I highly recommend Floorz To Your Doorz (Sarah & team). I needed two stair cases carpeted and had a few companies that never called me back to discuss or quote the job. Sarah responded quickly to my call, was prompt to meet, measure, help with carpet selection and get us a quote. Her installers arrived on time and were very professional and through with the installation. I was impressed with the time they took to explain things with a few challenges they encountered to ensure I agreed with the approach to ensure I would be happy with the end result.Very satisfied with my experience and will hire them for any future need, without hesitation.

Do NOT hestiate to use this company!!! They are AMAZING!!! I called on Sunday, got a callback Monday from Sarah. She came out that evening. Got us approved for financing the next day. She had the floors completely installed by Friday!!We had some hidden damage and we were in a bind to get the floors done quickly. Wow! Did they ever come through!!!We are so uncredibly pleased and cannot thank you enough for the beautiful floors!!!@

They very carefullly and expertly removed a lot of tile in my kitchen and entryway and put some beautiful “floating floor” whitewash waterproof oak look synthetic flooring. She is extremely competent and well-versed in her field.The hardwood floors she did for me were beautiful! Her professional crew hand laid designs in each room that gets compliments from all who see them.She demands perfection from her employees and the result is a perfect job. A friend who had her install carpeting was also thrilled with her work. Her prices were very competitive and fair. I will use Floorz to your Doorz again.

After having a difficult time finding someone to tile my floors due to Florence and everyone being busy, I finally found Sarah. She came by the house so that we could choose which tile we wanted (how convenient!). For the project itself, it started on time. Will was the one who installed the tile and they came out beautifully. He was punctual and on time and the project got finished within the time frame promised. I look forward to contacting them again in the future for other floor projects for my home. Highly recommend!!

I had these folks come in and help me pick the right flooring product for our new office. They helped me find the product that suited our style perfectly! We did a carpet tile in the offices and a really cool vinyl/rubber product in the baths and break room! Both products are rock solid and look like a million bucks! Not only do the products look great, the turnaround time to have the job done was quick, and the price was right on! I plan on using these folks in the future, and I will refer them to any one that asks!

I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed by Sarah and Floorz To Your Doorz I felt compelled. From the start Sarah was excellent to work with. Even when I settled on a product that she didn’t typically deal with, she was happy to accommodate. Her crew was excellent, finishing a large job in a timely manner and with care. When problems with the product arose later, Sarah was wonderfully responsive and had her crew make several visits to fix the problem. It’s rare to find companies that take customer service and satisfaction as seriously as Floorz To Your Doorz. I couldn’t recommend a flooring company higher

I am beyond frustrated with this company. We bought a brand new house in march and this company installed our carpets, hardwoods and trim. We had to have to carpets restretched and pads fixed because it wasnt done correct the first time and nails in the strips were sticking up for my 9mo old and 4yr old to step on. Our hardwood has spaces between the boards and wood glue was used to fill it! And the worst of all, almost every piece of our quarter round has a defect. We have chuncks missing, uneven edges that were attempted to be hidden by caulk and very rough seams. It was a very poor, lazy job. Apparently they used a new subcontractor for our house whose work is pure awful. Ive attempted to contact Sarah many times to get their work corrected, after all its a brand new house and should not have these types of things, but she either doesnt respond or texts you the night before asking if they can come the next day which of course is way too late notice for childcare, work, etc. she will not preschedule a day that works for the client as most companies who would like to keep business does; instead, she makes you work on their time and when they have other jobs in the area. I understand running a business and scheduling your employees effectively and efficiently, I too am in management and do the very same thing, but the difference is that if my employees messed up then you better believe I do what I could as fast as I could to regain their trust and respect. I will continue to try and contact her to get our floors repaired to the way they should have been when we moved in but you can bet I will never use those company again and will let my realtor know how difficult this process has been. Its been 3months now, I wonder how much longer it will take... obserd.***UPDATE** I would like to add that since this post I have been in contact with Sarah who apologized for the delays and issues. She did ultimately schedule her crew for the day I asked for that complied with my work schedule and Will and Trey were great guys. Very friendly and did great work. I very much appreciate the effort after the fact to correct the poor work that was done initially and would recommend them in the future.

The experience of having samples brought to your door eliminates so many questions. The prices are fair, the workmanship was excellent, Ill be using them again.
