The leg on my DJI mini 2 broke after falling about three feet onto pavement. I called Drone Repair Pros at Mr.Phix and they told me to bring it in. They had the part in store and were able to make the repair and get my drone back to me all in the same day!

After speaking with the owner he explained that it wasn’t the greatest deal and I could be getting myself into an expensive repair. He gave clear direction and excellent advice. Dropped my drone at this shop, and it was fixed the same day. Also the technician fixed it for a much lower price than what I was appraised to have it fixed for. They explained what the issues were and why it didn’t cost as much as previously discussed. Solid service and honesty is found here, I’d highly recommend.

Ted has been wonderful to communicate with and schedule from the very start. My drone had been crashed causing gimbal problems and I had found a repair shop that I had mailed my drone to out of state. They would not respond after receiving it and after several attempts to find out info on repairs and cost. FINALLY they responded that it would be WEEKS before the parts could be obtained and repaired...thankfully I then happened up on the website for Ted. I emailed him and shared my frustration with him. He called me. I then called and had my drone mailed back to me and sent straight to Ted. Within 24 hours he had already checked it out, gave me TWO repair options and had my drone back into my hands within 4 days including shipping! It works as good as new. I am very pleased and now have a solid company to call.
