My family and I recently moved to NC, so we were in need of a new dentist. We heard great things about Vivid. Today was my first appointment and everyone there was so amazing. They were extra friendly and made me feel welcomed. Tonia did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Vivid to anyone in search of an amazing dentist.

My hygienist Tonia is so amazing! I have followed her to the different dental offices she has worked at because nobody cleans my teeth quite like her. She is so kind and welcoming and is very good at explaining what I can do better to help improve my oral health!

I had many bad experiences at dentists in the past and I stopped going for many years. Eventually I had a cracked tooth and I had no choice but to go. My wife Amber recommended them. They are a very friendly dentist office. Dr Lor is great as well as my hygienist Brittney. They really care for your health and your teeth and give lots of education on how to keep it up. My teeth and back on their way to being good and I am happy I took the leap of faith! If you dont have insurance, ask about their in-house insurance plans. They definitely help!

Excellent service. Usually get my teeth cleaned here. This time got in for tooth problem within one hour of phone call. Covid protocols in place. Staff efficient and friendly. Dr. Lor was careful and made a thoughtful diagnosis. HIghly recommend.

I had my first visit with Vivid dental back in August of this year and I had a good experience. The hygienist was very nice and did a great job in cleaning my teeth and advising me how to take care of my mouth and the dentist was great as well, very friendly and professional. I definitely plan on going again for my next routine visit. I definitely recommended this practice.

I had a appointment back in the summer, I was referred buy my sister. My sister had told me how nice and helpful everyone was. When I came in for my appointment I just needed a regular cleaning and the dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dr lor where so nice and I can not wait for my next appointment.

I had a broken a tooth over the weekend. Made an earlier call to Vivid Dental on Monday am.Dr Lori and Holly worked me into what was an already busy day. I was crowned and on my way by early afternoon.So thankful that my issue was taken care of so quickly and efficiently.

Had a disagreement about a matter, but never did I expect to be disrespected with such negative, unprofessional conduct. The Office manager Beths response was rude and unacceptable and I said to her that I would never come here again and her response was and we dont want you to come back, WE dont want you here. Her behavior indicated to me as an older African American women that she had issues with me because of who I am and use the issue as a platform to express prejudicial conduct. I was never disrespectful to her nor was any foul language express towards her. I expect a persons conduct should be professional when working for a Dental Office. If not, Beth isnt a good representative of the company you work for. Theres never a reason for any one to be rude.

My dental hygienist, Tonia; is very caring and explains everything she does to help ease my mind. She is very kind and will answer any questions that you may have. 10/10 would recommend her. 😁

From the first phone call everyone at Vivid Dental was so friendly. I was actually relaxed and not fearful leading up to my visit. The front desk staff, Tonia and Dr. Lor were so nice and very thorough. My teeth feel so clean and I’m looking forward to being a regular patient here!

At first I was going to get braces but when I went to vivid dental Invisalign was suggested to me. I’m glad I received the Invisalign treatment. It was quick and easy. Dr. Lor and Emma did a really good job. Now I am more confident with my smile!

My first visit and I was very impressed. Everyone was very nice and professional. I think my hygienist was Tonya or something with a T. Anyway, though I cdnt see her face, she was excellent. Highly recommended, their Covid protocol was spot on and I felt in good hands the entire time. True class act!!

While searching for a Dentist I came upon vivid Dental. From the second I went in to be checked in the customer service was outstanding. When you visit a place that youve never been too, the first time and they are really nice make you want to return again. What really stood out for me the most was the dentist...OMG, Iam always scared when I go to any dentist but, not only did Dr lor, made sure I was comfortable but he built a great relationship with me where I felt very comfortable and safe.He explained everything to me as many times that he needed to so I understood and he told me what he thought was best for my dental care!!! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Scheduling was so easy, everyone in the office was kind and attentive. Tonia did an amazing job with my cleaning, and Holly was a wonderful assistant to Dr Lohr. Dr Lohr has exceptional bedside manner and made me feel at ease despite the fact I had broken part of my molar and needed a filling replaced. If you have any kind of anxiety around going to the dentist, I highly recommend this practice.

I was told I needed to replace an old filling. I was happy they could do it that day. I had my old filling replaced and ended up in pain for weeks. A month later I went back to the office to check why Im still in so much pain. Now they say I need to see a specialist for a root canal, because the filling was very deep(which I now understand can happen). I have severe radiating nerve pain. I was never told this could happen before hand. NOTHING was explained about pain before or after they did this deep filling. There was just very little care given. Now Im left to manage the pain until I can get into the specialist they recommended for the root canal. Ive never had pain from a filling before, I have no knowledge or experience of what to do. Im online trying to learn how to manage this pain until I can get it fixed by another dentist. I feel really mishandled. Ill be switching my family of 4 to another practice.

Im a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. My doctor & assistant made me very comfortable. I received a crown all in one day! I did not experience pain or any discomfort during the procedure. All I took was motrin hours afterwards. They are located in Winston Salem and very professional. They have a machine that made my crown in 45 mints while I waited. My dental experience was by far exceptional and I will gladly return in the future. Thankyou very much! Veteran/USN

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I arrived for appointment there was almost no wait time. Tonia, the hygienist was great! Dr Lor took the time to answer my questions and make suggestions. The office was very clean. Everything was complete opposite of my previous dentist, so glad I changed!

Ive been with the now known as vivid gentle since the days of doctor sets or. Both my husband and I had several years with doctor sets or. Previously the service was excellent and you never felt like you were being over billed or muscled into service as you do not need.Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Ive had call repeatedly on bills that were improperly billed when I tried to even speak with the front desk staff saying that I had spoke with one of the specialist who had given me an estimate on a procedure and made me sign it she want to argue with me and charge me $300 more. This happen over and again. Also the last thing I hear before I leave is all the things that I need to have done and should have done and they want to rush me into things. I am not pleased. This is not the same business as doctor setzer.It seems that with the new waiting area and all the new improvements made to the inside they now have a new procedure and that is more money more money more money. The customer service is not there. If you call the office and try to get clarification you better speak with Beth the practice manager because the girls at the front desk dont seem to have a very good grasp on whats going on.

I thought I would only be at the office for an appointment to discuss the two crowns I needed. After X-rays and a discussion with Dr. Lor he asked if I would like to schedule or go ahead with the procedure. I am really afraid of shots and let him know... he was so great and calmed me down so I agreed to get it over with. He and Holly were wonderful and the whole thing was so easy and now I have two crowns and could not be happier. I would recommend them to everyone. Hello, Im a first time Patient at Vivid Dental. I had a dental emergency where I had a tooth that broke. They not only worked me in right away, but they took the necessary time required to install a crown. My Doctor was truly an expert at effecting the repair, even the needle used to inject the numbing medicine didnt hurt. He was also very caring. I had an excellent first experience at Vivid Dental.

As much as we dislike going to the dentist office Dr lor and the staff always make it a good experience, everyone is very professional and nice. If you go for a cleaning Tonia has the most gentle hands and its very friendly.

I have now had two procedures with Vivid Dental, both experiences were very comfortable and successful. I am very pleased with this practice from the reception to all the assistants and with my dentist Dr. Lor. When I choose five starts, I mean it!

I am very particular about what dentist I will see or will allow my children to see. I have a child that would get very anxious when going to the dentist especially at a younger age. Everyone in the office makes you feel like family, they are very patient, and caring no matter what is going on. My children or I have never had any bad experience with them and would recommend them to anyone adult or child!

I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned during the pandemic, but felt so reassured when my temperature was taken at the door along with a survey about my health. Tonia did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and answering my questions.

We just moved to the area and did a great deal of research to find a provider for our dental care. My husband had his appointment first and all the personnel were professional, thorough and helpful. They worked with my husbands schedule to fix a problem they discovered prior to him leaving for a 13 week trip to Oregon. We feel soooooo glad that we have Vivid Dental to turn to for all our comprehensive care.
