We have been going to Lawall for almost 5 years now and they have always been kind, courteous and helpful. The staff goes above and beyond for each visit and always makes sure we are happy and comfortable with everything before we leave. Heather is our favorite and my daughter looks forward to seeing her each visit.

My son was prescribed a cranial helmet when he was 2 months old. I visited Lawalls location at Nemours Delaware the same month and they took measurement of my sons head and charged me $700 dollars for the helmet. However, when I returned 1 month later to get the helmet, I was told the factory never got the measurements and we had to do it again. At the same time, our insurance sent us EOB saying we were only responsible for about $90 for the helmet instead of $700. We contact Lawall for the refund. It has been 3 months and we have not yet received the refund even though I have been calling Lawalls billing department every month. I would rate it a zero star if I could.
