Went there yesterday for the first time. I will never go anywhere ever again. Vivian did my nails. She took the time to give me EXACTLY what I wanted. My nails came out beautiful!! I had been going to another nail place for months, which left me disappointed and I was sick of spending money and not getting what I wanted. Love my nails. Will DEFINITELY be back!!!

The lady did a great job on my nails but during the application I encountered a lot of sass! The technician asked me how long I wanted my nails and when I showed her she said no It will cost more and gave me a look smh overall they look nice but I will never use visit them again because as a customer I think I’m entitled to what kind of service I want and as long as I’m paying for a service I should be able to request how I want it.

By far the best place around in Wilmington Delaware. Just visited them two weeks ago after living in Delaware for 2 years. I will definitely be back. Nguyet is a doll and I really liked the way she did my nails.

Vivian does an outstanding job hand painting in gel on top of powder or alone. She is a true artist. Linda does a great job on ingrown nails. Laura does awesome pedicures. Overall the best nail salon Ive ever been to.

I haven’t been to a nail salon in 8 years and stumbled upon this business on google maps and I am so happy I did!!! I had an amazing pedicure and a full set put on. Needless to say I will be back!!

This place is amazing! I went in with bumpy, uneven, lifting terribly nails from another salon and left with exactly what I wanted! Linda did a beautiful job and she’s got a great personality. They’ve got a new forever customer!

Great work every time

This is a great nail salon close to PA. Due to covid-19 I cannot go to a PA salon, so I decided to try this place. It is clean, sanitary, they have an incredible color collection, and the employees are all very friendly. Not only do they make your nails look great, the staff there really took their time to give me what I was looking for which really made my experience there even better. I felt like they each wanted to offer their customers the best experience possible in their salon. Due to those reasons & many more I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this nail salon!

I was desperate for a pedicure but did not know where to go. I began to look online and keep seeing Lindas name come up from Nail Image. I called and she was able to schedule me for a pedicure today. Trust me! It was the best! The salon is spotless and Linda wore protective gear. I felt totally safe. I have problems with ingrown toenails and she was able to go after them. Such a luxury but, not really, it was an essential service. Thank you!

I am absolutely blown away at the quality of service, craftsmanship, cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism and their attention to detail at Nails’s image salon. They are the most customer centric nailery I’ve ever been to, their prices are great and provide excellent quality work! I literally drive 45 to 60 min just to go here. Came here on Feb 13th on my way from Philadelphia to Baltimore and my nails are still perfect more than a month later. I got a dip manicure and it was great! 10/10 recommend. Thank you for squeezing us in your schedule!

Clean and Professional. My nails stay lovely for weeks. I will not go anywhere else! I have tried other places. And this is best!! Appointments are available, not always necessary. Go as you wish.

Very clean. All employees are masked and gloved. They are so incredibly friendly! And talented with designs too!!

So I was there and they made me and my whole family bleed on their nails also tried forcing me to get my eyebrows done and was telling me I don’t look good so I would get my eyebrows done she was very rough on me and my family she was blaming my aunt for something that wasn’t her fault.

When I first pulled up I wasn’t sure what to expect but so far I have been here twice and while the quality is amazing, I really come here for the personality of technicians! Every single one is so accommodating and personable and this is probably the most satisfied I’ve been with a salon experience and I’ve been to many over the years. They really do work hard to make you happy ! Love it.

Love the service but not the attitude.. we pay a lot of money to be serviced there. I stopped going for a few months due to the attitude. Went back and it was better ( for now). They do an awesome job.

My daughter and I stumbled upon this nail salon and I’m so glad we did! I got a gel manicure and toe polish change, while my daughter got a gel polish. The nail techs were absolutely phenomenal! I had a male tech that took his time with me and was very thorough with his work. I wish this place was closer to where I live but either way, I will most certainly be returning next time that I’m in the area :-)

Great place. Loved my pedicure. Only thing is I just moved in the area and they will not allow tips on your card. They also will not make an exception for new comers. This information should be listed somewhere.

Ive been having various things done to my nails for many years, including artificial nails, fills, etc., and Linda at Nails Image is by far the most expert and professional manicurist I have encountered. She wants to please the customer and makes sure that the cuticles, hands, as well as nails get proper attention. Although I have not personally used the service, their nail art looks fit for Hollywood models, almost hard to believe. The salon is totally comfortable, very clean, and with an excellent selection of polishes. Give this one a try! You wont be disappointed. Trudy

I am shocked that there are no negative ratings for this place. Linda does a great job on nails but is not a friendly person. Had a terrible pedicure (hubby too) and was grossed out. My hubs feet and ankles dried out horribly over the following few weeks. The place is dirty and just funky funky.

Linda is so personable and great! I moved to Wilmington and had no idea where to get my nails done, but this place is amazing and always do an outstanding job no matter which specialist is available.
