Gave one star because I was not able to us the serviceWent Saturday morning, first time going. Got there at about 9:10am. Was told that I needed to make an appointment. So make sure if you go on a Saturday to make an appointment. Wish that was something mention on the times of operation.

I asked for a full set w/ pedicure both gel and eyebrows which I received but my nails were uneven in length and well as my eyebrows! My intentions were to pay with card ONLY but the card machine that was available was not in service. I wish I would have known that before my appointment so that I can have cash$ ready on hand but I was not told until after my fiancé left twice to pull money out of the ATM.Communication is key !She was distracted and anxious !

After having the worst experience I mean beyond worst experience at Happy Nails Philadelphia Pike. I went to Best Nail Salon. She was the best she made my nails look like a miracle hit them and the guy who did my pedicure was amazing. This place is the right name for it best nail salon. I will be returning. I have no complaints or problems they were awesome. They both took there time and I left a satisfied customer. Thank you Best Nails

I’m from out of town and needed my nails done before my sister’s wedding this place is Very unprofessional and doesn’t care about their customers. I went to this location at 6, which it states that the nail salon closes at 6:30. The doors were open for business. When I went inside I was told that I wouldn’t be taken because I guess he couldn’t be bothered and didn’t want to finish late. Well if that is the case don’t advertise you close at 6:30 because you really close at 6. I would not recommend here.

Second time here, both times great experience. Friendly and thorough. Have had pedicure, gel manicure, and leg wax. On leg wax they even go over with tweezer and get any little thing left, really happy customer.

Love it, Tina always do a good job on my nails and feer.

The best pedicure I ever got

I have visited this salon twice and have gotten a pedicure and acrylic refills. They do great work here and my wait times have been short.

The technician felt the need to remind me my feet needed to be done. I told her pay for my mortage was more important. I only wanted my eyebrows done . Back to bed for me....😒😒😒
