Jenna, the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude for no reason and usually has an attitude. Other than that, great place. Dr. Collins is awesome.

They are the greatest! Best leg Ive ever had!! And Ive had quite a few over the years. They definitely are, hands down the best people Ive ever worked with. And Ive worked with alot. The staff are wonderful!!Professional, courteous, kind, considerate. They are truly the best at what they do!! I love Atlantic Prosthetics! They are THE place to go if youre looking for Prosthetics! Bob and his team have been great to work with for our son. Working with 2 year olds is a challenge but they get it done. Staff always pleasant.

I brought in my crow boot for repair and the technician treated me very rudely saying that it was not due to a manufacturers defect but through normal wear. I had to ask for assistance to obtain the boot, since I waited a long time for it and it was apparent to me, that he was not going to return it to me.

Great staff he definitely knows his stuff and getting my daughters braces didnt take a long time.. definitely worth the drive from Jacksonville

My daughter has a physical deformity called Ectrodactyly where she is missing toes on each foot and they are formed much different than normal feet. I was referred to Atlantic Prosthetics by her physical therapist at the time to see a big guy named Bob. HE is awesome, especially with children. He def knows his stuff. We were really worried no one would be able to help her at all..but thankfully this guy has been found..and locally. He makes all her custom orthotics for her feet and we are developing her skills to accommodate a myoelectric prosthesis for her hand which she has no fingers on..and only 1 finger for the other. This prosthesis will be coming from a connection Bob has in another city..so I am thankful he has other resources. He has been a great help and we love him. The ladies there are all really nice to talk to as well..
