Got my first set of nails....ever. Didnt know what to expect. EVERYBODY Ive shown them to say they are the most professional set of French tip nails.....perfectly even....right down to the index finger on each hand.....that did not even HAVE a natural nail.KELLY IS A ROCKSTAR!

Ken has been doing my nails and toes since the day they opened. I have never been disappointed! He is kind hearted and so is all his staff and His wife Kelly also. They have been such a big part of the community for a while now. The new shop is amazing and very modern and sleek. The music choice is awesome. Love coming here. Please support their business and give them a shot!!!!

Pro nails was a good experience. My daughter and I went there the day before Valentines Day. Was a bit busy and that was to be expected. Gentlemen greeted us at the door and we told him what we wanted. I chose a color he couldn’t find but her certainly tried his best. He kept saying so sorry for the wait and made sure my daughter and I were ok. That’s awesome and Kudos to him. We finally got our nails done. I got my nails done by Kent and he was very good. He knows how to do nails that for sure. He got up a couple of times, to help customer which was understandable and he apologized for that. I got pinks gel nails and they turned out beautifully! My daughter was pleased with her white gel nails and she enjoyed the nail tech also. We are definitely going back. Awesome job pro nails!!

Terrible service. I have been going there four or five times and it was so nice the last 2 times I had the other gentleman not Kent. I just got my nails done Friday and the all have chipped but two. Not worth it. Won’t be going back.

I asked for my nails to be nails to be done a specific way with a picture. Was charged $60 my nails look nothing like picture was super unhappy. The only reason I left with these nails because it was my 40th birthday and was on strict time schedule. Will not be going back!

Hi, Kevin was my technician. I have never had someone to repeatedly tell me to relax my fingers while getting my nails done. This was my first time experiencing this and he seemed agitated. I told him I was relaxed and not sure what else he wanted me to do or how much more relaxed I could have gotten. he had Kelly to come over and do my design and she did an excellent job, he attempted the design and got upset because he said I wasnt cooperating. I had full set/design and pedicure

First time i went they were very polite and helpful ! my nails were near perfect and the gems i had didn’t even budge for the two weeks i had those nails!

They do a fabulous job EVERY time! The prices are extremely good. The quality however is even better! I am pretty tough on my nails, and don’t always have time to go every 2 weeks. So this last time, I decided to wait just to see how long they’d last. After 4 weeks.. with NO BROKEN NAILS.. a few paint chips.. but that’s to be expected after a month! I decided to go get them done. I was really shocked they lasted that long. Usually after about a week, I have at least one broken and the polish is ALWAYS chipping after 2 weeks. So.. I will definitely continue to go here. They also have super friendly staff and always make you feel welcome!

I visited this business Tuesday for a full set gel liquid Tony did my nails and he was very professional and polite he did a great job as i have been to a few other nail shops in the area and had the worst experience or bad service or the nails fell off ... my nails are beautiful and I will be returning....

I really was impressed with this establishment until I visited 2 weeks ago to be serviced for a fill in.Immediately upon my arrival,the manager(short and pushy male)swiftly led me to the section where the various nail colors were located.I looked through the various colors for 2to3 minutes to be exact.He approached me and hurriedly exclaimed “You pick color yet?”I informed him that I DID NOT appreciate being rushed!I also made him aware that if I am spending MY money,then I am going to get what I want.It seems to me he wanted my money but not my presence.Needless to say,that establishment will no longer receive my hard earned money and I don’t recommend this place to my family/friends.

Worst full-set and Pedi ever!! Polish is thick and chipping, heels are dry & not shaved. I will never return. $88 wasted!! #Beware!!

I had all the above done spent $88 and tipped $12... my nail chipped that afternoon, went back to have it repaired. The next day 2 more chipped and be refused to fix it instead only refunded me the cost of fill in. The white girl at from is super nice and I hate that she has to deal with those individuals when she knew they was wrong for not fixing what they messed up. I will not be returning. The reason nails chipped there was not enough Acrylic on the nails not enough polish....

Kent and his wife will always be my favorite! Really know what they are doing! always so welcoming the whole staff is caring and attentive as soon as you walk in the door!!

Took my daughter there for the first time, not really knowing what to expect. It was definitely a learning experience. Not sure if its normal to get nickled and dimed in a nail salon. However, a $27 quote turned into a $40 bill at the counter. Inexperience and ignorance cost me this time. Didnt really care for the customer service either. Ill let my wife handle the nail stuff in the future. Gee whiz.

I loved my first experience going there ! I usually would go somewhere else to get my waxing done,The girl there did a amazing job doing mines she took her time wasn’t rushed at all and made them look amazing I asked for good thin eyebrows and she did exactly what I asked for ... I will definitely come back!

I went with my friend and her son and they sat next to me while I got my pedi done, the person who did my pedi didn’t even say hey or how am I, instead he was so worried about my friends son and kept looking at him. I feel like they over charged me and couldn’t even do a simple line on my nails. Never going back !

The lady kept talking one then laughing and as she was laughing she hurt me a few times. At first I said hey can you make sure to do my nails right because your hurting me and she said sorry. Right after she starts talking again like ughhh some of my nails are thin and others are thick. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to never going there again 😔

They have no prices on the wall.They make up their own,the man cut my nails b4 I could say what length I wanted then said $3 extra for long,$2 for using the lotion and spray to dry fast and $38 full set not including prices above.Then my nails were not even, shaped wrong and now we know y no1 goes there
