG a try.
