I have been coming to this car wash for years. Normally, they do a decent job and the car washes are quick. Unfortunately, I was met by a disrespectful employee, whom was unprofessional. Not only was he rude to me but his behavior was inappropriate in front of my child. I did inform the Asst. Manager about his behavior, whom told me I was the 1st person to complain all day. Gave me $4 discount and told me she would talk to him. After all that, and $30 wash my car still wasn’t clean properly. I paid for tire dressing (not done), the windows and doors were not wiped down and barely vacuumed. Could’ve save my money for gas station car wash. It’s safe to say this will be my last car wash at this facility. I am really warning all future customers avoid at all costs and to use the car wash down Kirkwood Hwy in price corners instead.

They clean my car and it only took minutes, it was great. Price was not bad. Will come back. Friendly staff.

I went to the Magic Car wash for the first time yesterday. It wasn’t planned but because the Blue Hen car was was closed for maintenance, I thought I’d try somewhere new. Because this wasn’t planned I had things in my back seat I wanted to move. There was no line behind me at all but the man was not happy about waiting on me to very quickly move some things into the trunk. I even told him my coming was unexpected and thanked him for waiting. Still… not happy. I was so excited to get into my clean car! Except it wasn’t that clean. They maybe ran the vacuum some? But there were still crumbs on the mats. They wiped the windows inside mostly so I’ll give them that. The dash and the inside of the doors were not touched. After spending $30 for the best package, I went home and spent 15 minutes wiping things down to my satisfaction. This was a total miss for me.

Let’s just say I will not be returning. Ignore the stain in the backseat but cmon, nothing was cleaned at all. Super disappointed!

Very pleased with the service 😀 really good deals on certain days. Also, their crews seems to be committed with doing a good job. The management staff will address any issues. Finally, its not the same on the weekends... they are more hard pressed to keep things moving and more likely to have a minor oversight, 🙃 but not deal breakers.

Very cool place, the merchandise they sell is not what you would expect from a car wash. Staff/employees were very friendly. Ill definitely go back next time Im in the area!!!

I had my car detailed inside and out, it had a smoke problem inside that I needed to get removed from cigarettes. I have to say I had my doubts at first but I was pleasantly surprised The car looked fantastic and not a single hint of smoke smell excellent work but definitely recommend these guys., They went above and beyond to make sure the smell was out of the car and I truly appreciate that. I also want to thank Matt who I was in contact with through email for several days about getting the job done, he was excellent and a huge help.

Used them in the past and have been somewhat satisfied only because I dont feel like doing it myself. But today it happened to start raining and I was still in process of paying. They all ran from my vehicle without closing the door, leaving it wide open to soak my control panels, speaker and cloth interior and this is a brand new vehicle. I spent my time taking paper towels I had with me trying to dry everything off. Then on top of that got seat belt twisted to where it wouldnt move up or down so had to get that untwisted. Common sense tells you not to leave a customers car door wide open when its raining. Definitely wont be back.

This is a joke of a car wash. They are supposed to wipe down doors and windows but my vehicle is still covered in dust, they did nothing to the interior but vacuum the floor and they didn’t even vacuum the back. My car still looks dirty for $30? It was left wet and it’s now covered in water marks where they didn’t attempt to dry it or wipe up the excess. My tires were sprayed but not properly wiped so it spit out all over the car when I started driving. I could have done a better job myself for free. Do not go here unless you’re happy with having your money taken for incredibly subpar work. Real talk 0 Stars. Go anywhere but here.

Im not going to say much... I just want to tell you that these are pictures of my car after the $25 wash (supposed to be the best).When the car got out of the automatic exterior wash, they moved it to where they clean the inside. I saw a bunch of people working on my car for probably less than 5 minutes, then they moved to a different car. I was wondering if they were already done with my car, so after about 10 minutes I asked them if it was ready and they said yes.The results are in the pictures. I think that If the car is too dirty, then the right thing to do is let the customer know that the amount charged will not cover cleaning the extra mess so the customer is aware of it, but you cant just say that the car is done and leave it like this.

Tried to order the clean and disinfect, was told “no” because it would take too long (this was at 3 pm, and they didn’t close for hours). So I ordered the #5, which is $30- and was told this includes vacuuming the interior of the car, wiping down the surfaces of the interior, and a wash outside. Afterwords, I got back in my car and it looked like it hadn’t even been touched. Dirt, crumbs and dog hair still on the seats. I asked if they could take a look at the areas that were missed (basically the whole car), and was told that the vacuuming didn’t include the trunk, or pet hair (??). I pointed out that in addition the hair- there was actual dirt on the seats and floor... and asked if this was not included in the vacuum???? The manager did ask them to vacuum the missed areas, but then told me that this was a “one time only” thing and not to expect it next time. There definitely won’t be a next time

This was my first visit with Magic as I had a voucher to use. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and the cute little store inside. Keith, Miriam and Matt were phenomenal and I’ll be back! Never have I had such a great experience at a car wash. Thanks for all your help and getting my Jeep back to being spotless again!

9-17-2020 Dont know what they did to my brand new 2020 custom truck!! but my seats are soaking wet still 9-18-2020 did a @132$ Professional detail for my wedding 9-19-2020! Iv come their for over 20 years and drove a hour away! Now have to use a hair dryer to dry them!!

$25 package and you mean to tell me all you wipe is the top dash and thats it?? Almost forgot to wipe inside windows and told me I was ready before my mats were finished being clean. Maybe cause it was a weekend and it was busy. Even White Glove does a better job. Car wash was messing up exteriors of other cars during my visit.

The manager and staff took card of my needs ata good price. Ive been so hesitant to do so because of the cost; however I made a great choice. Ill be visiting them over and over!

I have visited Magic Car Wash several times over the last 15 years and they are consistently quick and courteous. Ive only ever paid for the basic service, which is $15. They vacuum the interior of your vehicle and run it through their wash system, following up with an interior wipe down and exterior hand drying.

Love this place!!! Even though the line was long we got through very quickly. Inside is a cute shop filled with some home decor items. Kids can shoot water guns at the cars and has a slide inside. Every time I go here I am always very happy. Willing to pay the few extra to make sure it is really clean.

I cannot believe the service I just got at this terrible car Wash I called 2 weeks ago then I called yesterday then I called this morning to make sure that I could get a disinfectant package they did not give me that they would not do anything other than wash my car and vacuum it after I even went inside to ask the girl to make sure that they could still do that when I got there so now I clarified four times that they could clean the inside of my car they did not do that at all I get in my car I complain to the second manager he then tells me he wiped out my car there is dirt in my side door handle the first thing you see when you open the door there is dirt all over my car still they didnt even vacuum the floor the floor still has stuff on it I need to go and clean my car again this is absolutely unbelievable and terrible service I cannot believe that this car wash is even in business charging people $30 literally just to wash their car $30 to wash the outside of their car its absolutely insane I want a full refund and an apology from both managers and the lady inside that they are not communicating right to their customers at all

I’ve had my car detailed here before and it was always great, until today. It looks like the entire back of my SUV was barely vacuumed, and you can tell in the second row they didn’t even move the mat to vacuum underneath or around the edges. The front of the car looked great so naturally I didn’t notice until I got home that hardly any effort was put into the rest. Very disappointing, especially considering the $40 price. Last time I had a sedan detailed they spent almost an hour on it, my SUV was done in about 35 minutes- that should have been my first clue that car was not taken.

I had to tell the guys who wash my car that they didnt clean it right....They left a mess in my car. I dont understand why they have so many ppl cleaning your car. They dont seem to know how o leave it clean. Never comíng back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The team worked diligently in the heat during a peak period. They got all the dog hair from the flooring and dedicated great detail to both the interior and exterior.These folks value their work product. Do yourself a favor, don’t pass this place by without getting the car wash you deserve!!!Thanks team-I’ll be back!

I go to Kirkwood Magic Car Wash often. They do a good job for the price. I admit sometimes exterior quality may vary. But overall they do good job on interior windows and wiping the outside. Some staff members can be rude. And seem like they cant be bothered. Tho there are some helpful fellas Brian, Paul, Junior, Bill are all very nice & helpful every time Ive been there. Their manager Matt is also nice and helpful.Overall its a decent car wash and is hundred times better than Prices Corner.

They did a pretty good job getting everything off from sitting under a tree that homes birds and droppings from the tree in the spring. I paid 20 bucks for the upgraded deal but I think they forgot to put whatever they said they would on my cars coat. Didnt seem too much of an upgraded job to me. Was fast though.

Love this place they do the best job on their full service wash called the works. Their employees spend the time and get the job done right. Also the only local car wash I have found that does seat stain removal.

They do an average job. If theres is no line, you can be in and out in 15 minutes, but it took me another 15 minutes to have them clean all the missed spots. The young guy who takes your car didnt want to be bothered, and they older gentleman who dried my car was very helpful.Kid friendly. They have areas where kids can color, go through tunnels or shoot water guns towards your car.

Great service and priced pretty well. Never have a complaint when I go here.

I paid for the most expensive service. Outside of the car was cleaned in the automated wash. They didn’t clean anything inside. Windows, dashboard, and seats. Nothing was wiped down or cleaned and when I mentioned it they did nothing to make it right. I won’t be back and I will continue to drive to the New Castle Auto Spa, who does a full detail and wash for the same amount of money that I wasted here.

The car wash was terrible. They did not complete the vacuuming of the vehicle in the back of my SUV, and the back end of the car was not even hit with the wash, and I had to wash the car when I got home. I wilk never use this car wash ever again. It was terrible, plus the crew they had working on it did not come close to drying off the entire vehicle. I felt that I just threw away my$26.00 that I spent on having it washed. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I have used this car wash at least a dozen times. I get the full works which is basically a full detail job, and they have always been very thorough and show attention to detail. It takes them a while to really go through your whole car, but I appreciate the fact that they dont rush through and miss spots. I will continue to use these guys. For the record, it is a Chevy Equinox that I take there.

I paid for a Deluxe package to include cleaning inside of the windows and vacuum. They to say the car wad finished. The windows were not done and I had to tell them to vacuum the car. The windows were cleaned so poorly I had to clean them my self at home.Coffee stain still on the dash.The only thing magic about them is how fast my $18 disappeared. First and LAST TIME THERE.😝😝👎👎

Really disappointing car wash. I paid $35 for the works, and they did the worst job I have ever seen. The front windshield had forehead oil marks (which did not have when I took it inn). The front hood still had bird poop, the trunk matt still had dirt (Which the manager stated that matts are not washed under the works package,really!!!). You are telling me I am leaving the car wash which I paid $35 with rocks and dirt on my trunk!! The front dash shows marks of wiping, they did not wipe the entire dashboard. I think this place does not take customers seriously. I pay less money in other car washes and they do spotless work. Definitely this is the last time I will go there.

I just left after getting the $29.99 wash. My inside still has filth that should have been vacuumed up, I have hand prints all over my back windshield, and my dashboard was not cleaned at all. I will not go back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was very helpful when I had questions about their products in their store. The car looked like new after the car wash. The employees took exceptional care of my car with all of my special requests.

The worst one in America. They charged 19$ and the service is so worst. It was so quick with less than 3 minutes. Charged for cleaning Rims, windows, interior too. But it was never touched and the exterior cleaning was horrible too.Also, said that they would spray anti-rust on the bottom but never did it. I would very strongly recommend not to visit this unless you want to pay free money.

So I go there December 18 to wash my car and the people who dry the car after it washed do very bad job. They left spots all over the car with almost no coat on it. I dont know what kind of towels they used but I will never recommend any to use this place

Very rude staff. For Pathfinder he said third row is not covered in standard and I need to go for ultimate. Even after chosing ultimate, the car had dirt spots all over, vaccum was not done in trunk and the door cup holders were not cleaned at all. The cleaners said at the end its not covered and you have to pay more!

Disappointed. Paid for Deluxe package which was 25 bucks plus $5 cash tip. Minimum cleaning on the inside. They didnt even bother to wipe the dashboard and console. Had to do it myself when I get home.Dont pay for anything beyond the basic. Its a waste.

I just got only my interior cleaned by paying 25$.The manager was good enough to customize the service for me to get just interior cleaned.The lady cleaning did a horrible job. She did not even clean the carpet in properly.I see food around the seats. I did not notice any difference nor good fragrance. I felt the service was worth 10$.
