I have purchased many new vehicles and this was my first attempt at Malloy in Winchester. Also my last. Poor leadership, lack of communication and disorganized best describes my experience at Malloy. Luckily I did not waste much of my time here before realizing this is not where I want to spend my money.It is setup like most dealerships where the littles run around and show you cars. They are not capable of making any decisions so you waste a good portion of time with let me talk to my manager and watching them run back and forth to their masters at the throne in the middle of the dealership.What finally pushed me out the door was the request for a 3k deposit on a vehicle that was in transit. I have put less of a good faith down on a house. Based on some of the other good faith/in transit reviews about Malloy, my decision was most certainly verified.The only positive that came from the Malloy experience is I found a dealership, west of Winchester (who would have thought, right?) who was personable, communicated well, provided a better price and a better interest rate. I had to drive a little further but at the end of the day I spent my money in a respectable establishment and didnt waste a ton of time doing it. I gave a star because I probably should thank Malloy a little bit for finding a much better car buying experience.
Went in just looking came out with a 2021 Chevy Equinox w/3434 miles. Errance was great, very patient answered all my questions, All staff were very polite, super nice. The paper work process took a bit longer than expected, considering I wasnt prepared to purchase a vehicle and didnt have a lot of information they needed. It all worked out in the end. I highly recommend Malloy Chevrolet if you are looking to purchase a new, used/certified vehicle. Staff are wonderful, wasnt pushy.Thanks Errance and Malloy Chevrolet. Very pleasant staff. Husband stated when he got in the he felt a little something on the steering wheel. He suggested may some sort of covering on the steering wheel just in case. He wiped down when he got home. We have always been satisfied.

He did not make me feel rushed or pressured in any way! I am now the proud owner of a 2020 vehicle! This was even delivered to me due to certain circumstances! I came in hoping to get something but wasn’t optimistic honestly but thankfully Rick was there. He was beyond helpful, very informative, and actually listened and wanted to help with my needs. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive but honest with me and helped me to find what I was looking for and my 8 month old son loved him. I will never go anywhere else. This is my second time having my 2020 Silverado serviced at Malloy Chevrolet. Although they were not able to fix my issue due to the engineers still working on a fix. Their communication was spot on and so far theyve done great.
My 2018 Traverse was in your shop for over 26 consecutive days. I was not offered a loaner car, delays getting a warranty approval inspection, over 10 days to get the torque converter which was on back order and I have to imitate all communication. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I’m a firm believer in loyalty, and integrity.I believe I made a good deal and the dealership made good also. I only wish that with buying a brand new truck that something was included as long as i own the truck. Such as power train coverage, or a simple $250 to $500 maintenance or accessories voucher/credit.The sad part is I bought the truck last week and dying to have it and it’s not at the dealership yet.Just food for thought! I thank your dealership for all you do.
I just had a terrible experience with Winchester Mitsubishi and on a whim, decided to pull into this dealership. I didn’t initially see a car that was what I needed and then Austin walked out and hunted the whole lot with us to find what we needed. He actually found it in the shop being inspected because he was knowledgeable of what cars were on the trade in lot. We walked up to the main building and they offered me a fantastic deal on my trade in. The loan process was quick and painless. I give the dealership, and Austin especially, a five star rating. I only wish I could give more stars!
Jessica Rodriguez was extremely helpful and professional in helping me purchase my 2021 Chevy Silverado. She took her time to go over the interior and exterior of the vehicle and she even let me take it on a test drive. I have to say it is a big difference going from a mid size pickup to a full size. I dropped off my car at 11am. Was told by Laurel it would take a couple hours. Was given a shuttle ride home. After 2.5 hours I called to get an update and no one answered the phone in the service center despite multiple attempts and being forwarded several times by the operator. I left a message with laurel to call me back. I proceeded to call every hour after that until 5pm. I left messages with multiple people whos names I do not recall. The phone was never answered a single time when called. Finally I got a ride from someone to take me out there. Upon entering the service center I see my car loaded in the air with my old tires still on. Every person I talked to tried to blame the lack of communication on someone else even though no one answered the phone. I did not leave the dealership until 6pm. And all they did was put tires on my car in that time. They did not complete the alignment. They had my car for 7 hours and only put on tires. No communication whatsoever by staff. They also knew I needed a ride back to the dealership to get my car, which never would have happened since the driver had already left for the day. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received anywhere for a vehicle.
Lovely group of people here. Had to sit here for 3 hours while I got my AC fixed and they made time fly by! They are so hospitable and such a bright and friendly crew! Couldn’t be more satisfied from not only purchasing my vehicle from here, but also getting it serviced. Great staff all around!
Everyone was friendly and very kind. We just went to look at a Suburban and ended up buying it. There was absolutely no pressure or pushing for us to buy right that minute. We took our puppies “Toby and Tucker” with us because we were surely not going to buy that Suburban! There was a wonderful Sales Lady that watched our puppies the whole time while we wheeled and dealed. She was very kind and gracious with them. We could not have asked for a nicer experience. Our salesman “Anthony” was very friendly and helped us seal the deal. Noah in financing fought to get us a good deal. Everyone including the receptionist was absolutely genuinely friendly, you could tell by the look on their faces that they really meant their kind words. We left out of Malloy very excited and satisfied with the deal. Thanks everyone!
Because of my wife`s resent amputation, I ask Laurel to expedite the service so that I could get back with her. The time was cut in half from 2hrs, to 1hr. and that was with only one young man on duty that day doing oil changes and tire balance and rotation--Both of these employees are to be complemented for there loyalties to there employer and the customer.
Everyone was excellent and made this the easiest dealer purchase ive had to date.
We took our Traverse in for its very first service. The lady at the service department was great (Lisa, I think). She called us when our vehicle was ready. Additionally, I noted some paint issues on the hood of our vehicle. Rocky Jones, the service director, took a look at them and immediately set up an appointment with the paint folks to evaluate the paint issues. Both of the folks who helped us at the paint center (Amanda and Brian) were great too. A repair estimate was worked up to evaluate if the paint issue was considered a factory blemish. Rocky Jones also came over and visited with us while we were at the paint center. Our interaction with all of the folks involved with the service of our vehicle have been great. I have never been to a car dealer before that had this many professionals under one roof. Keep up the great work!
I have only ever dealt with the service department, the people at the desk are super friendly, I would’ve gave 5 stars if they were more time oriented. I schedule my oil change for 10:15 am and it was past 11 when the car was finally taken back for the service. Thankfully I didn’t have have any other prior obligations for the day. It was a little past noon when I got the car back. 2 hours for an oil change is a little outrageous, but service was completed… I will just keep in mind next time I schedule a service that it will be longer than they expect.
Wonderful experience all around. Doug was great, very inviting and his dedication to his customers showed. Melissa was fantastic! She wasn’t pushy or overbearing and didn’t try to force the deal-so much so that I think there was a good chunk of time that we talked about anything other than buying a car. I had some specific requirements that needed to be met and Melissa and the Malloy team really delivered. 10/10 recommend and will be a customer for life….so long as Melissa is still there!

Dont ever buy from this dealership! The GM literally said I will fix the mistake my guy made as long as you dont do business with us again. Funny thing is the car is under warranty so he committed a crime. The GM wanted to eliminat the warranty that the car was sold under. Terrible people. GM and Chevy headquarters are on this. They have already said this isnt the first time for this place. I will be pressing charges. A civil suit is in process.

Had a bad experience today. The service rep gave me an estimate of $300 to replace the serpentine belt and the bill was $600. The service rep is new and needs more experienceI will mark this as another learning experience and perform a more thorough due diligence next time.
Appointment made for 8 am. Confirmed they will be able to get the vehicle in right at 8am. Said I will be back over lunch. Oil change only. Done at 1pm. Clearly did not get it in right at 8am.
Just want to say a big thank you to the service team for schedulers as well as the technician that performed the oil change in our Colorado.Stopped by the dealership on August 27th around noon to see if they could do the first oil change thats included in the first 12 months of ownership. We were apprehensive that it could be done the save day. Figured due to the time of day it would either be the next day or later in the week. They were able to schedule it for 2:30 that same afternoon. Once we returned to have the service performed, we only waited about 30 to 45 minutes for the work to be done.Thank you.

I brought in my car one year ago to have the ac fixed, not having worked for years, I figured it was time. They couldn’t find an underlying problem, but charged it and it worked great for the season. This spring the ac was not working again. Took it back and they said it needed a part and it would be a $1000 to fix!! I figured that was steep, but it was a dealership and at least they would fix it right. It didn’t even make it through the hot season and stopped working again. I took it back and they said it would be $700 to fix this time!!!!! (“I figured that since it was the dealership, at least they would fix it right”) Well, I learned my lesson.
Next day appointment, car was taken in right away. Very efficient, quick service. Representatives very nice and helpful.
Service adviser and technician were excellent both took time to explain service performed and future services that would be coming up soon to keep my truck well maintained . Thanks again !!

This dealership was a great place to get a car. All the employees were very nice and conscientious. The salesperson that helped me was Jesica, and she was terrific to deal with. I would recommend Malloy Chevrolet.
I, remotely from a different state, purchased a vehicle that was in transit. It was almost exactly what we wanted with a great price. The salesperson submitted a different purchase order to finance than the one I agreed upon. I mentioned this when the car was delivered and we saw the paperwork and we were told that it would be straighten out. Also, the floor mat option was not installed. Evidently the salesperson had never told the dealership that it was part of the deal. I also tracked the salesperson while the car was enroute and a 4 hour detour was done to a hospital. Via text, phone and email we were told that traffic and summer storms were bad while the salesperson was sitting at this hospital.Talked to the dealer numerous times about the mats. Finally received 3 of 4 mats. Called again about the last mat and was told that it was on back order. I called a local dealer and asked if it it was on backorder or could I order it. I was told it was not on back order and I could order it. Two months pass by and we receive the wrong mat. Finally, over three months later we receive a check and the last mat. The check was to correct the difference in what we paid and what we agreed on.While this dealership may be great to work with on a local basis I would be skeptical to purchase a vehicle from them from a distance. I personally will not consider this dealership for any future car purchases.

GM issued a service bulletin for my vehicle (thats still under warranty). I have been experiencing the problem in the bulletin so I made an appointment to have it addressed. The entire time, I felt like they were trying to find a way out of the warranty and charge me for the service. They said they would look at it and if it was not covered under warranty they were going to charge me $125 for looking at it (not fixing it). In the end, they said I was covered under warranty but the idea that they were going to charge me just to see if it is under warranty is pretty shady. Never had this problem with Toyota.
Our salesman Allen Montoya was professional, kind, very informative and helpful. We visited multiple dealerships in several states but came back to Malloy only because of Allen Montoya’s customer service. The entire Malloy staff was super friendly and helpful!
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly and professional. They got me in and out in a timely manner. We have been buying cars and having them serviced at this dealership for over 18 years and have consistently received excellent customer care.
Rick approached us first and right away made us feel comfortable and let us see all the vehicles we had in mind. He was very knowledgeable when we asked particular spec questions. We chose the Blazer and had a headache free visit to Malloy. We definitely will recommend Rick and the dealership.

Customer service was great and friendly. Went in for an inspection at a scheduled 9:30am and service wasn’t completed until 12:15pm. First time going there and not sure if I would go there in the future as this was extremely long.
(Sept 2021) Terry at Malloy Chevrolet has done it again! We needed an affordable commuter car for our daughter and decided to give her the older Chevy we had and purchased a newer model. Only 52K miles on it and it is gorgeous! Thanks to Terry for knowing his stock merchandise and thanks to Nicholas for being a helpful and efficient underwriter - we got a great package on an extended warranty.(May 2021) Terry at Malloy Chevrolet has been a huge blessing to us in our quest to purchase a new SUV. He knew what we needed and what we could afford and helped us get exactly what we wanted, and it happened to be on sale $1300 off the original price! We got bumper to bumper warranty and we can drive to visit our adult children now without worrying about an old car breaking down or on-the-road repairs. I called the General manager and he never responded to me. I was told that my truck was ready for pick up. But it was not fixed because it needed a part. That I was not called or told about. If you have them do any work for you I would suggest you check the work if you can. They dont return calls in a timely manner
I made an appointment for 7 am to get an oil change and a state inspection and dropped of the car the night before. Although we had not received any communication, my wife stopped to pick up the car at 2, which should have been more than enough time, and was told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. I subsequently called twice to check on the progress and I had to leave a message both times and never received a call back. I went myself after work, arriving at about 6 pm. I was told the car was done, and so it was. In discussing why I wasnt contacted and why it took so long, I was informed that even though I had an appointment, it was policy to work on the cars of the people who decided to sit and wait. If thats the ridiculous policy youve decided to go with, fine, just dont offer appointments because its just a lie.
The sales rep Allen Montoya was excellent. Very very pleasant and professional. Everything was great until I went to financing to sign the documents. The rep in there, Nick Kelchner, sort of had an attitude because I wouldnt buy extra packages for warranties. It made the rest of the visit very uncomfortable and unpleasant.
We are so appreciative of the work that Allen Montoya put into finding the truck we were dreaming of! He is excellent!

I was not happy with the way I was treated at Malloy Chev. When I arrived (with appointment) I had a coupon for $49.95 for service and tire rotation. The advisor said fine and took the coupon. He later came to me and explained that there was about $1500 worth of work that needed to be done. I said NO i could not afford it. My bill was handed to me shortly after BUT when I got to the cashier I was told the coupon was not valid for the type of car I had (Chev Equinox). This was never told to me until AFTER the work was done. Just another example of Malloys questionable business practices. You sent the coupon, you should honor it.
Staff was very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. One the easiest transactions of buying a vehicle I have had. Will definitely recommend them and a top notch dealer.

I had been going here since it was Jim Stutzman for all of my oil changes, tire rotations, and repairs and have unfortunately seen the decline of service. We use to get multipoint inspections and tire rotations included with the oil change package but not they are separate costs. Booking an appointment was easy, but actually trying to drop you car off in their parking lot is a nightmare. Ultimately without the multipoint inspection and poor pricing options I will take my Chevy over to Subaru for future oil changes. The people over there are super friendly, knowledgeable and have good packages for my cars needs. Not to mention they also wash the car before giving it back.
Jesica Rodriguez was wonderful, very kind and helpful. She walked me through the entire process and helped me learn the new features included on my car. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from the same dealer, as well as my daughter, I usually upgrade every 3 to 4 years. I was passing Malloy and decided to stop and take a look, Jesica was very knowledgeable and i felt like I could trust her which is important. I will definitely give her a call when looking for another vehicle. Great experience staff and service were great!

The purchase was made from Malloy because of price, you beat everyone else by $3000, but I’ll recommend your dealership because of how nice everyone was. Waited about 7 weeks for GM to find and ship BCU... As soon as it arrived, Brent the new service writer had your mechanics drop everything and get multiple recalls fixed and installed BCU within one day... Car had been there so long he had it detailed and waited after his hours for me to arrive to pick it up. Prior writer, Conty, had kept in touch with me weekly as we shared status information from your end and my battle with GM.... Once again Malloy has performed in an excellent manner and I have shared the positive experience with our club and on the C8 Facebook page. GM customer service could use some improvement, but in the end they made it right.

The lady at the desk checked me in, I patiently waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. It didn’t take long at all, they got me squared away and I was on my Merry way.
Brought in my daughters truck because the power steering went out as well as numerous other lights and indicators going off. Dropped it off late Friday afternoon. They looked at it Monday morning and fixed it by noon. So far, I am impressed with speed and friendliness of service.

The salesman was excellent (Rick Gordon). He can only do what the man behind the curtian tells him to do. I was not informed that the sale of the vehicle, I purchased, on the 3rd of March, had been cancelled by GM because of the chip shortage. The vehicle was to be delivered in about 2 weeks. The most upsetting was the fact that my check for $7500.00 was not returned at that time.
Trevor did a great job especially being a new seller. Malloy dealership had no problem with me getting a loan through my bank and made everything very simple with no hassling.

My wife waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. No one checked on her or explained why it was taking so long. When they were finished, they didn’t even know where the vehicle was parked so she had to run around in the rain and look for it. Things certainly have changed since Jim Stuzman sold the dealership.

I was told that “we dont inventory tires, so if it needs to be replaced will have to get one and it will be ready Wednesday” Wednesday came and went, no call, no notice. I texted my service advisor and still have not received a reply. I physically went to the service department on Thursday to inquire about the status of my repairs. Nothing had been done, your service advisor will call you, he never called. Finally on Friday I reached out to the Service Manager and was told my vehicle would be ready by 5pm, it was, but it took FOUR DAYS to replace the tire. Very poor customer service and care.

I had a great experience at Malloy Chevy... very professional, my sales consultant Stone Garver was great. I had called him in advance about a vehicle. The time I arrived he had already put gas in it and did a little research just to make sure he was familiar with the car since it was used and not a normal vehicle they traditionally sell. I purchased the car painlessly and from the time arrived until the time I got home was about 2 hours. Stone and another consultant drove my other car home for me. Everyone was so helpful. It was a very quick process, and they were able to put us in our dream truck, with a great price. We will be back when were ready to upgrade our other vehicle.
