Lazy worker..wouldnt transfer records from old to new phone. Sold bad Sim card. Had to go 35 miles back there cuz I didnt get service at home anymore.

I am not from Winchester but here for the next several months then moving back to Chantilly, Virginia. So, here is my local experience of a business in Winchester, Virginia...The rep lied to me, over charged my credit card, didnt match the Boost-Up on website as she promised. Signed me up for phone insurance without informing me. I never saw the contract at all. Not only didnt I e-sign anything but the PDF of contract was never emailed to me as stated.That store violates FCC, local, state and Federal law - they have surveillance cameras (not illegal) but record audio in the store-illegal. Nothing posted stated they are doing so and it is still illegal to have a surveillance camera record audio with no knowledge of customer knowing. Yes, Virginia is a one party consent state when it comes to recording phone conversations and audio under certain criteria, (Virginia Code § 19.2-62) but not with the aforementioned I had described in that store. ( Virginia Code §19.2-61 et. seq. which is the Interception of Wire, Electronic or Oral Communications Act which is similar to the federal proscription against such conduct. 18 U.S.C. §2510 et. seq. These wiretapping statutes may also apply to videotaping and are broader in scope than §18.2-386.1)The reps manners, Jen, are pretty unprofessional and pathetic. So, I highly recommend not going there and going to the one located in the Stonewall Plaza in Winchester.If I could give a -10 rating I would. Buyer beware of that store on Berryville Avenue in Winchester, Virginia.
