Wonderful experience. Tony is great. Never in my life had gel polish to last more than a week. This lasted 3 weeks. Now my nails are long enough no powder nor acrylic needed just the gel polish & manicure this time. Now made appointment for my 3 week appointment. Will definitely be on a schedule with him now. They are a family owned business and stay busy so appointment is recommended. Staff is wonderful, very clean and professional. Not one of the chop shops on the corner like many others, put very nice. Highly recommend.

I researched a lot of places for sanitation and scores before I came. I’m so glad I came! They’re efficient, kind and worth every penny! I brought my son and niece for a “treat yourself” day and it’s been a great experience that will bring us back!!!

This is the best nail shop in Wilson hands down. Not sure if its appointment only due to COVID or what but I love it. I set my appointment, arrive & am immediately seated and given undivided attention. My nails lasts.. no lifting, chipping or breaking. A bit pricey but you have to pay for good quality, period. 😌 Im glad I switched nail techs this will be the only salon allowed to touch my nails!

First I just want to mention that this place is across the street from where my map told me it was however still very easy to find from the road. What a wonderful delightful nail salon. Start to finish I was very pleased they were super quick to make space for me at a table for my gel manicure everything was clean and sanitary you could see them opening sealed packages for each new client and they did it right in front of you so there was no question about the cleanliness. they were diligent in making sure I was happy with my shape and the every single nail was smooth all the way through the end of the experience all of the little tricks like pulling my skin when they painted making sure that they dried each quickly enough after just a couple of nails so that there were no bubbles Etc not to mention this place is priced very well for the area. If youre 20 minutes away its worth the drive I made it today and will gladly do it again. Also I will mention that I was looking over at other tables and listening to comments of other patrons people seemed very happy with the services they were getting they were complimentary towards the staff and the two ladies that sat down next to me over the course of my manicure I could see got a very good paint job and the acrylic was done meticulously on the table next to me. My gel manicure was very well done my nails are smooth the shapes match perfectly throughout all 10 fingers and they had a great polish selection as well. Couldnt be happier.

The woman who did my mani ans pedi was terrible and could not paint. My polish on my toes are so thick and half way painted. However the main lady who does designs is terrific. She freestyled on my horribly painted toes and hands and made me feel very satisfied. She also did an ok job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be going back to get my nails designed and eyebrows done but nothing else. Overpriced for no reason

I got exactly what I wanted and they lasted a whole month! Great customer service...prices are steep but thats the same everywhere! I have been to 3 different nail shops in a year and the prices are about the same, but well worth it for me. Got lots of compliments. Satisfied customer!

I absolutely love this place! I make an appointment, come at my scheduled time and I get what I ask for quick and it last. I have been a customer since October when I was forced to go at the last minute. Best thing that ever happened. I switched shops and I am pleased. ❤️❤️

Absolutely wonderful work

I really enjoyed the service. My husband and I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised. We both got pedicures and I also got my eyebrows done. The cleanliness and customer service is a five star the environment was very relaxed and cost was great as they truly take their time and don’t rush paying great attention to their work to ensure a great job and customer satisfaction. I will be back, I highly recommend this location especially if you have bad experiences at other Nail Salons in the area. It’s definitely worth a try you won’t be disappointed!

The ONLY place I go to get my nails done. The techs are always kind and even when they’re busy, it’s still a smooth and painless experience. I won’t go anywhere but here! And the fact that whoever runs the google page responds to negative reviews to explain their side and defend their business makes me love them even more. :)

This is a great place to go if you don’t have a option on anything.If you voice your opinion on anything about your service, you will be treated differently as if they make your money for you.I made a statement once about why do they charge to take off the gel polish because it has to be removed anyway.The female who sits in the front proceeds to stop speaking with me and lets her Boyfriend talk.Starts to utter in their language about me wanting a discount.From this point I haven’t gotten the best service even when there has been no one else in the shop my service is always rushed and tacky!!My nails chip, break and look like I’ve had them two weeks after a week. They were so busy one day they had an unlicensed professional start to do my nails and mess them up and the lady had to take over and she utter something of me being cheap which was why she had her BF doing my nails who I’ve never seen do nails before!!I wouldn’t recommend you spend money with these people if you like things done a certain way!!!They are rude and customers is what’s making the business survive!!They don’t care about their customers only money!!!!!

They do a great job on my short little nails every time. Always so friendly, reasonable prices and theyre up front with what itll cost when you ask for something (design, ombré, etc). So many color choices too! I especially like how if youre not okay with how its turning out, theyll fix it on the spot and make sure you leave happy with your nails 💕

These are some of the nicest people that I have had provide the service of doing my nails. They treat my mom and I very well and with the upmost respect. We are able to laugh and have a good time while pampering ourselves! Annie even calls me her sister!😊

I definitely recommend coming here for your nails!! I cant say about pedicures or eyebrows because I havent had those done there yet. But the staff is WONDERFUL! They go out of thier way to provide top notch service to everyone! They make you feel welcome & respected. I will definitely be going back to them from now on!! My nail tech was Annie & she was gentle & definitely has an artists eye!

Tina was the worst in customer service and nail care. Absolutely the worst and I will NEVER go back. Why, you ask? Well, I was out and about and decided to go get my nails done. I requested a female technician because I had on a sundress and didnt want to be uncomfortable or make anyone else uncomfortable. I mean thats a long time not to make eye contact. Well, I wouldnt have gotten a worst response if I had walked in screaming I hate men and they stink. Lets really get into the story. While soaking in the pedicure section my other half (who happens to be a male that doesnt stink and I really love) decides he wants a pedicure as well. Okay, no problem. He was promptly set up to soak alongside me as all was well...or so I thought. A female tech came over and proceed to do his pedicure. Excuse me my love but did you just cut in line? Okay whatever, Im soaking and I do love him so no worries. Other techs begin to ask me if I would mind a male tech because there were no female techs available. Are you kidding me? My other half has a female tech and he cut line. I politely declined and said that I would wait. Well, fifteen minutes later a female tech (Tina) sat in front of me and begin barking orders at me. My other half looked over at me like what in the world is going on. After a few more barks, I began to bark back. Everything calmed down and I figured we now had an understanding. Well, not exactly 🤦 Tina went on to paint my nails very quickly and missing some areas and left paint on my skin in other areas. When I asked her to clean up the paint she acted as if I had made the mess myself. Needless to say I didnt go forward with the manicure. I didnt even wait for my toes to dry. We paid our bill (making sure to tip my partners tech) and walked out without looking back. I do not and will not recommend this salon. If I could give less than one star I would.

First time at this establishment and my experience was great!! I will definitely be coming back for regular pedicures. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this nail salon...5 stars!!!

The nail technician Annie did a very great job on my nails!!! Everyone in there is very nice. I recommend going there if you want your nails done. Annie took her time to do my nails and she did it right.

I love this place it is my absolute go to nail salon. Its a little pricey but what salon it isn’t. My pedicures is everything to me and they speak clear English which is an A+ in my but and good for business.❤️❤️❤️

The people who work here are very nice. The prices are a bit steep for a standard pedicure. Pedicure chairs are run down. Would still return due to quality of personal service.

They did a bad job on my nails.... it’s a crack in on of them and the paint is coming off my other nails... I just don’t like them at all 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I also asked for square but they gave me a different shape‼️‼️ NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
