Great service, wonderful people to deal with. Privately owned. Although it has a very home-like feeling, theyre professionals. Its a small operation employee wise, but they do a ton of business from what I can tell. They bought a lot across the street so they could park most of their projects theyre working on. It is mostly euro imports that are taken, and also non euro imports.

I have so many things to say abour this place but would not have enough space to finish and say how good of a mechanic Kirk is and of course john God bless them for being honest and being there when I had trouble with the vehicle i was driving. I had spark plugs changed in my 328 I last year and when it was finished the woman on the phone told me that my total 130 dollars and change. When I arrived the owner charged me 263. Immediately ruined my view of them and felt entirely like they stole from me. Would not recommend.

I have owned two land rovers and have had them serviced at multiple other dealers but due to there excellent workmanship and customer service I will only use euro-werks.

My 2012 BMW 128i was hard to start. I showed up to Euro Werks with no appointment and Sandy graciously greeted me and she had a mechanic (Chase)begin working on my car immediately. Problem was diagnosed and my car was ready in less than an hour. The people were honest and friendly. Will definitely be taking my car back for needed services. Overall great experience!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Curt (the owner) is a FOUL MOUTH BULLY. I had my vehicle towed there from Mt. Sterling to have it diagnosed via Euro-Werks computer only because there were no shops in Mt. Sterling that had a working foreign computer at the time. I received a phone call from the lady at the front desk stating that my car could not be repaired. A day later the same lady calls back to very rudely state that I now must move my car today or she will have it towed because Euro-Werks needs that parking spot for their vehicles being repaired. I requested that a Winchester police officer visit Highland Street to determine if my car was on Euro-Werks property and could legally be towed by Euro-Werks. Office Cantor visited Highland Street and informed me that my was car was legally parked on a public street and that I would have 7 days to move it. Immediately after speaking with Office Cantor I received a call from Curt (the owner) using all kinds of foul language and informing me that I now have 2 days to move my vehicle. I told him that that Officer Cantor stated I had 7 days to move it, Curt states if you dont move it in 2 days-good luck on whats left of your car when you get here. WHAT A BULLY! This all occurred within a few days time. If I could give this business -0- stars I would! I see this is not the first poor review based on the owners behavior. Heres the warning to you that I wish I had seen prior to being exposed to such unwarranted crude and bullying behavior.
