I brought the phone in because of charging issues. He took one look at it, grabbed a little pick thingie, cleaned out a bunch of lint, and told me that i was good to go. Super quick, super polite, and didnt charge me a cent bc of how trivial the issue was

My cell phone had lost sound when receiving calls. I took it to my cell phone provider and received no help...they did offer to show me a new phone. They did however provide a card with the CPR address. I was hesitant to go there but...what did I have to loose. I was helped by Hector. He was personable, professional and solved the problem with the phone in a matter of minutes...I was impressed...this guy was knew his stuff. Would I recommend CPR...YOU BET. CPR installed a new battery in my old iPhone 7+. They did it quickly and at a reasonable price. At the same time they downloaded some overdue updates and generally refreshed a device that was working well even if the battery had degraded. It was a good experience.

I’ve Been here about a half a dozen times in the last three years for charging port issues on different phones. They fixed the problem every time! (usually cleaned the port) and never charged me once. I’m leaving the area and wanted to let anyone know. This is a Solid place of business! Friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough!

I took my phone in today and the service was great! the staff was so friendly and helpful. They fixed my iPhone 7 plus front camera in no time. my camera had went out and other issues but thanks to them it was like getting a brand new phone back. The price was reasonable also after tax and all I paid $ 165.00 so not to bad especially when Apple support quoted me 350 plus tax and two weeks. so yeah I will be going back with CPR for any of my phone repairs an I highly recommend their services.

The second time for my family to use this service. While wait time was 15 min or so, it was not a complaint. Reasonable prices for some repair I dont want to do. I have recommended this place to several people whom I know have gone there but didnt know it existed.

I went in to just get a cracked phone fixed. There super fast at getting it fixed but at the same time when I got it back the screen was coming half way out. I never had this problem before going now my phone want charge and dies super fast. If your looking for a quick fix then yeah go here.

I dad a cracked screen that did not display. They had to order my screen since my phone was obsolete. Yeah, I dont like change, Verizon sent me a replacement under the warranty program. I didnt like it as much as my older phone, which was more simple. Anyway the crew was polite, knowledgeable and confident they would and could replace my screen without the need to do a factory reset. They also proactively informed me that the warranty company may have put a block on my phone so it couldnt be activated by another user. Telling me to verify that was not the case so I could reactivate my repaired phone. they were right and I needed to have them reverse the block.

Mr Parker is very caring and concerned about his customers needs. He’s not looking too see how CPR can get over or charge for something you don’t need. I felt important and appreciated as a customer and he had my iPhone XR fixed and back to duty on the same day. Thank you Mr Parker.

Before going to CPR Cell Phone Repair, I had gone to two other places that were not able to fix my phones problem. A piece of the auxiliary cord had broken off and got stuck in the headphone jack of the phone. I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair who were very nice and helpful. After 10 minutes, they were able to remove the broken part from the phone. I would definitely recommend this place for any problems you have with your cell phone..

I look these people up on Google and they were the first person that went to. I had a problem with my son Nintendo switch. They greet you when you come in the door talk to you and try to find out the problem. They had it for over a month and every couple days they called me to let me know what was going on I thought that was pretty awesome. At the end of everything they werent able to fix my issue but I will most definitely go to them if I had another problem.

I recently took my Samsung Galaxy S20+ in for the back glass to be replaced due to a crack that started on the side and was progressively getting worse. I was happy to find that they had just received a back glass for the phone. I was going to have to make an appointment for the next day during my lunch hour but the gentleman there didnt want me to have to take away from my lunch so he had it rushed and done within 30 minutes. Make sure you get your quoted price in writing whenever you drop anything off. I misheard them say it was $275 for an s10 screen replacement when it was actually $375 whenever I picked it up.

I cannot express how amazing Zack and Hector were in helping fix my broken Samsung Galaxy S10+ LCD screen. They were so professional, personable, and had the phone fixed in just over an hour! My mom and I walked in to see about getting new screen covers. The technician working at the counter, quickly processed people that were ahead of us and our wait was very brief! He answered all of our questions professionally and beautifully applied the new screen covers. He keeps the documentation there in-store in case we ever need a future replacement. I paid $300 to get a new screen for my phone plus $50 for a screen protector . The screen protector cracked within 2 to 3 days when I went back they wanted another $10 for replacement. The $50 screen protector had to be defective it cracked and fell right off the phone. I was told when I paid $50 for it that it could take a hammer hit just link the display they have in their shop.What a racket theyre selling junkVery disappointed Parker
