They did the impossible!I thought my fancy Nirvana Radio for fpv drones was ruined because I broke the USB port. These guys sourced a replacement, and micro soldered it back in for me. With the firmware updates I was finally able to do it no longer cuts out! Its finally a reliable piece of gear. Thanks guys!

This place is the best Tech service in Wilmington, N.C. My experience with them have been great. They took my laptop that I thought was ruined and brought it back to life, gave it more gigs and motherboard for a reasonable price. I also brought a Apple computer from them for a great price and it works like magic. I was so amazed about their work that I brought my desktop tower to them because it was making a loud noise and they upgraded my gigs and did a spring cleaning and clone of drive to new drive. They wanted to do such a great job they took longer than expected and discounted the repair 10% for the wait. I recommend this place to everybody who has computer issues or anything tech related because these guys are amazing and their customer service is great!

Lead Tech Services. What can I say about this shop. Glen, Bobby and Joseph are consummate experienced professionals. They are the shop that other shops go to for the hard stuff. When other places told me get a new phone, in a matter of an afternoon after getting in touch with them at lunchtime they had me back and fully operational. Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none, and they are more than willing to educate your kids should they come along at pickup. 😊 Honestly, it’s like a mechanic. I’ve been using the same shop since my car had 30k miles on it and now have 235k miles on it. I won’t go anywhere else and the same goes for technical problems. These guys are awesome. I purchased a phone through them for a very good price. I found my battery life wasnt what I expected and they set my phone up to optimize my battery usage. Im so glad I ordered from them instead of some random seller on ebeB that gives no service after the sale. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

Lead Tech Services is great!! They are really knowledgeable and very helpful. My laptop completely shut down and I thought I had lost everything. They were not only able to retrieve all my important data but were able to fix the issue with the laptop so I didn’t end up having to buy a new one. So happy and will definitely go back to them.

Excellent service! We didnt have much hope when we brought in a demolished iPhone in the hopes of recovering files. After being turned away from three other repair businesses who said it was impossible to recover any files, LEAD TECH SERVICE performed a miracle! Not only did they recover data but were able to fix the iPhone and make it usable again! These young men know what they are doing! And they are fantastic to work with; very courteous, knowledgeable, competent and reasonably priced. Even though we live an hour away, it is worth the drive! Techno Wizards!! I took my laptop to them after a bad experience with Geek Squad and they quickly got my computer fixed and running better than ever. I was very impressed with their knowledge and great customer service. I will be using them from now on. They fix phones, laptops, notebooks, anything Apple, etc. I highly recommend them.

Bobby did a great job for my wife and me on a wide variety of things. We had google and apple things all tangled up in calendar, contacts, etc. He listened patiently, and then helped us devise and implement a plan to streamline and simplify our life on all 4 devices - 2 phones, 2 computers. They were also a huge help in getting WiFi throughout the house. They recognized that cable was giving us bad speed (even though we were paying for faster speed), and they resolved the issue quickly. I have three electric bikes bought from overseas that I knew before purchasing would present challenges from any service standpoint. Sure enough, I ran into some electrical issues upon receiving the shipments where a ground wire kept popping off of one of the motors and losing its connection, and a female battery adapter was not mounted/connected properly. The bike shops around here wont touch the electric side of an ebike typically unless youve bought from them. These guys were spot on in helping me. I was at a bit of a loss as to who to turn to for help and eventually searched soldering specialist on google. These guys were one of the only ones I saw in Wilmington. Luckily, I gave them a call, they said they thought they could help, and within a few days, my bikes were fixed and working great! Thanks guys for the help!

These guys are great. I took my fishfinder/chartplotter in for repair after the manufacturer pretty much said I was on my own. These guys put in a lot of time and effort to diagnose the problem and nailed it down to a particular part. However there was no way to source the part to complete the repair, and because of this they returned the unit with minimal charge. It was well worth the time and money to give this unit last rights.

Great people and great service. Though I have done my own screens in the past I took their course for my Apple 6 and had a fun time and learned a lot. Recently I messed up my mother board cpu socket while trying to clean it. I lost one of my memory DIMM slots. After the reasonable cost for Lead Tech to straighten the pins I have all my memory back. Great job saving my mother board. Thanks.

Easily the best computer place Ive been to for computer problems. They were able to diagnose my desktops problems and solve them.

Very friendly place and people, happy to chat and explain things to you. Their location is a little bit hard to find, its hidden in the back corner of Chandlers Wharf with basically no signage unfortunately...
