I would like people to know how pleased I was with the exceptional service I received at Lee Nissan in Wilson, North Carolina, under the direction of Glenn Lufton, on short notice. On my trip from Florida to New York via I-95, my Nissan Versa 2010 began to make a loud rattling sound in the rear part of the vehicle. I became anxious that I would be held up in Wilson, but thanks to Glen, I was seen immediately, and the problem he diagnosed was a rusty and loose muffler, which is not a danger; and I was able to continue my trip northward without delay. Patrick was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the women working inside were also kind - pointing me to the coffee waiting for customers (very necessary!).I will definitely be shifting my routine service appointments here for the future, it was definitely the best service Ive ever received for my car.

I had a great experience with Lee Nissan and it all started with an online inquiry. Kristine, the internet sales manager, was quick and super attentive to my inquiries and questions. The car I was looking at was a 2015 Lexus IS350 and I had a trade of a 2016 Mercedes C300. A week earlier I almost bought this car from another dealer but it had sold, shortly after Lee Nissan posted theirs that they had just got. I told them that the previous dealership was going to give me $16k for my trade and wanted to know before I made the long drive from Northern Virginia that I could have that value matched and that the car would still be there. They agreed to these terms so long as my vehicle was in the condition I described and everything worked. I made the trip there and was greeted by Scott, our sales consultant. He was super helpful in putting us right in to the car for a test drive and had it cleaned up for us. After we got back in we went right into things knowing that we wanted to proceed. They gave me even a little more on my trade ($16,180) and everything was very transparent. I transferred things from my old car to my new car and Scott helped with the vehicle plates. I went back in and my husband was wrapping in finance with Stanley who was very kind and fun to talk to about our interest in cars. We left and made the trip back super satisfied with my new car and the easy process we had with Lee Nissan!
I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. From my initial interaction with general manager Tait (awesome communication throughout the process), to the super warm and friendly welcome from Dylan after I set foot in the dealership lot; everything was spot on! The team at Lee Nissan made my first car purchase incredibly seamless and a breeze! Many thanks to everyone that helped or offered water, especially my salesman Dylan for his delightful personality and superb management of my initial paperwork! I cant leave out Mr. James, the Finance Manager, who helped with financing. He made the process feel way less intimidating and stressful than what I anticipated. Service manager Patrick is always there to listen to me go over my expectations. i am one of those that wants to make sure the service people hear my thoughts and Patrick is great at listening. This dealership almost always let me know if I need something additional done to vehicle or if I request something, let me know i do not need at this time.
Update, I just received an email from the GM and he was highly embarrassed and stated that immediate changes had been made. Sadly for me it was too late but hopefully for them it was not. I did upgrade their rating after this email but still encourage all potential buyers to be cautious.Was working with them to purchase a 2020 Nissan Kicks. Our salesman Aaron Conover was great. I will admit our situation was a little tricky being as we were trying to make this purchase from another state. They had problems keeping us informed of phone meetings they would need to reschedule and also actually calling when they were rescheduled. After 3 attempts to get the paperwork correct and being asked to sign a credit app with incorrect information, they claimed that the Sales Manager was working on two deals and accidentally put the other customers information on our credit app, we decided to walk away from this purchase.My advice is be ready for them to miss phone calls, poor communication and look over your paperwork carefully if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Experience was the best. Service advisor Patrick was awesome. We were traveling out of town when my fuel pump went bad. It was closed to closing time at dealer but Patrick and the team went out of their way to ensure we got fixed.

I went in looking for the oldest cheapest used car on the lot. They showed me I could have a new car with lower payments. This is my first new car. No more mechanical problems. Had to pay a diagnostic fee,which was fine. But for them to tell me I needed new tires and I just got these tires last year and at my last oil change which was about two months ago, my tires where fine. Couldn’t that have been determined prior to being put on the machine? Was told that’s all they could find. And if I got the new tires and alignment, there’s no guarantee that it would fix the noise I’m hearing and I’d have to pay the diagnostic fee again to have it looked at. Poor problem solving skills and customer service. Will never go there again.

I had a really good car buying experience at Lee Nissan. The entire team was amazing to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as I worked through my car buying decision. I found the car online at their website and completed 90% of the transactions online and by phone. They even delivered the car to my home and I live 2 hours from their dealership. If they were closer, I would definitely have my new car serviced there. This dealership rocks!
Ive bought many of vehicles while staying in NC, but this is the worst company I have ever experienced. My car had a recall on the transmission and they did replace it but they found a way to charge me for something. I still had to pay for the extras but they did not inform me of some lug nut issue that they had to see before they performed an alignment. Now that want me to pay $265.00 for some lug nuts. This company is definitely a rip off. I have not had the car 2 years and its under 90,000 miles and she is having all kinds of issue with her car. I would never recommend this company to anyone because they are all about getting your money but not fixing the car and the sales people (just like any) are encourage and prone to telling lies

This is the second new car and its 2011 and I only have 77 thousand miles on it. Always keep it serviced there and have never had any issues. However I only have one key due to me losing the other one its way too expensive to purchase another one. My only drawback. Service man that helped me deserves a raise and I didnt and dont know him. Do not purchase a vehicle from this company. They do not return calls once youve purchased from them. They do not follow up with the phone calls to your insurance company to make sure you are insured. They do not return paperwork on ownership to the finance company. They do not file paperwork to get your license. Yet they want YOU to do all the work, while they reap the benefits. Their eager sells men, they miss lead who works for them and who works with the traveling salesman.

The team took very good care of me and my vehicle. I am a hospital employee struggling to stay positive during this pandemic. I am also a single mother. They treated me with so much respect for being an essential worker. I called about my car on a Thursday afternoon and it was towed to the facility within 30 minutes. They called when they received the car. The next day they called to regretfully inform me that my car needed a whole new transmission. They told me that it was ordered already and on its way. They had mar car completely finished and ready for pick up Tuesday evening. I was very happy and satisfied with my service and the way I was treated. Again I thank the entire staff for their service during a time of world crisis

I called Patrick about maintenance on my vehicle because it hasn’t been to a dealership in a while and i wanted it checked out to make sure all is well. He did not try to do more than I asked and when a problem came up, he called me before proceeding with it. He even fit me in the day I called instead of making me wait later on in the week or even later. I don’t usually have good dealings with dealerships but I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and it has made me feel much better about my vehicle. I will be using this dealership for all my car needs from now on!

My experience at Lee Nissan was outstanding and my salesperson Raven was awesome. In my search for a new car I found some dealers add all kinds of crazy charges....$500 for not having a appointment, $800 reconditioning fees, $1700 for something that predicts rear end collisions and tracks the car (added weather you want it or not) Lee Nissan has no hidden charges tacked on to the sales price.Everyones I dealt with was very friendly and their prices are not inflated. I actually drove a hour and half just to go there because of the great prices.Thanks again Raven and Chris.
Got my oil changed and tires rotated . All was good but they did not check my tire pressure it was a little low when I got there and same when I left.
Th e service manager Wendy was very helpful during a time that I was extremely upset and in shock after experiencing an accident. Wendy ensured that I knew my options. She help me to obtain a loaner car. I was able to calm down and make it to my afternoon appointments.
Sales was great but the car had an ac problem which was Meant to be checked on their inspection before selling the car. Also a leak into the cabin that was not disclosed to me. I am on my own in terms of payment. Beware of after sales service.

Service department is the best in Wilson!I have an issue w/ a marketing group calling me while my cars in service, the caller says theyre calling from Lee Nissan (NYC area code) telling me they want my car. I went the Sales Manager and General Manager asking them to take me off the list, but the calls keep coming. Not only are the calls intrusive, the people on the other end are rude.

Steve McDaniel greeted me with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in the door. He told me right away, you are not leaving here without a car and now I know, he is a man of his word. Steve helped me find the right car that was just right for me. Once I signed papers with Steve, I went into Tonys office (Finance Manager), he greeted me with a smile also and he was just as pleasant as Steve.
