This was my first visit to Couture, my roommate has been going there for over a year and only speaks highly of them. I had to give them a visit and I am SO excited about these nails. Cheryl was very sweet, accommodating and professional. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and left with better than I anticipated. Thank you Cheryl!! I will definitely be back in!

Elizabeth was amazing! This is the first time I’ve ever been completely satisfied with my nails! And she was so gentle! No tearing my nail beds or yanking and twisting my hands/fingers. Got exactly what I wanted and was a pleasant experience

Literally love this place and will never go anywhere again! The people there are amazing and so friendly! I found my girl Erica and let me tell you she is bomb! Amazing at nail art and I have never had an issue. Yes getting your nails done takes awhile but that’s because they are doing a great job! The price is great for the amazing quality they offer! I recommend this place to everyone and I personally think (after being to many other salons and getting acrylics for 5 years) that this is the best nail salon in Wilmington.

Hasn’t been a week and almost all my nails have broken. I’ve been getting my nails done for yrs and have NEVER broken this many nails. Fr I mean I was just getting a bag off a shelf and 2 broke. Plus my cuticles are scabbed up. I definitely will NOT be going back.

2 weeks ago I visited this shop for a full set. Everything was going great until the tech placed the acrylic on my thumb- it instantly became hot, it felt like fire was on my thumb. It finally cooled off. Now I’m taking my nails off and I realize that I have MMA on my nails! This is soooo dangerous

Seems like a couture chop shop.But my nail tech was sweet and demonstrated exceptional skills. I have never spent 2 hrs in a nail salon...and Ive had $100 nails & toes before IG...today I just had gel polish! I booked an appt by phone with a specific person. When I arrived I was told they were finishing up...cool! Next thing I knew I was being directed to a table/station! I thought maybe this person was starting my removal but she provided my entire service. I spent the first 30 mins of my appt looking around and trying to figure out what was happening! (For several reasons) my nail tech assumed I was a walk-in...I was never told why my appt wasnt honored! And after 2 whole hrs, this was only a $30 service 😥 so I still tipped my nail tech!! Originally I booked a gel mani, but after the way things started I just took the polish change, no mani. Every clients appt seemed to be this long...the salon wasnt packed, only about 3 ppl when I arrived and during my appt! I really dont know what to make of this.

Every time I have gone in, my nails look amazing when I come out!!! I get a full set every time I get my nails done (which always makes me nervous because Ive had some horrible sets done in the past), but I swear by Couture Nail Bar! Also, I always request Maritza, she is always super sweet and talks to me while I get my nails done, she is very diligent while doing my nails, making sure the shape is right and all the little things look good. She also does designs for me sometimes and those always look amazing! Highly recommend Couture!!!

This nail salon is so clean and well taken care of. The staff is very nice and the owner Galy makes sure she keeps the place in order and well maintained. Galy is wonderful.

First time going to this nail salon, was initially very impressed with the acrylic nails when I left the salon. Woke up the next morning with a swollen red and purple thumb. Currently now on an antibiotic because their tools were not sterile and not used properly.

I tried this place because my nail tech was booked. I made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. The nail tech spent two full hours on my nails. I noticed several flaws but after two hours I just wanted to leave. I didn’t even get my pedicure because of how long she took. My rhinestones are already falling off and it hasn’t even been a full 24hrs. Overpriced and overhyped.

Was very excited to try this place and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. After that my full acrylic set took an hour and a half with no design and 4 bleeding cuts later. I hate to leave a negative review but this was unacceptable.

My tech was awesom.. She listened to what i wanted and provided it. I was happy with the establishment. The place was clean. Had a lot of polishes.. Gel.. And powder selection.

Great customer service. I was offered something to drink as soon as I sat down. Very friendly staff. The nail tech did such a great job with my nails compared to other nails salons I’ve been in Wilmington. Also, I’m happy to know that I found a nail salon of mainly Spanish speakers.

It is very relaxing the owner does an amazing job. I love to come with my daughter to have girl time. They make sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our service. And the staff is so very friendly. Great place to relax and feel pretty.

They are amazing! I am getting married in a month and I went to a different nail salon to get my nails done umbre. The other salon ruined my nails. I came into couture nails and she was not only able to fix them she exceeded my expectations. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and my nails are beautiful. This is my new go to nail salon!!!

On march 24 I received a full set by a technician named NANA she was an hour and a half late getting to do my nails my nails were uneven in length and also shape I did not notice this until about 30 minutes after my appointment I immediately inbox her to express my concerns she did not reply back to my inbox for two weeks I finally had to reach her via Facebook and she was rude and said she would not even be thinking about doing anything to my nails because it had been two weeks ago The cost for my nails were $100 they were long she did not even give me the shape I asked for and she only took off five dollars for being an hour and a half please I have been getting my nails done for 17 years I am no stranger to a decent nail job or excellent customer service this place has no wine and neither does this technician she did not offer me any kind of compensation or not even an apology she also advertises that her nails will last 4 to 6 weeks by the second week because of how she applied my nails two of them had broken and only on the over curved hand

My coworker introduced this place to me. And was excited to have found my match. Everyone is cheerful and friendly. And gave me such a relaxing treatment. The waiting area was very clean and organized. Overall I had a pleasant experience here. Will most certainly be back.

Had an appointment for 5:30pm for gel pedicure & manicure with Cheryl. When I sat in chair for pedi was pushed off on an inexperienced young man to start that took longer that expected. I insisted that Cherly be the one to do gel polish, it’s now 6:45pm. He wraps my nails and I remain sitting waiting on Cherly for the next 30mins. (She’s doing a young Caucasian gel manicure) Finally I ask Gaily (the owner) to address the situation, I had a 5:30 appt, it’s 7pm and I have yet to receive a complete pedi or manicure. After continuing to wait til 7:30pm...I put on my shoes, remove the aluminum foil from nails and get up to wash hands to leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The service here is spectacular! They did an outstanding job on making my nails look so lovely! The salon is well kept, organized, and clean. My extension nails look wonderful! Absolutely amazing staff!!They took their time with each service it made me feel completely relaxed! Will definitely come back again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Nail technician, who was 18 and had no idea what she was doing, took an hour and a half to soak off my nails. She was rude and barely said a word the entire time. Not even sure if she had a nail license to be honest. Due to this, I asked her not to give me a manicure because I was crunched for time. She then proceeded to take an additional 30 minutes filing and putting a top coat on. After two hours for a SOAK OFF and a file down/top coat, they tried to charge me $35? Not to mention the fact that she used a file on me that still had a lot of nail shavings on it from prior customers. Dont waste your time; theyve owned this place for 4 months and have no clue how to run a business.

Loved it! Both my daughter, and I went. Very nicely decorated. Great service for both of us. They spoke Spanish which I speak, so I didnt feel like I was the odd person out like other salons.

I trusted all the great reviews and was not disappointed! I really love their non-toxic concept AND the bright atmosphere. They have great conversational skills. Also, they got us in right at the time of our appt. This place will be my go to place from now on. And I left very HAPPY.

Long wait, foot tub had another persons cut toenails. They offer water and wine which is nice. Even with the liner I could feel the toenails which bothered me throughout the pedicure. Employees are super friendly tho, salon is chic. However, discounts aren’t included in prices at checkout. This salon did clean somewhat under the toenails, other salons don’t.

Got my mishapen acrylic nails fixed here by an awesome tech. Enjoyed sipping on my vino & chatting. Extremely clean & friendly. The new owner is very excited & happy about her new business. I made a next day appointment with the same tech for an awesome relaxing pedi which once again was accompanied by wine & fun girl talk.

Love this place, it’s the only place in Wilmington I’ll come to. The owner is awesome and I love the staff. I’ve come maybe 6 times in the past few months and I haven’t had anything less than great service!

The staff is very friendly and the environment is great. They have some talented workers there. I always make an appointment, but yet Im ALWAYS left waiting for up to 30 mins after my scheduled appointment time. Also, they seem to rush through pedicures, no massage or anything like that (even though I paid for the gel pedicure and didnt get the basic one). I always like how my toes and nails turn out. But, just a few things I hope they can improve on.

Tried to upsale my husband and I on pedicures. Being it was 20% off we gave in and treated ourself to the deluxe pedicure. My husband got the full deluxe, hot stones and all. Myself, I got my pedicure, toe nails cut crooked, didn’t work on my toes but for a hot second, and no hot stones. Then we went to pay they were going back and forth between each other on what to do. Heard numerous times tell her she is the customer.. finally after about 5 minutes, I was informed $5 was being taken off for not using the hot stone. So for my husbands $50 deluxe pedicure, my $45 pedicure PLUS 20% off, but our total bill was $94? How??? My husband Being the nice person he is didn’t say a word. Needless to say we won’t be going back. I had to wait about 15 minutes to get water in my bowl after my husband was already getting his pedicure.

This is a pleasant experience, they helped me figure out what was going on and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Also, the parking here is BIG, so I never dont care about this issue! Update: 10/10

Sloppy manicure and pedicure that took 3 hours. Walked out with my nails looking bad and an hour late to the next thing on my schedule. The staff seemed oblivious yet annoyed by the customers complaints and frustrations. Not worth my time or money. This place has a great atmosphere and the potential to be a nice place but it was extremely unorganized, unprofessional and a bit pricy.

This is a very attractive, customer oriented salon! First Petty here and I will be back for more!

The girl that did my nails did a good job. It wasnt until the owner and an employee changed my score. They argued back and forth about money in front of customers. The owner only apologized to one customer as if my daughter and I werent paying customers. Totally disregard us. Her husband then came and was the only one who personally apologized. I thought this was going to be a new location....but nahhhh

Found Carucci on instagram, and I had to get my nails done by her. All of her work is gorgeous! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I definitely recommend Couture Nail Bar 910 if you’re ever in Wilmington NC!!! They are super professional and clean which is a must for me. Ask for Carucci for amazing work, she won’t disappoint!!

I always try to give new places the benefit of the doubt. But this was a bad experience. Left with several nics and scrapes because the technician didnt understand what they were doing. The polish was messy and needed another coat. I dont think the person who worked on my nails had much experience.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible I have been going with my wife getting her nails done for the past 6 years not once has she ever had an employee OR Nail Tech ever questioned her until the other day at this shameful place this is the kind of place that you want to go to and get s*** talked about you and sip on some cheap ass wine and act like your bougie in a really cheap spot full of employees that do not know how to do nails the only thing that they are good at is speaking a different language other than English to talk s*** about customers not knowing that nowadays there is translators on our phones I do not recommend this place number one because the job that they are supposed to do is very unprofessional looking there are a few pictures up there of some nails that were done with some actual time and maybe a little bit of talent but those are the only ones you will see of course they wont post the pictures of the ones that look like s*** because they just send them on their way whats also very unprofessional is when the nail tech keeps getting up from doing somebodys nails to go do other things so that way it is a 4 Hour process to get your nails done do not recommend this place at all

Horrible experience rude and unprofessional. Took off the nails two days later. I believe that the girls who took care of me were intoxicated. They left my fingers and toes pretty sore. I went in the next day to get my nails remove because they would not stop hurting and received pure rudeness so I left and pay someone else to remove them.
