My partner and I were on Day 5 of our vacation to the area when we experienced an unexpected flat tire in Downtown Wilmington. Our insurance provider set us up with Thomas Towing and we could not have been more pleased.Within minutes of the request being put in we received a call from the towing company to check on us and get all of the details. Within about 30 minutes, we had a friendly driver there to pick us and the car up in downtown Wilmington and get us transported over to the nearby car dealership for repairs. The driver was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing.I would highly recommend for any car towing needs!

I caught a flat tire one evening after work, needing a tire change. Thomas Towing & transport, let me know what they provide, time length, and cost. Thankfully, after I hung up the call the driver came to my rescue within ten minutes. I was so please, from dispatch to the driver who changed my tire. If you ever need assistance with tow company...call them first!

They did a great job grabbing my truck up and delivering it to the dealership for me.

Thomas Towing came to the rescue when my commercial truck was rammed into by a painting van leaving my truck inoperable. The whole experience has been exceptional. Absolutely outstanding in every way. Towed a huge 34ft RV long distance and did not miss a beat. They arrived on time with an exceptional and well equipped heavy duty rig, did quite a bit of manual labor, and had professional and joyful attitudes the entire time. HIGHLY recommended !

These guys are true professionals. I wrecked my Camaro into a deep ditch which made it very difficult to recover. I tried a different towing company at first but they were not able to get the car out with the equipment they had. The next day I called Thomas Towing and Transport. They arrived at the scene right on time and got right to work. They are true car guys and told me they were going to be extremely careful when pulling the car out. They put straps on the passenger side wheels and pulled the car up on its side. Then once the car was lifted out of the ditch, they used a second truck to attach straps to the drivers side wheels to level the car out before setting it down. I truly believe these guys didnt put a single scratch on the car that wasnt already there. They saved me hundreds (maybe even thousands) of dollars in damages by pulling the car out so carefully. They also gave me a very good price considering the massive amount of work they had to do. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this company and will absolutely use them in the future.

Yep shining like new money! ..until it wouldnt drive forward or backwards..thats when I reluctantly called for a tow..but after preparing myself to wait and then explaining the whole situation to a random stranger..who appears ..but a knight in shining armour!.that would actually be Eric !! Thomas Towing and Transport not only maintained contact with us the entire time, they beat their estimated time of arrival and were polite and courteous from the time he arrived and picked us up to the time when he dropped us in our driveway. At Noon today I made a dumb decision and pulled off the road in a uhaul and got a rear tire stuck in the sand. Called Geico and was routed to speak to a receptionist at Thomas Towing. She was very pleasant and happy with the phone call experience. She handled my “upset/aggravated” self and was very compassionate. I ended up not needing Thomas Towing not because as luck would have it a young man by the name of Austin showed up. Austin and another man named Nathan at ABC supply worked together effectively and efficiently and got me out in no time. Austin is the son of an employee/owner of Thomas Towing. They raise their children right. Good job Austin for stopping to help two poor women stuck in the sand!! Thank you!!

Called today at 1:50PM to have my Jeep towed home (just under a mile), very nice lady on the phone told me they would arrive within and hour so I waiting and waited, it is now 4:45 No one ever showed nor called me. Not sure how much worst service could get.....

I have driven on the North End of Carolina Beach and Ft. Fisher since 1961. I have never gotten stuck. It finally happened on 5/8/2019. I called and a big military wrecker was at Freeman Park in 15 minutes. Great service. Friendly driver.

Needed to have my project car moved from my apartment to a local shop to have some custom work done on it. As it was a Sunday I was not sure that I would be able to find anyone. After calling, the tow truck was at my apartment within 20 minutes and in less than a hour the car had been safely delivered. My driver Brad Odell was very nice and professional and he also was extremely careful with my car; even going so far as to park the car in a part of the lot that was not very visible from the road so as to keep it safe. Definitely recommend this company!

I was heading to work one morning and my engine shut off, later found out it was my fuel pump. A true pleasure to meet Shawn tonight when my car broke down. We were referred to this company by All Motors LLC, a very reputable truck repair service in Wilmington, NC, whos repairing our truck. When the towing service pulled up in their well equipped and cared for towing truck it set my mind at ease knowing our truck would be hauled safely. The driver for Thomas Towing was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole task of getting our truck up on the flatbed. He explained where he secured chains and straps to ensure we felt comfortable there would be no problems with the truck moving during its transport.

The receptionist was very helpful in getting the process started. I lost my car key at the library and was going to have to have it towed to Capital Ford. Had a rear tire go out on my Harley streetglide on Saturday May 13. Called my roadside assistance and had someone come out. Fortunately they chose to send Thomas towing and I had a wonderful experience. Brad came out with a flatbed fully equipped with everything needed and went beyond the extra mile to assure my custom wheels or any other accessories were not damaged during transport. He also had a trainee, can’t remember his name but he was also very good, and will surely fit in this company great. If I ever need assistance in this area again it will definitely be from this company!!!

Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews because having been in automotive customer service for 35 plus years I dont waste my time writing about poor service and am not easily impressed. So my son had a mishap in the rain and spun his Camaro off the road and wedged in a concrete culvert drain about 8 feet down on its side on the side of the road. Fortunately he and his cousin were fine. There was no way you could move the car forward or backward due to the concrete. I was concerned that the car my incur more damage getting it out than when it went in. Thomas and his crew sprang into action. Securing straps and cables and lifting the car straight up and out. Then using a second truck lowered the car flat on the ground. They did not put one scratch or break one piece of glass during the whole procedure. If you are familiar with Camaros you know how much glass they have. Absolutely blown away by the entire staffs skill and professionalism. That combination is very rarely demonstrated in todays society which is what prompted me to write this review. Oh and by the way, his charges for the entire procedure were more than fair. I hope I dont require your services again but would never call anyone else if I do. For anyone reading this to find a good Tow Service to use, you can stop looking!! I locked my keys in my car. I used geico roadside roadside assistance. The geico app said the tow truck would be there in 55 minutes. The driver called me in 10 and was there in 35 or 40 minutes. I was in my car 5 minutes later. If I ever need a towing service again Iwill use this company for sure.

I had an unfortunate incident with my Corvette at a car wash I have frequented for several years. This day someone on the wash crew left the trunk open when the car went through. It shorted out the entire vehicle and rendered it useless. I contacted Thomas Towing through the dealership for a tow. My driver Ben was prompt keeping me informed of every step of the proces. Because the car was totally disabled and in a precarious location, Ben had to adjust on the fly and finally had to use a snatch truck with dollies to keep from damaging the car. He was thorough, careful and very professional.Eddie the dispatcher also provide me with complete updates and information regarding the process. I can not recommend another Towing service any higher than Thomas. The are the Best! I highly recommend them and will never consider another company for my towing or transport needs. 5+ Stars in my book.lm
