Great customer service! Rick came out and gave me a great quote for what I wanted done. He pointed out all the things I didn’t realize I was paying for with my old company that they were not doing. He made things right by taking care of those items on site right away and showing me this company actually cares and will do right by me. Their prices are fantastic for the level of service you get and I’m so glad I switched to them! Thank you for the professionalism and ease at which everything has been handled!

Their service is good, but their auto scheduling is nothing but annoying. I am sorry, I dont have the time to regularly check your Pest Control website. And, because your calls come out of Maryland, I assume you are spam and I dont answer your calls. This means that we dont even know we have our quarterly service visit until the local technician calls to say they are heading to our house. During the work week...when nobody is home. Due to this, we havent had the inside of our house sprayed in over 6 months. They treat just the outside and then I get a bill.

Inspector came to look at yard for ants. He addressed any and everything even though not asked to. Stated he would contact us with estimate but he never contacted us. When we called. He seemed to not remember anything of his hour long inspection.The manager was no help either. We finally did get a written estimate with maybe 8 words on it. So dont waste your time on this company.
