I very frustrated by the my car wash. My car now stinks it smells of mildew I’m guessing from rags that were used my car is also still dirty inside and out. They honestly have to do better. I will never go back. Would not recommend.

I just left the naamans rd location. This was my first visit to this business and it will be my last. What the made up for in speed, they lacked in quality. I paid for $24.99 ultimate car wash that included interior vacuuming etc. my car doesn’t look like a vacuum was even attempted. I have dog hair in my car and I did not expect that all to be vacuumed up, but I had some sand and a couple of leaves that were left in my car. Not worth the money at all for the quality of work. I’ve attached photos that were taken as soon as I got home.

The manager is unprofessional and rude. We I attempted to advise him that the aervixeni paid for were not complete he suggested that the services I paid for only covered limit options. I advised him that I would not be back and he said to get off his property. In case your are wondering its the location on Naamans Rd. Eventually one of the attendants were told to finish the services, but he told her to hurry and not to do anything so I could get off his property.

Dont pay high dollar at a detailer, take your car to magic for their express detail for a great value

It is fast. Attention to detail I would give a 3 out of 5. Kind of high for what you get. Last time I was there I got their most expensive package. I think it was $24.95. At the end, I had to keep instructing the workers what to do. The windows werent done that great. A bunch of leaves were left all around my winsheild wipers and around my back window. Bird poop was left on the car and windows. Oh well.

I had no problem with their service. I’ve used them several times. My big complaint is the rather large pothole right where they open the door for you to get out. I twisted my ankle when I landed on the wrong part of the pothole. I did complain to the cashier and she was aware of the problem. They either need to fix it or tell customers to watch their step when exiting the vehicle.

If I could give zero stars I would! This was the worst car wash! I payed for the highest package they offered and they barely vacuumed my car it looks the same! They left stains on the dash board. The car wash didn’t even clean the dirt off my car I had to make a complaint to ask them to get the excess dirt off. There is still bird poop on my front windshield! Save your money do not come here. I will from now on wash my own car!

Bought the deluxe package, they barely did any vacuuming inside, didn’t touch the seats, terrible job on windows. Did not touch inside cupholders. I hate leaving bad reviews but I dropped $40 for a terrible job.

I spent almost $ 50 in this place and my car wasn’t clean at all. Not going back there anymore.

I paid $25 to still have popcorn under my seat and under the seats in the 2nd and the 3rd row went untouched, my steering wheel wasnt wiped down, dashboard still dirty and my console was filled with dirt as well as the doors. The actual car wash also left dirt all on the rear of the vehicle. Their service was more thorough when I used to come frequently about 3-4 years back when I was ride sharing. They just seemed to be rushing and not paying attention to detail. Im VERY disappointed but lesson learned...keeping my membership at Victory and doing my own vacuuming and internal cleaning.

Last two times I went they didn’t do carpet vacuuming. Barely looks like it’s been cleaned. I wanted to give it a second shot before reviewing but definitely won’t be back.

This is the ONLY place I go to get my car cleaned (this location)!! I always get “the works” for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It’s $40 for an suv and ($35 I believe for a car). They literally wash everything inside and outside. It’s like getting your car detailed for an amazing price!!I came in today with a request my car to be done it 30 minutes bc I have an appointment and it was done in 15 with no issues! They had 3 people working on it the entire time!If they are busy, it could take 45-50 minutes, but it is worth it! You can stay inside and get some work done or you can go to locations nearby (target) and your car will be ready when you are done!Staff is friendly and remembers you!Highly recommend for anyone and everyone!

They scratched all over my car and interior wasn’t clean too

I cannot rant and rave about this place enough. They are always quick and efficient, while also going above and beyond when they have the chance. Two different times I came here for a basic car wash. One time I had black marks on my drivers side that I had no idea where they. And from. I asked an opinion on how I could get rid of them, and without hesitation a worker came over looked at it, went into the garage for something and came out and removed it for me .. no questions asked and no extra Payment requested .. the second time I saw what looked like a crack on my bumper .. I asked someone what I could do about it .. he told me it was tar and again it was removed. This may seem like small expected gestures but I had expected to pay extra money both times. I was so impressed and happy. Highly recommended to everyone !

Not only did they offer me a military discount, but each individual there went out of their way to thank me for my service. The value for the detail and squeaky clean service I received is nothing like any other car wash I have seen in the area. I will certainly be back and highly recommend this place!

So great. They completely removed this paint from my car from me hitting a mailbox. I didn’t even ask for help with that. Tried to give money for it but wouldn’t accept it. So great! That doesn’t happen this day in age!

I got a #2 car wash and left a $5 tip. I like to get the more expensive car wash for my Dodge Grand caravan when it is especially dirty. When I rolled up, I specifically asked to make sure they get the roof. Turns out they missed the entire roof, half the hood and a bit of the rear. How do I know? There is a ton of dirt still there, not just a little. Additionally, I did try to work with them and called. They explained a manager would call me. No call. I haven given 2 stars only because it was not malicious and I dont think they had regular staff.. Besides the obvious misses, the car was washed well. The sides of the car look great :)

Consistency is king! I drive 40 miles regularly for a car wash because i know it will be done right-always. There is a waiting area inside and outside so it is acce all year long.Additionally there is a nice range of offerings so whether my car needs some deep cleaning love or a light wash to look presentable... this place is the best!

Turned me away bc they were closing an hour early due to it being slow...edited- the manager reached out and apologized about the situation and explained more in detail what was going on. I appreciated his kindness because I felt a little weird about how I was treated originally. I will continue to go back because they do a great job but be aware of timing some days are busier

This one is not near good as one on kirkwood they rush and job doesnt get done right Ive been couple times thinks its just a bad day no everytime its bad work but the people work are nice just need step up the work on the cars

Terrible absolutely terrible!! Do not go here!!! I got the no. 5 and asked if they could clean dried milk on the cup holder and vacuum the interior. When I go it back it look exactly the same except the outside had been washed. Save yourself $30 and buy the products to clean your car!!!

I went to this carwash because of the reviews, I have 3 kids (3 under 3) and I needed a deep clean. The gentleman at the front recommended the works to help deep clean it and it included the 3rd seater as well. The only set back is its 30mins but it Is totally worth it, just bring something to occupy your time. As the associate was finished, I saw there was a ring on my cup holder. As it turns out it was my mothers engagement ring totaling to a few thousand dollars. I was so surprised that 1) it was found, 2) the gentlemen returned it. You do not see that nowadays. I reached out to the manager Dan and explained how pleased and thankful I was that he runs a business that gives good quality care and employees honest people. I am forever thankful and will continue to return. Thanks Again Dan to you and your employees.

My white car got written on with a sharpie. The manager Dan was so kind and spent extra time, free of charge, to get the marker completely off! We tried to pay him extra as a tip and he wouldnt accept. We tried insisting and he said we could put it in the community tips for his employees. Great service, clean car and overall great experience!

This is the first family friendly car wash I’ve ever been too.... I recommend this place to everyone. Their prices are responsible and that have a little bit of everything in their store. We started to use magic wash about a year ago after the quality of other local washes started to deteriorate. I waited a year to write a review because I wanted to see how they handle all the seasons and many washes. They do an amazing job for the money. The place is clean everyone is nice and work together.

Magic has been my go to car wash spot for the last couple of years. They have great prices, great service, and my kids LOVE going through their gift shop and play area. It is brilliant! By the time we get through and pay, our car is ready. A couple pro tips. Every wash comes with a scented air freshener wafer they have at the front counter. Lots of scents to choose from. Download the app and get a free wash after 9 car washes and they always have lots of good discounts available there too. Car mats can be cleaned for $1 ea. If you have kids/pets, I highly recommend this service occasionally. The look brand new!!I always get the #4, but I want to schedule a more in depth detail because mine is good, but I imagine if they had more time, it would be AWESOME!!

I have never been disappointed by this business. For a very reasonable price, I get a great wash. I also get theirworks service, which is the best overall cleaning anywhere for only $34.95. Everything sparkles and smells great. Once when I had a question about the quality of the work, they said comeback and they would make it right and they did more than that! The Manager Dan is very responsive and accommodating and the rest of the staff are cordial and pleasant. Really love this business!!

Everytime I pass by this shop I see that this shop always has a long line. But today when I passed by this shop there was not much of a line so I decided to pull my car in and get something done in my car. I pulled in and asked them what I should get done. They told me to get their full car cleaning for $35 I said okay and they went to work. They did an amazing job! They cleaned the car and made it look like it was new. They made the car truly shine. And after it was done the workers asked me if I needed anything else cleaned. He told me if I wasnt satisfied theyd work on the car for 15 more minutes. So overall, this is the best spot to get your car cleaned hands down! Best car cleaning experience ever!

Very reasonable, we were in and out in about an hour and purchased the Mini Detail. Best bang for your buck, car looks great and hasnt shined like this since we drove it off the lot.

Just be aware it costs $40 to clean an SUVI paid for the ultimate protection $24.95 they basically just ran it through the wash told me that my car was ready. I told them that it was not what I paid for, according to the description for the price I paid, I was expecting some cleaning from the inside. The person in charge goes that I will have to pay for the works and that was like an additional $15 I ended up paying the additional $15 so I would get my car vacuumed.So basically, I paid for the extra ultimate wash after they had it out of the car wash,they did additional work that was not necessary the inside was already clean.Ill give them a try again in few years maybe their policy would have changed.

I got an interior detail here at the Naamans location and I am amazed at how perfectly clean they got my car! It looks practically like it did two years ago when I got it brand new. I have three dogs so did not think there was ever hope of truly getting all the dog hair out. I highly recommend them!

You have to pay for the works if you want them, if not, then theyre just going to wipe down your car so you can drive away quick. Im sitting here watching while they shampoo my rugs and they are fast at getting the cars dry. They are furiously scrubbing my car and it looks great and smells great!

The crew that gives a towel dry at the end seemed happy, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, I cant say the same about the guys working the cash register and gift shop.

I went there today to get my car washed and detailed on the inside, I just wanna say they did an awesome job! ! My car had a lot of dog hair in it. I think they couldnt get it out, but they did didnt see one speck of dog hair. Car look and smell brand new. I was afraid to get in and look that good. Ive been to Magic Car Wash at least a dozen times since moving to the area. Everyone has been very professional and polite. They continue to do a terrific job each time Im here. I tend to do the Complete wash in and out. I appreciate the continued job well done.

Customer serviceIve been coming here for years and we all have our best days and some not so great. My last trip could have been a bad day but Dan customer service saved me. I drove through with my truck and left without a antenna on my truck . I thought for sure I would be told tough luck but instead Dan told me to call a auto repair place and they would cover it being replaced . Within 24 hours they order the part and I had my clean truck and all fixed . It goes to show customer service can be helpfu

Visited the car wash today. Being that we just had major salting on the roads it was very busy. Upon walking up to my finished car I noticed that the car was not vacuumed and I had paid for it to be. Kristen was so kind and not only vacuumed my car completely, but did so with a smile. Her positive nature and professionalism saved what could be a negative situation and turned it into a positive one. Kristen is an amazing employee and I hope she is recognized for her contribution towards keeping customers satisfied. THANK YOU Kristen!!!!

Ive only gone there once... They did a good job. Staff was polite and friendly. I will take my car back again.

The facility and staff were nice. However, I paid for the works and only received a car wash...meaning they only ran my car through the machine and dried it. I asked about cleaning the inside and was told they didnt do that type of cleaning. Detailing means going over every inch of the car inside and out... At least thats what it used to mean.

They did a passable job. Vacuum is not done well, i bought the extra clean but didn’t see the difference with the basic wash. Not worth the money. They just do a quick and dirty job (no punt untended)

Today is Veterans Day 2019, and as they have done for many years the folks at Magic Car Wash have taken a day of profits away so that they could honor veterans with a free car wash, at Both their locations. Now understand this, there is no gimmick to this. You don’t have to buy one to get one, you don’t have to do anything but show your military or veteran ID and they give you a $25.00 car wash. And They seem genuinely happy to do it. I use the one on Naamans Rd, but have also used the one on Kirkwood Highway. Each location does just a fantastic job. I can not thank the people at Magic Carwash enough. I can assure you that its worth any difference in distance from your normal carwash to come her, you wont be disappointed.
