Once the services are finally performed, they are good. Unfortunately, the customer service skills are terrible. Many times, customers are sent to the back to wait for services and are left there. Sometimes wax is dropped on customers clothing. The son is just plain RUDE!!

I went to this nail shop and asked for a fill in i guess my nails weren’t thick enough for her, i showed her what i wanted she said she could do it no problem, anyone that love to do nails knowssss what color of Umbre’ looks natural .. if y’all could see what i asked for verses what i got y’all would laugh! I will never return back! Hand looked like i was someone fun dummy ! #NEVER GOING BACK!

I went to N1 Nail Shop on 7/25/20; a tall slim man did my toes and nails. First, they didnt sterilize there instruments on my toes. I received Gel Polish on my hands, the polish starting chipping and peeling when I got home. It was late in the evening so I didn’t go back. I called the shop first thing Monday morning, and spoke to a woman. I went there after work on Monday. The first lady who sit on the right side is ruled. She stated we could repair your nails, I stated that I wanted them completely done over since my nails looked a mess!! I was not explained, I was going to be a fee for cleaning up there mess, It should have been FREE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go to this shop.

Will never go back. Nails are uneven than the other hand and to round at the top when I told her i wanted it to be straight. Didnt paint my nails right, she missed spots on my nails at the top.

They were super quick and so friendly they have really great prices I dont get my nails done often and never had a pedicure but the made a life long customer out of me

LOVE THIS SALON! Its very clean and the techs working here are very friendly! The nail tech working on my manicure did a fantastic job. She removed the cuticles and cut my nails nicely. She also, listen to all my requests without a single problem. When she was done, I just absolutely love how my nails look now. Highly recommend this salon is you live around the area!

I had to wait and three others were seen. Tech was impatient and rushing. Then rushed on next customer and when customer did not want her to continue she yelled at her and the guy that every one seemed to wait on yelled at her too and he was no where near and had no idea what had gone on. Very rude. Not professional. Poor performances. I had nails redone one week later and it was an amazing difference going to a place that took care of my hands and nails. I wont soend my money on a rush job. Proud of the woman that told her to just stop. I will not return. If the owner has no control of how staff treats customers then there will always be poor service.

I have been going here for over five years if not longer I had stopped and was going somewhere else due to distance. However I came back to what I know. There will always be some type of problems in business but I have never had a problem with Vincent. Also from a business owner perspective we have to learn to listen and be open as well which leads to customer satisfaction. Overall, I love No.1 nails and the girl with the Bob does the best pedicure ever and I mean the best!Piffanie

No.1 nail salon use to be my favorite nail salon. The service is amazing prices are good however, the the lady owner is very rude. Some employees very rude not all. They do not value ur money or what u want. If something is done not too your liking they will NOT replace or give refund they will treat u horrible. This why I am no longer a customer.

They always rushing you to choose a color, can’t show them a picture of what you want cause they “don’t know” and ask you to pick a color from the swatches. If you have a picture of a design you want they can’t do it. They ALWAYS have an attitude, & charged me $5 more for glitter because “ it took a long time “. Its just glitter tf you mean ?

If I could would give this place zero stars, my nails are to fat he didn’t even shape them right, and said he couldn’t recover my original nails cause they were to thin and to short. When my friend beside me asked the same thing and someone else did it out nail growth is the same unbelievable 🤬😤

Their sign says they open at 9:30. When I arrived this morning, I was the second in line.There was one employee there ready to work and 10 people waiting to be serviced. It was after 10:00 when I was serviced. There were a lot of customers waiting and some left. It was not a pleasant atmosphere. If your sign has 9:30 as the time you open, your employees need to be there at 9:30 & ready to work. That is poor customer service!

I took my niece to get her nails painted and it was extremely busy. Nice shop. Too many guys/children not getting anything done just loitering around for my taste.

I have been coming to this shop for years and now these people have lost there customer service, there is a married couple who have open arguments in the shop, tell you your wrong about your own nails, speak as if you are not intelligent or have had any formal schooling, They are rude and really should get some customer service training, I would not agree with the tech with the tatoos wife so she chose to stop doing my nails. The pic is below, the place keeps getting a make over but their attitudes get worse, they also allow kids who belong to techs to be in the shop running wild as well as playing with equipment, used to be peaceful not any more they are just ghetto. Will not be back.

I went yesterday with my aunt and I got acrylic nails and I love them BUT they kept leaving me for different customers instead of just one person. But havent been to a salon in 4 years!!! I love this place and I think it can do greater. 💟

I was actually on the highway coming from Greenville and headed to Raleigh. I broke a nail and googled nail salon, to find this establishment. When I got there, it was almost 7pm. I was greeted and sat down PLUS worked on IMMEDIATELY. There was not much small talk at all but I was fine with that. The gentleman doing my nails (said his name was Bryan) showed me a few different shapes for my nails. So I went on the fly and tried the new shape. I loved it. He was very quick, efficient, and didn’t mess around. There were a few blemishs that he corrected before I had to say anything. And there was even something he saw that I didn’t. I was in and out within 35 min. I got a fill in with gel polish plus a repair... it cost me $31. Not bad, because my original place in Raleigh costs me almost $40 and that’s with NO repair. The shop is in a whole different town that I’m in, however, I would go back if I wanted to take the drive. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it didn’t look clean on the inside. The floors and walls could use a good mopping and wiping as well as maybe some sanitation. Getting your nails and toes done are a “pamper” like service. And I just didn’t get a “pamper” feel while there because in my opinion, the service and experience should be hand in hand. However, I LOVE MY NAILS. I would highly recommend.

Been going here for a few months now and I just took off nails myself and I now have a fungus on my nail.. Clearly they are dirty I will never go back!!

Terrible. They say me down & had multiple ppl working on my nails. Two different ppl put the fake nails on (crooked). I waited 30 min for someone to come fill in by that time I had changed my mind & told them to take it off they sent 3 diff ppl to try & convince me guess they got upset they just cut some off & said get out. Wish I could upload a picture of the ridiculousness they left me with.
