This management company did not honor the move in checklist that we signed and tried to say there were new damages that were already identified prior to us moving in. We had photos from the day we moved in showing how trashed the place was and the damages and they still refused to return our security deposit. Very dishonest. I would recommend that no one rent anything from this company.

This company is the last of a dying breed!!! The entire office staff is always so helpful and kind, They really care about their tenants and their owners!!! it is a rare thing to find people/companies that treat everyone they have dealings with, they have the upmost respect and truly help deal with any situation and problem!!!! i recommend you dont rent from, and/or allow them to rent your property for you!!! amazing period truly!!!

I have been a tenant with this company for 2 years now at two different locations. My first apartment was a great Value for me and really peaceful clean location here in wilmington. My Younger son decided to move in with me so I had to relocate to a larger condo. They did everything they could to assist me with this life change by allowing me to move prior to my lease end. And not only that. They placed my former apartment back on the market and it rented prior to me moving into the larger place. A Win Win for Us Both!!! Great Company to rent from or Manage your Property! Very Trust worthy.

We have rented from them for 1 1/2 years and Karens company has always been responsive within a short period of time. I highly recommend them.

If you’re considering renting from this place, I highly advise you to run the other way. The most unprofessional leasing office I’ve ever dealt with. When I was interested in a house, the women in the office told me it was mandatory to view the house before applying and applications were processed on a first come first serve basis. There were no views or applicants so I immediately called off work for the following day and drove over two hours from Raleigh to view the house..long story short, Wilmington’s Best Rentals has ZERO INTEGRITY. After all I did, they were processing applications of people who never viewed the house. I was speaking with the current tenant directly about all of this at the time which confirmed everything. My calls stopped being answered, no voicemails or emails returned because I was unhappy and they just didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore. Everyone knows moving, relocating, and finding a place to live can get very stressful. They wasted so much of my time and money which is why this review is being posted. Do not waste your time y’all! I thankfully found a MUCH better home and my landlords are incredible and fair and honest. Everything happens for a reason and if you found your way to this review, there is a reason! I’m beyond thankful I dodged this bullet. Absolutely disgusted by this business.
