Salesman and technician were extremely helpful. Marco just finished treating my interior and exterior. He did a fantastic job. His knowledge and experience put me at ease. I feel so much better having Terminix on board for our pest control.

After another company treated my home 4 times with no resolution, I reached out to Terminix. Rob, our sales rep was friendly, professional, and took care of us. Austin, the tech who treated our home, was on time and thorough. There was a slight misunderstanding and it was rectified quickly, and professionally, and Austin took the time to call me personally and explain and apologize. He even took the extra time to make it right. I appreciate honest and professional service. Great job, fellas!

Used terminex for a raccoon intrusion in the attic space. They did send a sales guy out quickly (Rob) who did the initial inspection and set us up for work to be done. All Rob did was blow smoke. He went on and on about how great their services are and how superior they were to anyone else in town. Also talked about how quickly they could get things done. Really liked to throw other companies in the area under the bus. Long story short Rob assured us that they were the best around and the job would be done so excellent standards. Because we weren’t sold on putting blown in R30 insulation back down, we hired terminex to remove rodents / wildlife, perform exclusion work, remove old R30 and clean and sanitize the entire attic. After signing the paperwork with Rob, he goes MIA and you are the put into the big system of Terminex to get things scheduled. Fast forward about one week and terminex arrived to remove the old R30. After the “work” was done, I inspected the attic. What do I see? Tons of leftover R30 and remnants of wildlife feces and urine. Thank goodness we didn’t have them put new R30 down because they would have just sprayed the new stuff right over the old rodent and raccoon feces and urine and called it a day. Not only was the job not competed, the guys also let their hose rub on the drywall and ruined a corner in our house. Several days and phone calls later (about two weeks after originally pulling out the R30), guys come back out and spent two days (felt so bad for these guys cause they had to suck out the remaining R30 with shop vacs cause terminex didn’t supply them a big vacuum). Keep in mind, the house sat with no insulation for two weeks in the middle of June. It was a headache to have to reschedule insulation installation (separate contractor entirely) due to the incompleteness of the work from Terminex.I do need to mention that Terminex insurance people did also come fix the drywall to some extent.Long story short, after the pushy sales guy gets to you, expect to be tossed around to several different people within terminex. Not one job was done correctly the first time around. Expect to have to go behind every technician and watch their work. Expect to have to have to get on the phone and spend a significant time getting in touch with the correct people in order to get the correct person to come out and properly finish the work. Keep in mind, someone has to be at the home every time a person comes which to us meant A DAY OFF OF WORK EVERY TIME SOMEONE CAME TO THE HOUSE. Also, being that this happened to us in the middle of June, our house was 120 degrees because of no insulation and leaving our AC off so it didn’t kill itself trying cool. Lastly, they ask for full payment upfront. I was a little taken aback by this, therefore I only agreed to pay half up front. I’m assuming that’s the only reason we finally got all of the work done. There are better options out there that care about the work that they are doing. These people couldn’t care less.Photos are from AFTER they supposedly cleaned and pulled out all of the R30 the first time.

Terminix is great at my apartment complex to help combat the water bug roaches when they start coming indoors with seasonal heavy rains. They treat when I call, about twice a year. My new Tech, Zack Bennett, is awesome, friendly & knowledgeable. Taught me some new stuff about these nasty critters that I did not know. I am even comfortable allowing them in to treat when I am not home. Great company/service/techs.

Had a rodent issue that need to be taken care of and Terminix was able to get to my house relatively quickly to handle the issue. Terminix employee Isaiah was really friendly and broke down the procedure that was going to be done in the attic were the rodents were at. Since using Terminix, we havent had any problems with pests. Even with the season changing, I havent seen any palmetto bugs or other critters anywhere inside or outside of our house. Calvin has been the Terminex associate servicing my home for a number of months now. Calvin listens to my concerns and pays special attention to problem areas in my home. He is professional, friendly, and thorough. I appreciate his level of service very much.

I thought Id be happy and satisfied with this service. The first service did cut way back on the palmetto bugs AKA cockroaches that 1st service being done in Sept. 2020, the second service was done this Dec. 2020.and the used a combination of essential oils, anyway that is what the invoice says. My issue is not the spray service, the issue is the cost of the service. When I signed up for the service, I was given a completely different picture of the of the annual cost associated with what I was agreeing to. This is the reason for the rating I was sold a bill of goods and I bought into it.There is another reason I feel dealing with this company may not be in your best interest. When the salesperson showed up all he really wanted to do is sell a termite service plan which was quoted at $1200 and would be serviced every quarter at X per service call. What he was selling can be bought at the local big box stores for a quarter of what he was quoting and serviced by the homeowner for far less.I cant complain about service preformed, only what I see as excessive costs and overzealous salesmanship.Since the first part of this review service from Terminix has vastly improved. I would now give them a four-star rating. I just want you to read the above to get to the fourth star.CBS

Could not spray outside because it was raining. Suppose to set up rat or mouse trap. Didnt do it. I thought they would spray underneath house, however I do not if they were suppose to.

08/13/2020 I had Terminix come out for service. They sent an ispector by the name of Isaiah and I must say he was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, professional, punctual (actually early), and patient. He thoroughly explained all the Terminex services that may have applied to me and helped me choose the package that benefited me the most for my money. He was more like a neighbor helping me with a problem rather than a service provider and it was truly a pleasure working with him. Isaiah made me feel confident that my pest prevention was in the best hands with Terminex.

Had Isaiah out to house to check a pest issue..but was discovered we had crawlspace issue. He was very thorough and professional. Very personable and explained everything. We had the technician out to spray for wood fungus and install vapor barrier. Brenden Giles was tech..he was such a hardworking individual..very knowledgeable..explained everything..he worked all day in this heat in our crawlspace..what a nice personality he had..I would say local Terminix office has 2 outstanding employees..

I do enjoy having access for pests to be under control in my home or yard, I just don’t like having different persons coming to my home. I’d prefer whom I started with be the person who continues with maintaining my inspections. The last person I had did not do all the things the first guy did and was quick to leave. If I continue with my service I’d prefer to be able to continue with the guy who helped me set up my service originally. Please allow Mr Ponch to be my continued service provider, he really seemed like he knew what he was doing and hit every room in my house!!! Where as the other guy Named Zach said his main focus is kitchen and bathrooms, smh.

I recently completed a request on Home Advisor for companies providing pest control services in my location. I had a company call me with in minutes, and had an inspection scheduled for the following business day, and he would be back in touch to confirm prior to inspection. Isiah Mackey called me a few hours later that same day, and I explained I had scheduled an appointment with someone else, but would contact him if it fell through.An entire week went by, with no call or inspection. I contacted Isaiah mid-morning, and he went out of his way to schedule me THAT SAME DAY. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and set me up with a plan that best fit my needs.Jason Morris was the actual technician whom took care of the initial extermination outside and inside my home. He showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled to do the outside, because the weather looked threatening, and he wanted to be sure the pesticide had ample time to dry. He also was both courteous and knowledgeable, explaining the process and answering my many questions. I have been extremely disheartened, sad, annoyed, and aggravated with the Wilmington NC Terminix office. I have been a customer for 26+ years, and very happy with my service in SC. Unfortunately, Conway SC can not service a home, 1 mile from the Horry County line. I called to schedule a maintenance appointment, in NC. Sally was extremely rude, and followed up with mocking me and making negative comments about my call. Pretending to speak like me, and changed her voice and accent. I informed her, she had not disconnected the call. She hung up. Since calls are recorded, is this an example of how customers should be treated? Also, per usual with this office, tech did not show up at appointment that Sally scheduled for 12/23. Did she give me false or fake information? Did she BS me on purpose? No call, no show! Happens for every quarterly pest, or scheduled appointment the past 3 years, at this property. How is it so effortless in SC? Apparently, customers time is not valued. Rob took over this office, said to give him time to fix issues. Well, he has made zero improvements to my service. Actually the worst, I have ever been treated. Sally didnt even attempt to apologize for her rude, obnoxious behavior. Maybe, she is the owner! She sure represents the company! These services and maintenance agreements are not cheap. It is wrong, that this office is allowed to conduct business in this manner. I attempted to get information to contact someone else within the company, for help. Sally, is the gate keeper. All that information is confidential! Leaving me no other option, but Google, Social and local media. I have never filed any type of claim. Just schedule regular service and maintenance. Why is this such a big problem??? So disappointed, that I recommend and encouraged these services, based on the Fantastic service I receive and received from the Awesome Conway SC office.

I CAN TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE IN SPIDERS AND WATER BUGS.YES IM PLEASE - THE ONLY EXCEPTION WAS THE DOOR TO UNDER THE HOUSE WAS LEFT OPEN ONCE AND A CAT WITH KITTENS GOT UNDER. BUT I HAVE NOT HAD THAT PROBLEM AGAIN. THE FRENCH DRAIN THAN WAS INSTALLED ON THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE IS NOT ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF WATER PROBLEM WHEN IT POURS FOR SEVERAL HOURS.

They have been here three times and the roaches are still bad if not worse. He comes in and sprays certain places which I think is not enough. I ask him to pull the appliances out and spray but he wont do it. So Im not very satisfied t this time and will probably stop my service with you.

Friendly and knowledgeable service professionals. They replaced some of my termite traps that had been eaten by ants.I also use them for mosquito and pest control. They always look over any bugs I’ve collected for them and know exactly what it is and what to do. Super nice guys!I would have given them 5 stars but can’t for 2 reasons. 1) They were unable to reach my wasp nests (at the peek of my 2 story entryway) and basically said I’d have to get it myself. I understand it is high up but isn’t that I pay for?2) They won’t spray for mosquitoes around my denser wooded area of my yard. Again, isn’t that where many mosquitoes would breed? Isn’t that the point of having a mosquito service?

Terminex was GREAT!! Even with the pandemic in full-swing, they sent someone out the first day I called (which was a Friday); isolated the problem;; set-up appointment for the next week and the scheduled work was done within the designated time frame! ALL of their personnel were polite; communicated well and keep me apprised of all the procedures! I have already recommended them to several of my friends!Thank you TERMINEX!! He showed me pictures of different areas in the crawlspace. Overall everything was great in my crawlspace. A few areas that may need to be wiped down with bleach. I was very impressed that he covered the areas that look great as well as the few minor problems. It was great that he did not try to sell me any product or service we dont need. I would be glad to have him back and would trust his judgement since he didnt push any sales that were not needed.
