Had a long line today, but as usual it moves pretty quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. For the monthly subscription price, you cant beat this place. High quality FREE vacuums! Love it!

I actually should have given this place a 5 star instead of 4. Am upgrading here. Its a very clean and efficient operation. The people are very helpful and make a good effort to make sure that you have a good experience.

Since I cant reply to the owner I must say that getting a comment on a review is almost unheard of this day in time. The wash was pretty good hence the 5 star review. The only downfall was I had to wipe my rims by hand because the wash failed to get the dirt off but all in all it has saved me a load of time.

Car wash ripped off my rear wiper and and business would not take any responsibility. Lost a long term weekly customer over a $10 part. No empathy or concern and I was told to try to bend it back. Only concerned with age of car and making excuses. Very expensive car wash when you have to vacuum and wipe it down yourself. Same money gets you full service at others around town. Im going to businesses that care about their customers and want to make things right when a problem occurs.

I don’t see how anyone can rate this car wash less than 5 stars! I have been to others car washes throughout Wilmington and none of them compare to this one. My truck always comes out extremely clean with no touch ups needed. Customer for life right here!

Im definitely more of a detail at my house with my own products type of person but, I will honestly say the equipment they use as far as machinery goes is excellent. I got the Managers Special and its definitely special and their vacuum system pump is the strongest in the business, and complimentary towels to boot. If you want a great wash and wax while sitting in your car try them out.

Great facility. It’s clean, they provide clean towels for wipe down and the automatic washer does an excellent job.

Good car wash. If you are interested in the monthly program make sure they disclose that it rolls over each month. The sales guy did NOT tell me that. If you cancel a membership do it in writing and keep a copy. I asked the office in person to cancel and they continued to charge my credit card for months. When we caught the charges they would not refund anything or even offer a credit. They could see we never used the wash after we told them to cancel. Bad way to do business. Will never use them again.

Probably the nicest automatic car wash I have ever been to. It did a good job. My vacuum could have been a little bit more powerful. Perhaps I chose poorly. Either way, will come back.

Spent $18 on a car wash this afternoon. The car still had bugs on the windshield after I went through not to mention the bugs on the front of the car. Have black spattering all over the passenger side of the car that was not there when I went through. NOT HAPPY!

Just went in for a car wash. When finished had to clean the bugs off the front of the vehicle that werent cleaned off already. Then started using the vacuum and they shut off. The response was they were closed. The guy that said he was the manager, when asked why you werent allowed to finish responded with weve been open all day. If your not going to allow people to get the service they pay for then you shouldnt take their money in the first place. I will be disputing the charge on my card. Worse customer service.

For the past 8 washes the equipment doesnt work. The final 3 drying rollers never work and the rollers themselves are ridiculously dirty. Great place when it works. A good value for monthly subscription. But so inconsistent.

Gotta be honest, the things you have here are fine but you are running a bit behind the other car washes.Most of them have air compressors now to blow out the interior of the cars and the mat cleaners are better at other car washes. Try to keep up with the times and I am sure you will always do good there!

This car wash located off of Oleander Drive is a smorgasbord of delivery options from a simple cleaning to a top of the line shine and wax job. I find the quality of the wash to be a 5 star, though I do have to wipe down my tire wells. They provide a table of towels so you can wipe down the inside and outside of your car and you get free vacuum service. I could do my own washing, as I have done in the summer months. However, this pollen is too much for me. I prefer the value of this service over suffering allergy symptoms washing my car. The workers are very professional and assist as needed. They run the line so no one is left waiting and you get what you pay for. At least for me, at age 65, this service is a life saver for my back and my overall health. Please stay open during these difficult times.

Love this car wash! My husband and I both have monthly passes for our vehicles It is super convenient because it is right near our home but really worth it because cars get super clean. The vacuums work great and i also like the towels offered to wipe off cars.

I went there last Thursday at 430pm. The guy followed my car into the wash and proceeded to watch the machine RIP my antenna off of my car. I made a complaint but because my car is more than seven years old they dont feel responsible for the $400 in damage. I and my family and all the friends I can summons will never use this service again. Not in my lifetime!

I did not realize they had someone to spray down your vehicle etc before it went through the wash. I thought the whole thing was do it yourself. The vacuums worked GREAT. It was very clean and well kept. Will be back.

Not a lot of supplies to clean inside of car. I can go any where to get the outside of car washed. Its the inside of car that Im wanting to self clean and not have to purchase everything to accomplish this task. So I was disappointed to only have vacuum, rag and what looked like a watered down spray

I have roof racks on my van, and asked prior to paying if they would be okay in the car wash. They ended up hitting the equipment inside the wash and bending the gutters on the roof of my van. They were very kind and helped me remove the racks in the car wash, but I believe they should have known ahead of time that the racks would not fit.

Love this place! Super friendly staff and go out of their way to make sure your doing alright. I wont go anywhere else and the prices are totally fair!

The automatic car wash didnt clean my vehicle very well and scratched it in a couple places. Its nice that you dont have to pay extra for using the vacuum.

Ive been going here since their opening weekend. Young man that is the manager always remembers me (maybe not my name but knows my car... but then again, who could with so many loyal customers). Staff walks through offering cleaning tips and assistance. Vacuuming is free but lets face it, its built in the price. No worries. They make up for it with amenities and service.

The managers special wash does a good job for a machine wash. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always have cleaning cloths available, vacuums in good working order, and Ive never had to wait for a spot.

Best car wash in town. For $15 I get a great exterior wash + tire shine and then have access to all the equipment. They also have great customer service-specifically Dorian! He is such a friendly and knowledgeable guy. He really goes above and beyond.

Normally a good place, until you show up at 750pm wanting to get sand off your vehicle when they close at 8. Tried to pull in but was blocked off by cones. I understand you close in 10 min but it doesnt take that long to send my vehicle through when I pay for a monthly pass. Will be looking into other car washes.

I had to cancel my monthly subscription to H2Turbo Express. I thoroughly enjoyed their service while an active user but upon canceling my subscription I have been nothing but frustrated. I went in person to cancel my subscription on January 25th and spoke to a very polite young lady that assured me that my subscription would end effective February 4th and that I would no longer be charged. This was not the case as I have now been charged for two additional months. After the February charge I returned to the car wash to let them know I had been charged in error and was again assured the service would be canceled and I would receive a refund. No refund and I was charged again in March. Called again to make sure this would not continue and was told that since I had not sent in written notice prior, that the past charges would not be refunded. I have requested a call from the owner but as of this review I have not been contacted. Very unprofessional business practices.

First time user and if I must say, Well done . You’ve perfected so much from running an amazing wash to having a standout crew, led by Dorian. I had the pleasure of meeting with the manager yesterday and he had all of the answers to my questions! Thank you for an all around fantastic experience and I will be returning.

Be careful actually letting them wash your car... there equipment clearly damaged my car ripping a factory antenna off.The staff member told me they would cover it and the owner would contact me in a day or two, After several visits to the site I was finally informed to call tuesdays between 8-12. owner told me was nothing he could do about it since they have a sign that you cant read pulling in. After telling him there website said they werent responsible for cars over 10 years old he has since updated it.

H2 Turbo is hands down the best car wash in Wilmington. The wash/vacuum setup is outstanding. Customer care is unmatched! The manager Dorian, is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Nice job guys!

First visit was today after a ferry ride yesterday with several direct splashes of salt water. Car was a bit crusty. We chose the $18 option (and brought our peekaboo along for the wild ride). We had fun, the pooch loved it, and the car is sparkling! We’ll be back!!

Very good car wash with free unlimited use of vacuums they also provide a spray cleaner with clean rags to remove any residual dirt. The staff is also very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend this car wash .My cars are nice and clean now!.

I pay for the monthly membership and several times I’ve come to wash my car, pull up during hours it is open and the doors are down and the cone is blocking the drive. Not a happy customer!!!!! Looking to find another place to use.

Great place to have your car washed, they are located at 5520 Oleander Drive. The staff was very helpful. Its the best place in Wilmington for the money.

The Manger Dorian was the best. He took 20 or more minutes to clean stuck on mildew from my car, while also carrying on a friendly conversation. He seemed to know most of the customers too. What a great guy. I will be coming back and referring everyone I know. 😁

This place is never open when their hours say they are and there is always broken equipment.

Got my oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change and washed and vacuumed my car which is right next door and they share an entrance so its very convenient to do both. Highly recommend both places.

The express service is a good deal for about sevn dinero. If your car is really dirty outside, it would work great. But the vertical back of my SUV is still dirty after, I think they need to pressure wash /wand the back. The free cleaning rags and vaacuums are a great deal. To get the best value bring your own cleaners and plan on spending a half hour after the outside was machine washed detailing it yourself

Twice, with 2 different cars I’ve gone to this car wash. One a sedan, one a hatchback. Both times my car came out still dirty. And we paid for the $20 wash. Splash-N-Dash on market does a much better job.

Visited this car wash twice with two different cars. Its a newish establishment owned by a Veteran. Friendly staff. Great wash options. Accepts cash and cards. Took the dirt and pollen off of both cars. Free vacuums with car mat clips at each vacuum station. Complimentary glass cleaner and towels. A cool WELCOME light shines through the car as the car is being wash. The $10 wash did an awesome job but you dont get the spinning dryer thingys and under tow cleaner like the $20 wash does. Will return!

I went there since they opened( years). Dorian was great to me. However the last time I went my antenna broke off. It is one thing that they did not offer any compensation not even an apology or free wash. Even an apology I would have been content with. However the manager put my car down saying it was old and rusty and thats why my antenna came off, lied to me and said he was an employee first and then tells me he is the manager (no idea why) insulted me by trying to belittle my intelligence, and then if that wasnt enough says I dont have to listen to you and hung up. For the record my car is a hybrid car that just got inspected 2 days before i took it there with everything notably working. I decided I can be treated better elsewhere.

I was traveling last week and was forced to go to a different car wash and was completely unsatisfied as soon as I get home I brought my car to the H2 turbo Express and they are all the bugs off my car and I love the free vacuums theyre great and dont forget they have microfiber towels for you to use

Quick and clean, it seems that the suction on the vacuums has dropped. If it werent for the loss of suction, five stars for sure.

For the price and what you get i thought it was a pretty good car wash. They have free vacuums if you buy a wash and you can use your card to pay! Im not a car wash afficianado like some may be but i did not have a bad experience here! My car arrived dirty af and left clean as a whistle!

For some crazy reason going through this car wash and seeing all the colored soapy suds destress me. :)
