Service was excellent. Flooring material was backordered twice. Sherry Kimball (manager) facilitated receiving material as soon as possible and kept me informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond to expedite the material to meet my moving schedule.Initially Sherry assisted in getting the correct flooring to ensure an exact match to the existing flooring material. She is very detailed oriented, organized and communicates all relevant information throughout the process.I highly recommend this company for their service and their product.

We had an excellent experience using Floortex. Going into this Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) project at our home, we knew little about this type of flooring. We read online reviews and the Floortex reviews were excellent. Their showroom had a huge selection of LVP options, and Meredith was very helpful showing us suitable color selections. We had previously visited at least six other showrooms, and Floortex was the first one wed seen that had samples from Krauss. This worked out great for us, because Krauss had one LVP product (Silversmith Oak) that perfectly complemented the color of our bleached oak cabinetry.My wife and are admittedly very picky customers, and the installation crew did well to meet our needs. The finished floors are absolutely beautiful. Jon Beals is a hands-on owner who takes great pride in his companys installations, and we are grateful for the great customer service. We now understand why the Floortex reviews are so good. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Great job all the way around from estimate, to the selection process of the tile at the showroom to scheduling and project completion of our bathroom and laundry room renovation. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable about all types of flooring. Sherry and Meredith helped me pick out everything in my house, which was great and very helpful when designing my house.

Above and beyond service and professionalism. I would have given more than five stars if possible. My first interaction with Floortex was for a water leak. They responded very quickly not only with an estimate but it pulling up the damaged carpet and a fan and dehumidifier. The new carpet was installed quickly and very professionally. It was such a good experience that we had them install carpet in our Master Bedroom which was another 5 star experience. They don’t only do carpets and the team did a great job the THIRD time we used them to put in a subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. We will be using them again for ANY and ALL of our future flooring and tile needs!

I love that when you go in to Floortex you feel like you are being helped instead of sold. They are super nice and know what they are talking about! I even like how they have another option for the DIY shopper in their warehouse!! Ive already told all of my family and friends about them!!

Did a great job on the floors they look great. My only complaint is the guy that came in to tile was not very punctual. He said he would be in the second day between 8-830 showed up at 10 and then didnt show up until 12 the next day.

How funny that they said theyve been in business for 15 years and yet in our neighborhood ..few houses have problems in their showers.. tried to call the owner for few times.. Until now... Not a single call ...no return call from him! Reschedule to fix it few times.. Like you can get off work anytime . very unprofessional ..not recommend at all..

Bought one on Amazon. Mat seems fine except for the sharp edges I cut my foot on. Be sure to wear shoes, even if youre working from home.....

Quite possibly the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I have had the unpleasant fortune of having to work with them for roughly a year on warranty work (A leaking tile shower that they installed). They have been late for every appointment and today they decided to not even show up for their scheduled appointment. Their work is unsatisfactory and the staff is unreliable. I would check elsewhere before using this company.

Would not recommend for anyone to use this company. Horrible service. I would go anywhere else but here! Avoid them at all cost.
