Be aware! This is what the finished installation looks like! Split threshold with nail sticking out, broken off corner and nail sticking up in the center of threshold. No 1/4 round added. I contacted the company and showed them these photos. They said they will fix it. Have not heard from them since. Worst workmanship I have ever seen.

I collected three bids from different flooring places to put hardwood in my master bedroom. Owens was, by far, the lowest. Wanting to ensure that the estimate was not a mistake, I contacted the owner, Andy, and made sure that his low estimate really covered everything, and he assured me that it did.When it came time to do the work, his folks showed up when he said they would, they finished the work quickly, and cleaned up the job site. I am thrilled with the job done and have nothing negative to say.I will definitely use again --- theres another bedroom I need to have done, and Owens is at the top of my list.

We hired Owens Flooring after damage to our home from Hurricane Florence. Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting new flooring. He replied promptly to our questions. We are very pleased with the new carpet/hardwood/LVT as well as the workmanship.

Worst.Experience.Ever! Not only was the work done poorly, but we experienced a plethora of issues and abysmal customer service. We purchased two floors worth of carpet for our new home and had it installed before we moved in. Therefore, we had MINIMAL items at our house, which were STOLEN by the crew. They drank our sodas, went through our babys toys, opened a package, and took my husbands belt along with our lawn chairs that were inside of the house. The AC unit was turned down to 55 degrees on a 100 degree day. The carpet was lumpy when installed and waved when vacuumed, there are gaps on the stairs, was not tacked down in places, the transition to different flooring was shoddy, and there are huge slash marks on the baseboards where they cut the carpet. We had to withhold payment, FIGHT, and bug them to come fix it. We were told that those workers were contracted and did not necessarily work for Owens, but you still need to be responsible for the people who are working under your company. Lesson learned, always babysit people who work on your house, even if there isnt anything there.
