Horrible application process! I put in an application and I received a follow up email (at 10pm that night) to include additional income information. I called to confirm receipt and it ALWAYS went to voicemail. NO CALLS BACK. I emailed (as suggested on previous posts) NO EMAIL BACK. JUST AWFUL. Now here we are FOUR WEEKS LATER. STILL haven’t heard from them.

I called Sheraton several times and no one ever called me back.

Couldnt get a return call about properties., left numerous messages, website is a JOKE!!! Cant understand how you wouldnt be professional when dealing with the public and their personal information.

I could not be more happy with the housing and extremely straightforward rental experience. I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends. The owner is a trustworthy guy and has always been fair in every situation that I have been a witness to. It seems like the negative reviews on his site are people who dont follow directions or did not like the outcome of a situation... 5 OUT OF 5 STARS ALL DAY!

I was a tentant of Sheraton Properties from 2012-2014. Jeff was an awesome landlord. He was timely in getting any issues I had squared away. He was fair, and the property was excellent. I would highly recommend Sheraton Properties.

I am very well pleased with this property and they took care of all maintenance issues I had. Also very nice neighbors and very accessible to 95 to get to work. Also took the time to show me other properties and showed up on time for everyone. Thank you.

Zero stars. They dont respond to direct calls. To reach them you have to fill up a form and submit for review; they promise to get back to you in a day to let you know if the application is approved. I didnt receive any call for a week. So, I contacted again through Zillow. This time a person calls back on Sunday morning and schedules appointment to show house on Tuesday. When I contacted them on Tuesday to confirm meeting; I was told the house is rented - Truly unprofessional and unorganized people. Avoid them if you can.Edit: They responded to my comment saying that my number is not in service. Thats a lie; I am a doctor and get calls on same number all day. They ask you to fill out the complete application. I checked the number on the application is correct, and I was in contact with them over the phone too. Dont trust them; they will say anything to fool you.

Will be taking him to court. He’s Jeff is lazy along with the people who he hires to do maintenance in the homes. He’s very unprofessional please do not rent any properties from him he’s a slum lord. He doesn’t want to give you your security deposit after moving out.... but the biggest issue is the up keep of the homes. They are trash what look good isn’t always good.. I have pictures to prove it.

Great company they took great care of us when we need a place to stay.If something broke Jeff or one his crew was quick to fix it.

Jeff and his staff are very responsive. Anytime we report an issue it is quickly taken care of.

Im giving this review zero stars. Ive submitted an application in the beginning of the month and have not receive a decision on my application. I look on line and the property was rented. I agree with the other reviewers, they dont reply to emails nor do they return your phone calls. Very unprofessional and the sad thing is, they have my personal information.

They never showed at the appointment ! They told me the house was rented a day after I spoke to them. They wasted my time, I’m in the military & they wasted 2 hours of my time. Do not appreciate it at all

We have been renting from Jeff for several years. Recently we reported a plumbing issue that occurred late at night. Jeff not only contacted a plumber to assist, he personally came over and helped us clean up some water. Not many landlords would do that and we truly appreciated this.

The food was great!!!
