What an excellent experience! From the first phone call when I spoke to Faith, throughout the process when I dealt with Joseph, this is absolutely an outstanding customer service operation! Josephs work detailing my van was exceptional, he also provided follow-up phone calls to update me on progress, keeping me completely informed. Very impressed with the young man as well as the other individuals I encountered during my visit to Cruisers! Money happily, and very well spent. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

It had been a year and a half since our Jeep had been cleaned (go ahead and commence judgement) and today I had some free time to give our JK a bath.Cruisers Car Wash appears to be hit or miss, depending on what day and which crew is working on your vehicle...according to all of the previous reviews. I like to form my own opinion and went to Cruisers with an open mind, in my effort to support local and give them a very fair opportunity to earn my future business. All in all? Not too bad. I pulled up and was recommended the Platinum Package by the pleasant staff member. She explained most of the details surrounding what that package entailed, but did not mention price points for this package, nor any additional packages that could have been briefly explained as additional options. Im all for trusting a recommendation from someone who is employed at a reputable car wash, but I only wish she would have offered up additional packages so that I could have made an educated decision, myself, and compared it to her recommendation. Why the Platinum Package? Why not the one package level above or below?CAR WASH AND INTERIOR CLEANING: Since I paid for the Platinum Package, I had my personal, mental set of expectations after most of the package details were verbally explained. Since it has been awhile, I wasnt expecting perfection or a fine detail job, just to get that out of the way. The exterior wash was very good. The multiple staff members seemed to have an assembly line technique going and it was efficient. The fine details of mirrors, windows, trim, tires, wheels etc. were done very well. I also had some sticky, black substance that had splashed up at some point, which created some headaches, but the young lady excelled at using some elbow grease to buff most of it out (also was shown, once finished). Overall, the exterior cleaning was pleasing. As for the interior job...yes, its a Jeep. Yes, it has some minor battle scars inside. Yes, it does have some small paint spots from my blue collar job. But, I was expecting a little better job at vacuuming it out, especially when half of the original carpet has been removed already. Not to say that the vacuum job was horrible, but the staff did miss cleaning the rear hatch interior section and I had to bring it to their attention during the final inspection. The young lady apologized and promptly grabbed a Shop Vac to complete the job. After my final inspection, I concluded that the small, remaining debris in the front floorboard was fine and there was no need to have the vacuum brought back out. I tipped $10 cash (was hoping to give a $20 spot out for exceptional work) and was thanked for coming in. The entire experience from arrival to final inspection was approx. 35 mins. Not bad timing at all. If there would have been more attention to detail paid in the labor and expained why the Platinum Package was what was best for my Jeep, this could have been a 5-Star visit. Today, I score this Cruisers Car Wash 3.6 STARS!!

Paid for the Gold Wing Service after a day at the beach and there’s still sand everywhere.

I spent over 30 for a car wash and when the girl told me to look it over there was hair all in the backseat, of which Ive had my car washed at Cruisers and at other car washes (that are way less expensive) and they always get the hair up from my dog, I just happened to be on that side of town. When I told the girl that there was hair all over the place she said thats considered to be a detail job. I spent 37 and you cant get the dog hair up? And its not like they were slammed busy either. I said I will never come back here again, she just walked away from me and started working on another car. Ive never gone and had my car washed and not had all the dog hair removed. I will never go back after being treated like that and literally throwing away money. I work in an industry that requires my car be kept clean and I will drive across town to avoid them now. Im so upset. Plus they didnt wipe down the back seats and I paid for interior and exterior armor all. People dont care and this company certainly doesnt care about the quality of work or how customers feel about them. And they also didnt put air freshener in car either, cup holders disgusting. They were able to get me taken care of very quickly even though I had special requests. The staff was friendly, and did a mostly excellent job. The reason for four out of 5, they missed a single door jam on the car.

They dont clean autos or trucks as they should. You pay for good service but you only get basic wash. Bugs on windshield, bugs on bumpers on grills. They do sloppy job on windows the Armor All could use better attention to detail. I pay top prices for a car wash. After you guys finish my truck or car it looks like I have just got the $9.95 special. I expect my monies work..most agree..

Typically a great job. It just depends on who is washing that day. They ask you to look over it, but some people are hesitant to say you missed a spot.

Went today to get my Porsche washed. When I checked it still had bugs on the front fender and hood. I didn’t think to check the trunk till I got home. THEY DID NOT EVEN VACUUM THE TRUNK!! Will never return!! Spent $36 for a sorry wash job and no vacuum!!!!

Just left this place after getting the Gold Wing Service and I was so disappointed. There is sand everywhere and crumb all over the center console. The car wasn’t trashed or anything I just went to the beach yesterday and wanted to get rid of the sand. I won’t be going back to this location.

Not pleased. I had to point out several places that were missed. Was not dried completely. Had water spots when I got home. Workers were to busy talking to each other to complete the job correctly. Not happy about spending almost $ 25.00 plus a $5.00 tip. Dissatisfied with service .

So, so job on exterior. Lower parts of car missed. When pointed out, used window cleaner on rag to wipe off. Interior windows were more smeared and missed. Cannot clean windows with a simple wipe like dusting. Applying whatever to Interior leather dash and doors was hit and miss.

It was to be a wildly busy day for us, with zero time for do-overs, but JS was not customer focused that morning and incorrectly charged causing the first of many delays that morning (other hiccups JS discourteously refused to remedy). Five or so hours later when we arrived for pick up, I was shocked to discover that very little had been done with regard to the cleaning of the car.___________ I have included some photos, and a video I took shows even more (filthy, grimy wheels/ hub caps, carpet needing a good vacuuming; trunk cleared but needing vacuuming.). JS acknowledged the substandard handling of our car cleaning, but offered no conciliatory gesture at all and no offered no apologies. Im not really sure if you can call that a Car Wash. I got wet floor mats and shiny tires out of it. So much was missed inside (Windows/Dirt all over the seats/ no interior dressing but the dash, etc.) that it wasnt worth the time having it all fixed since it wasnt even done. Nice staff. Thats about it.

My wife and my favorite car wash and only car wash we will use. They always do an exceptional job and if they miss a spot they will happily correct the issue. Never had rude service there in years and never had a bad wash.

Best detail I’ve ever had. My car is 11 years old and it’s been a long time since I’ve had the inside cleaned. It looks almost brand new! It is amazing! This is the second time i had my vehicle cleaned by cruisers. I had a gift card and THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I WENT BACK FOR THE 2ND TIME!Both times my floor mats still had dirt in them, obvious dirt and sand. Both times my front license plate was bent afterwards.From what i see its just a bunch of high school or college kids just trying to make some money and not really worried about quality and do not take pride in their work. I went to the one by best buy and the one by the mall. They both did a terrible job.

Just had to give another review to this amazing company. I stopped by yesterday as I was very upset that unbeknownst to me someone had scratched my car multiple times. I showed the manager the damage and asked if they could fit me in. She replied yes of course, gave me a great price and when I picked it up not only were the scratches mostly gone the car was washed and immaculate inside. Love this place.Awesome - Awesome - Awesome, it has been 3 days since it was done and it still smells like a brand new car! Eric was perfect, he did everything he promised and then some! Dropped my truck off today. Honestly it’s been years since I had it detailed... or washed for that matter. They received my truck quickly and the team was very courteous. They looked over the truck and recommended things they could do to fix the problem areas.When I returned I couldn’t believe how amazing clean the truck looked. The fog in the headlights was gone, the sap on the hood gone, everything wiped spotless clean.On the inside, every surface was wiped clean of dirt and dust. I’ve been driving three boys around in my truck for 10 years to baseball, football, and school every day so you can imagine the junk and food everywhere. All of it gone and it even smells like a new truck.I was so excited I called my wife to have her meet me in the driveway when I got home to take a look.These guys know what they’re doing. If you are due your weekly rinse off or your vehicle is in serious need of a deep clean (but you think it’s too dirty at this point why bother) then you need to take it to Cruisers and let them do their magic!Very satisfied customer!!!I’ll be back with my wife’s car soon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY-TIME! It’s run by a bunch of lazy teenagers. I had disgusting customer service and they did such a horrible cleaning my car I had to re-clean when I got home. Plus none of them wore a mask or had any regard to the social distancing rule. A complete waste of money and time.

DON’T WASTE YOUR LIFE HERE. The car wash is way understaffed. I was 5th in line and it took 45min to complete the wash and dry as I left before the car was finished. I watched one employee waste 10 min vacuuming a Fiat 500 and then brush the entire outside of the car with a boat brush. Why have a machine wash at all!!! He had to vacuum both sides and clean the wheels as he was the only one working.

Took my car there today 2020 ZL1 Camaro. My passenger side front tire got damaged. A $65,000.00 car. They claim it didnt happen with them, but know for a fact it did. I always check my rims before I go to these car washes. Im not going to settle for this someone is going to fix my rim!!!

Worst car wash. young girls pitch $32 wasH THEN the 24 and reluctantly tells you there is a basic for 14 . took my car out of turn, brushes scratched my fender. deep scratches to primer. they got something greasy on my windows that i cant remove with windex. car is 1 year old with 5000 mi. just movedhere but where i came from you can get a hand car wash for 11 dollars. here a basic was over 14. and it was bad.

Overall this is not a bad place to have your car washed. They were very busy the day that I went and it made it difficult for the person doing the final wipe down to pay a lot of attention to my vehicle. This is the main reason I only gave them four stars. However I get my car washed there for free because of the corporate account, if I were paying I would go to Splash and Dash on Market Street.

We had a pleasant experience. The guy that detailed the car didnt do a great job he left dog hair all over the car. I understand its not easy to get up and I didnt purchase the pet hair package. However, some hair should still be removed with just a regular vacuuming. We called and were told to come back. The manager came out and looked at the car. He then vacuumed it himself and we were totally satisfied.

They damaged my mothers car she hasnt even had it 2 weeks. Felix the manger was trying to say it was already there. Real shady business in my opinion. All she wanted to do was contact the owner. She was told the owner would call her that night. 5 days later still no phone call. Im sorry if you break something man up an fix it. Obviously the owner doesnt know how to control his business an run his people.

I keep coming back here because they are the best Ive been to in town. They usually miss cleaning a few spots, so check it out with them and let them know if anything needs a little more attention. They are always happy to get those spots once I point them out.

I had my headlights restored here and they look amazing. The lady on the phone when I called was very helpful and answered all my questions about the restoration! I highly reccommend!!

This was an awful experience. I dont plan on ever going back! I was getting my suburban ready for my husband to take on a trip. Ive never been to a car wash like this so, I opted for their biggest package. First, the car wash knocked off an antenna on my suburban. When they had finished, the outside of the vehicle did look nice and shiny but, I opened the back up and they hadnt even vacuumed out the rear of the vehicle. I asked them to vacuum out the back again and they sent over the lady in charge. I showed her the broken antenna, which they looked for and also showed her how they hadnt vacuumed the back out. While they vacuumed out the back again, all she did was take down my name and number and said her manager would call me back. I asked for the managers number to follow up but, she refused to give it to me saying he would definitely call that night or the next day. Guess what? He never called! I cant say Im surprised but, I was hoping for better service than this!!

Was not a fan of this place. I paid for the basic car wash/cleaning which included vacuuming the inside. Get my car back and they didnt even run a vacuum in it. My truck was still completely covered in dog hair, when I complained they told me that vacuuming didnt cover dog hair. I didnt expect them to get all the dog hair out because that would be absurd, but they didnt even run a vacuum over the car seats. How do I know this? Because I had broken a pair of sunglasses earlier that day and found the tiny little screw sitting on the passenger seat when I was inspecting my car. How can you have a sign that says vacuuming, and you dont even run the vacuum in the car. And if vacuuming doesnt include dog hair, you should probably state that. What a waste of $15.50...going to go vacuum my truck now.

The trunk was not vacumned along with the foot wells and car seats. Bugs were still in place on hood. Cup holders were not vacumned or wiped down. They grudgingly revisited the issues in a slap dash manner. I took one of their cloths and finished the job. If you are looking for a good job, you should avoid this place.

Expensive, usually worth it, but it can be hit or miss. I regularly drive off and realize something small they have missed, usually the air freshener. The base packages are typically the best route, I find the more expensive the package you pay for the less return you get... YMMV. I would certainly recommend, 98% of the job is excellent even when little things are missed.

This use to be a great place to get a car wash when it started in Wilmington years ago but over the years service has gotten less thorough and the cost as continued to rise. I would rather wash my car by hand than take it here to throw away my money any longer on a half done car wash. The last time I took it here and asked for a full wax it took me months to get all the wax of the black molding.

Today was my first and probably last time going to Cruisers. Everything was great up until the part when I go to pick my car up. Almost every person I encountered was nice and super helpful. When I came to pick my car up, I finally found the girl who pretty much wiped my interior with a rag. I asked her if my car was ready to go and she said yes and said she would go grab my keys. When she came back, the first thing she asks is Did you leave the tip on the seat? and then Well you shouldve left a tip on the ticket when you signed if you paid with a card. and last but not least You can go get the ticket from the booth and leave a tip if you want.When I told whoever this was that I would be glad to go grab her some cash she stormed off shaking her head and saying No, its fine. I had no problem whatsoever going to get her a tip at first but at the time I had no cash on me and I wasnt going to go search for a receipt to leave her one after she was blatantly rude to me.

Never had a problem at this car wash. Nice to grab an ice cream next door while they detail the car!

They do a way better job than buff masters, dont charge an extra fee for trucks and actually wash the whole thing. Greg the manager is doing a great job keeping things going

MUST READ..The WORST BUSINESS, practice, ethics & CAR WASH! how they were rated #1 in Wilmington Shocks me!! Took my brand new 1 week old vehicle there to get washed the evening of March 19th. Next morning, I see on the door jams paint is chipped and scratches on both sides in the same areas, Rims scratched in the same areas around the full diameter of the rim, scratches on the exterior door panels both sides. I specifically asked will the rail damage my rims its resting on them. I was told not at all! Immediately next morning call & ask for the owner. I was told Clayton is the owner & they do not have a number to give me. Ask for a manager, Felix is the head manager of all the Cuisers & she will call him if I can come there so he can see the damages. Yes Ill be right there ! Show Felix all the damages. Told him how when my car entered the track I asked the kid will that not damage my rims the rail is resting on my rims. No not at all the kid said. While they vacummed, the hoses banging on my door jams. Then after the wash, the detailer gets microfiber clothes and puts them on the pavement. Told Felix I am so upset, this is a brand new vehicle just bought a week ago. Look at all this damage! Let me help you Felix said, we want to help our customers. He proceeds to apply ISI chemical, I said what is this? its compound he said. I said Felix we both know compound is only a filler. Sure enough didnt remove deep scratches no less anything for the chipped paint or damages on my rims! I demanded the owners number this is not exceptable at all. Felix said give me your number & he will call you. Waited 6 hrs later, no call. I call back same day and the next day, Felix said he will call you. 5 days later no call from the owner Clayton! Felix then didnt take ownership, nothing but excuses at all for the damages to my vehicle. How they have STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT & wouldnt cause these damages! The guard rail only rests on the tires. I said no Felix not on a low profile tire. Then I asked him to measure the rail and the damages on the rim, it is clearly the same height and full diamter around the rims are damaged ! I have no tools this didnt do it, we Never had a vehicle damaged here ever he said. Seriously.. not what I read on Google reviews from previous customers who were just as furious as I am! Felix then says, how do I know you didnt do this on my way home! Wow seriously, you did not just accuse me of lieing! He then was more concerned with firing the detailer how they arent trained this way & will not have them damaging customers vehicles. I said how about this customer and the damages here today and as I show you all the damages, verses being concerned about future damaged vehicles! I demanded the owners full name & number, he refused to give it to me. Give me your number & he will call you. I am no longer waiting for Clayton Gisell the owner of Cruisers Car Washes in Wilmington to contact me. You will be hearing from me pertaining to these damages from your business. Take ownership for your business and incompetent employees verses ignoring customers who have legitimate complaints and damages to their vehicles due to the so called as Felix said, State of the Art Equipment & your properly trained staff!

Usually really good wash. Had an issue with the wifes car having a residue left on it. They rewashed the car and it was still there. Manager said they would let the GM know. After a week and they never called. Left another message and still no call back 2 weeks later. So Id say as long as there are no issues its great but if you have an issue that the local manager cant take care of youll more than likely be out of luck.

This is the second time it has happened I can point out obvious residue after a car wash and this time I asked for a rag and cleaned the dash board myself.Guess Ill say goodbye and try the car wash next to hooters for a change.

They scratched my window tint and sprayed something on the windows that totally destroyed the top layer of the tinting. Tried to tell the manager and got a run around. The WORST WASH JOB EVER and they sprayed tire shine all over the sides of the truck and left it there so you can imagine how much grime stuck to that on the way home. Im going Saturday to have new tinting installed at my cost. Terrible service. No professionalism. If you love your vehicle dont trust the immature children they have detailing under the title professionals. Whats really messed up is they didnt even offer a refund for the non-service they provided. I would give zero stars if that were an option on here, they dont deserve one star.

Went for a simple wash and vaccum! The lady did not even wipe off the dash. Then i look at the floor after and there is still dog hair everywhere! She proceeds to tell me that its 10$ an hour to remove dog hair! I wiped it with my hand and it came up! I also paid 2$ extra for a trunk vacuum which was not done either! So, I took it back to the front and they revaccuumed it. I was still dissatisfied. I get to where Im going and I really see the horrible job! Dirt is still all on my trunk that I wiped away with my hand.... This is the third time Ive been dissatisfied with my services here! Never again will come back here! Third strike and youre out!

I dont recommend this carwash to ANYONE. I take care of my vehicles and when I first started coming here, everything was decent for a $35 carwash/wax but the employees now are rude and ridiculous, especially the females. I pay a lot of money to have it detailed and they dont do that good of a job. At Buff Masters you pay a little more but they get the job done.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I took my car to be detailed and specifically asked if my car would fit inside the rails. I was told yes no problem and the employee proceeded to drive my car into the wash. Shortly after entering the car got stuck which caused damage to my car. After getting the car removed and the management at this location acknowledging damage of my car saying they would fix it. The owner Clayton Gsell was to contact me regarding the repairs; which he never did. After making numerous call to him, leaving messages with no return call I blocked my number and he answered. He assured me I would be called back once he inquired with this location....to this day I have not received that call. My attorney contacted Clayton Gsell and he replied back with a letter of nothing but lies. I have pictures of the damage and the employee driving my car into the wash. Clayton Gsell is a shrewd business man that could care less of anyones car. He is being taken to court for having my car repaired. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS! I RECOMMEND BUFFMASTERS FOR YOUR CAR!

I visited them to clean and wax my car after checking their prices online and also I got a gift cards from Costco saying its for waxing and cleaning. When I came, I found that they have different prices which I considered it as false marketing, I talked to the manager and unfortunately, they have zero customer service.
