We hired Harbour Flooring to put in about 1000 square foot of hardwood in our house, and we are thrilled with the result. Pete is great to work with and friendly, available, and knowledgeable. Patrick and Rob arrived early each day and worked nonstop. The quality of their work and attention to detail is excellent; even the back corners of the closets are cut perfectly. They even fixed some broken tiles in our kitchen and made a seamless transition from them to the hardwood. I’d definitely call Pete again for a future project and all the good reviews are well deserved.

Truly the best flooring company that there is in Wilmington. This is the 2nd home that Harbour Flooring has done for me. The 1st home was a whole house install of cherry hardwood flooring and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!Pete has done it again! with my 2nd house. The original oak floors needed to be resurfaced and I also added a large amount of new install through out the kitchen, living room and laundry room. It turned out amazing. He blended the woods together and it looks like it has been there the whole time. BEAUTIFUL WORK!! Thank you again.

Our 1923 Carolina bungalow was in desperate need of a major bathroom renovation. Pete Ward and Harbour Flooring were recommended to us. He was extremely professional, patient and spoke to us in layman’s terms. His estimate was fair and detailed. A house this age presents complications, at times downright stressful, but Pete explained all of our options. The tile we wanted required a new subfloor be built and the bathroom is now the tightest, strongest and level room in the house! After a new window solution was found by our General Contractor, Pete brought brought in Ed Gates to finish the floor and shower. It’s now a beautiful space and totally transformed. Don’t bother with the big, corporate companies. Choose local, and go with the guy who does things right, to a higher level of detail, and takes obvious pride in his work.
