This place is phenomenal. They were super busy on our first visit, but it was well worth the wait! There was just a few minute wait during our follow up visit. Gary was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and on top of my daughters needs. The staff is very nice too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff! We have been to 3 locations with our grandson since he was 18 months old. We are so appreciative of their compassion, knowledge and caring for each patient and their families. They have done so much to educate us and help us work thru our uncertainties and provide support in so many ways. Our grandson will be 7 soon. He flourishes due the encouragement and caring that Lawalls staff has bestowed on each of us.

Matt Moran at Lawall Wilmington has changed my life! I have drop foot due to my Multiple Sclerosis and have fallen often over the years. My last fall caused me to break my phone, my Fitbit and to have surgery on my hand. I knew I had to face up to reality. I obtained a prescription from my neurologist for a foot and ankle brace. I chose Lawall because they’ve been around for so long. When I met Matt, he was so friendly and professional and I could tell he understood my problem. But I just couldn’t believe a brace would make me feel safe walking - especially outside with my dogs where I usually fell, but I could see Matt’s confidence. It took a few short weeks for Matt to build my brace and after a few tweaks, this brace is amazing - I can confidently walk my dogs - walk anywhere and long distances, something I haven’t done for years. The staff at Lawall are fantastic and friendly. Matt is amazing at what he does. I can’t say enough great things. Thank you, Matt!!

My son was born with fibular hemimelia (RBKA) and has had a prosthesis since he was a year old. He needs a new prosthesis approximately every 6 months due to growth. Matt Moran helped us resolve a multitude of issues with his expertise. He is caring, compassionate and kind. He is flexible with his schedule if you are having any kind of issue. I highly recommend this prosthetist to anyone who is looking for someone who will hear out all your concerns and help you get a prosthesis that works well for you.

I am a 31 year old active amputee and I have been going to Lawall Prosthetics since I was 7 years old. I would never think about going anywhere else. I have dealt with this company for a long time when I got fitted for my shoes they told me one month before I would get them it has been 2 months still no shoes and now Im told I have to wait until they call me this is a disgrace Makes me want to think about purchasing by cash

Thank you doesnt seem like enough. My braces were made quite a few years ago and they still fit perfectly so I wanted to find a way to have them cleaned up and refurbished. You guys were willing to do this for me in a day bc I have to have them for strength and stability. They look brand new again! Lawalls has been making my braces since I was a kid and I have NEVER had anything but success with the fit and quality of the product. THANK YOU!

Matt and Staff are the Best!

Gary at this location is a blessing . My back story is one that began at birth . One leg shorter & 2-3 shoe sizes smaller so this isn’t my first rodeo at getting my shoes adjusted.Currently 60 years old and in great leg pain. I was at DuPont with my Niece who has CMT when I met Gary . I watch him run the show not only knowing what was going on with my Niece but also helping the young patients around us. This group works well together . I felt like they learn from each other all day everyday .I explained my problem to Gary and he told me to make an appointment at the LaWall around the corner.I am so happy I did . You see I had been to LaWall in another location different state and the people were not as knowledgeable not as helpful to me . They ordered me a brace that was all wrong . Gary saw that right away . He explained to me why it was incorrect and helped me find the correct one . I can’t wait to go back to pick it up . I began walking hard core last year lost a lot of weight doing it and I can’t wait to start again . Thank you Gary and Bless the LaWall group

With a recommendation that I get Orthopedic shoe inserts, I searched the Wilmington area to see who accepted my healthcare. Lawall said they did and told me I had to bring office notes from my PCP and podiatrist. I told them I was entitled to one pair of shoes with inserts and two additional pairs of inserts. I would have a copay. Lawall disagreed. After telephone communications between my healthcare provider and Lawall, they agreed.When I picked up my inserts, there was only one set. I was charged full price with a 20% discount with a final price of a little over $300. When I asked about what I was entitled to, I got a runaround saying they needed office notes from my doctors. I replied that I had supplied them. There was no reply.I filed a complaint with my healthcare provider and told them not to pay any claim from Lawall.If you use this company, get a written confirmation of what they are providing you with so you dont go through a bait-and-switch that they gave me.I do not think this is an ethical company.

Very unorganized & unprofessional Wilmington office. Your insurance & billing information is consistently mishandled. This back office is consistently forging documents & changing actual dates for DME to be approved & authorized by your insurance. Wilmingtons bk office manager Natalie is incompetent so many prior authorizations are inappropriately handled. In addition, she often mishandles employees, employee paper work as well as Medicare and other insurance carrier information for patients. This is continually overlooked by the other offices. Lawall is a very bad misrepresentation of our local medical industry. Their office practices have been reported to CMS & the local insurance department as well.
