Excellent service and quality craftsmanship.

I rate this 2 instead of 1 because of how friendly and reasonable the Dr is and I actually feel bad about a poor review. I have a severely pronated ankle. 4 years ago I had Shelton make corrective insoles to insert in my shoes but they were unwearable...too big to get my foot in with insoles inserted into shoes that are my correct size. They went into my sock drawer until recently when I had the idea to adapt them to sandals. (I have to wear modified tennis shoes 24/7 and it gets old!! And I live at the beach.) So I took the insoles back and Dr tried to modify, but in the end still unusable. So after insurance, payments, time, effort, etc., I still have nothing that helps my situation.
