Very knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced!!! Anytime we have any pests inside or out we will gladly drive an hour to go to Bugs Etc.

I hate bugs of any kind in my house or on my property. I engaged Bugs etc to spray inside and outside. John came within the time he said and sprayed for me. He was a very polite and professional young man. I am looking forward to using their services.

Just wanted to post a review do too how much these guys have help me. I moved here 14 years ago and have have them help me with my rentals get rid of water bugs, German Cockroachs and flees. They are honest and very fair in their pricing. Dont get ripped off, use Bugs Inc. they are the real McCoy.

I went to this store for the first time about ten years ago. The owner of this store has extensive knowledge of all things that have to do with bugs, rodents, etc.. But! Thats not what makes him so special. He has the patience of a saint! He has no problem taking all the time required to educate you on whatever your problem of the day, may be. He is kind, and very willing to help. If he has a way for you to take care of your problem, that does not entail selling you something, he is eager to tell you about it. I have had cause to visit at least once a year, for a variety of reasons. I have never been dissapointed. The man is a gem!There is usually a dog hanging around, and its always friendly.

Ive used them a few times over the years and they are always super helpful. They take the time to educate you on controlling and treating pest infestation. Very personal.
