Made a quick repair of my phone - replace back glass and battery. Reasonable cost. Prices are published before you commit, so thats another plus.

I came in with an IPhone with a defective battery. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced my battery at a reasonable cost and in very little time. They were professional, courteous, & polite. They were fast and efficient. I would return if needed and would definitely recommend them to co-workers, family, & friends. Good job guys.

I has an 11:00 AM appointment and was promptly helped. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice and suggested a screen protector for my iPhone screen. My shattered screen was replaced and the protector applied within one hour! I am VERY pleased with my repair and everyone I spoke to at the store was very nice. I hope I don’t require another repair in the future, but if I do, I will definitely return for assistance to the store.

Excellent and you can add another star for 6 - this young professional woman first took the time to actually field my call and address my cell battery concern. Secondly, she knew I was in a bind and needed this iPhone operational first thing Monday. She assured me that even if I could get to the store 15 minutes before closing, on a Sunday, that she would get the issue handled. She did and Im sincerely thankful.

The battery to my iPhone was replaced in about 15 minutes and the service was great. Had no problems. Sent a good friend to them for the same service and he was also pleased. They replaced the battery on my computer a few years ago and I was also happy with that. That is the place to go!!!!!

Took absolutely no time to get our phone fixed. Very nice and courteous staff.

Dropped a Samsung Galaxy S6 off for battery replacement. Phone was done in about an hour as there was one phone ahead of me in for repair. When I picked it up, there was a good size scratch on the screen protector. They said that they didnt do it and looked for a replacement screen protector in the store. They said that they didnt have one and pretty much theres the door. Hope the battery that they installed is really good.

Four stars because the repair went well. But, it was weird that the personnel were totally detached.

Made an appointment on line. Took the phone over. They replaced the battery, explained a couple of things, and done on time. Good experience.

My phone is doing the same thing. The battery doesn’t last any longer than it did before it was replaced.

They advertise to fix screens. But the rep was not sure if they fix ipads or not. Very poor customer service. Only a matter of time before their out of business.

The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable and handled the replacement of my iPhone battery very quickly. Will have to see how well the battery holds up before knowing how to rate the total experience.

Girlfriend brought her phone in for a cracked screen repair (phone was functioning) when she picked it up they basically said “the phone is broken now, sorry” and denied responsibility. Way to go 👍🏻
