I like my nail design, salon is nice, service was a little pricey, Id give them another try though. **UPDATE ** OK, so this is probably my 4th visit to this salon, I feel like they treat their regulars, the people whos names they know very differently than they do visitors, I spend good money in this place and I feel like service is always rushed. They never trim, treat my cuticles...isnt that part of a manicure. In other salons youll get a light hand massage and lotion when youre finished, not here!

Over the years I have come here randomly, but multiple times. I have never had an issue until recently, when I started to come on a consistent basis. So the last 3 visits here have been unsatisfying. One visit, I was a walk in and was told it would be 15 minutes to wait, but it was a 40 minute wait. I thought nothing of it, since I was a walk in. However, the next time I made a appointment, was there 10 minutes early, but was told that I had to wait 15 minutes, because they could not find my appointment time. I waited 30 minutes before I was serviced. Then this last time, I made an appointment for my lunch break, double checked the appointment before I left my work place, arrived 10 minutes early, but after waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time,I left because I was then told it would be another 10-15 minutes. So displeased with their level of service and unprofessionalism. Im over it. Never going back.!

Salon is very clean and spacious. Nikki did a wonderful job on my nails I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she did them almost identical. I think I found a permanent place to get my nails done.

I enjoy this salon they provide an above average gel services and the techs are very polite

Horrible place been bak 3times in less than 2weeks i got gel nails and 4days later not the nail but the whole polish came off the nail they over charged me and my sister my first and last time ever and then they are rude and nasty cause they messed my nails up. Smh never again

I had a really enjoyable experience today. This is my first time coming to the salon and I will definitely be coming back. My nail technician was so kind. She was very helpful and patient with me. My nails look great and the color is exactly what I asked for. The place was very clean and comfortable and cozy. I am plus size and I was able to comfortably sit in the chairs because they were very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back for my fill-in.

These women here are the best! Friendly kind and caring! Katie did my nails twice and I also had a pedicure by her! She did my nails with dip powder today they look perfect and she does an excellent job! She is wonderful professional and an extra bonus she is very kind and caring too I am lucky to have stumbled upon this place with Katie here!

First time manicure and pedicure at Tulip Nails. I felt treated very well and will be back to compare at a later time. Loved the hot towels, attention to detail, and exfoliating gel. I know most guys are not used to these treatments, but it sure feels nice!

The service was “ok”, technician left to answer phone three times and was moderately attentive. Don’t think will be going back. Area where have you sit to get nails dry was cluttered and dirty!!!! Was a moderate experience, nothing extraordinary to necessitate another visit!

They are the worst - I’ve been three times now. The first two times, the cheap polish for a gel manicure lasted less than two weeks - my mother had a similar experience. The third time I entered the shop at 7:21 (the close at 8), they told me to have a seat and then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have time for a regular manicure. The level of rudeness (on top of the cheap products) will ensure that I never go back again. I was only going out of convenience because it is near my house, but I rather drive across town than to go here again.

Had good first two experiences but third time I got ripped off for being nice. The first time I went I got special polish, the lady charged me $5 extra this time I got same polish and got charged $15 with explanation being different people charge different price. So that added up to a $45 FILL. They lost a customer I will never be back. Heads up for women it was TINA who ripped me off

I came in from out of town and needed my nails done really bad bc they looked awful, i got two fixed and a three almost four week fill with hard gel. THEY ARE PERFECT. i can not find a salon at home that can get the shape i want and does hard gel! the color is also perfect, friendly staff and not terribly pricey which i wouldnt mind anyways for how they came out. my only disappointment is their isnt one i can to at home 🤷‍♀️

The worst customer service I ever experienced... my second time to this very unprofessional nail salon, and I was treated very badly. when I told the woman who did my nails that a few of my nails were horribly deformed, i mean awful ....she said what do u want me to do. I said well fixing it would be nice... she started getting angry blaming me,, saying that I need not to come to her ever again .so I said never mind dont fix nothing Im leaving so i did.... now i paid 35 dollars for a fill and a bad job 3 days before Christmas i feel so disappointed and disrespected

Love Jeanette! Though everyone there seems to be very good, I like having Jeanette do my nails. Shes great, personable, and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her!

I had always had a plea sent expietence with Tiffany but my last visit with the owner was horrible she made me pay before all my services were complete she agreed to my services then denied me of my full service once I stated I didn’t want to pay once the service is complete .. she persisted to be rude and raising her tone with me for reasons unknown. I’ve always had a nice experience here but she messed it up for you guys tremendously .. on top of that I had an even left out to finished toes with tips on my fingers but no acrylic . This was a complete waste of time and money and I do no feel the service was good . Like I said I’ve never had a problem before but at this point and time I’ll be happy to find services else where .. I don’t recamend going to this location the service isn’t consistent and the owner is unpleasant

My experience at Tulip Nails was so great. I was in desperate need for a fill after calling and driving to 4 different nails shops. I was lucky enough to get accepted by them at 7 15pm. I was greeted by kimberly which was so kind and polite. A nail technition named Nikki finished my fill and I am very satisfied . I was the last customer to leave and not only did she not rush me but she did a great job. Im sure she is going to be great at whatever she decides to do in life whether it be a biologist like she is in school for or owning her own nail salon. Thanks Nikki . I will be back with friends for a pedicure.

The guy who did my nails was very rude. he kept making my hand hit his (so the nail polish would come off) and he would get aggravated at me for it thought it was his fault for being rough. Also You had to pay more to get anything more that a short nail, and you had to pay for anything other then a square shape. My nails look chunky and one thumb nail is fat and the other is skinny. would not recommend.
