I tried the White Glove on Philadelphia Pike as a T-moblie Tuesday perk. Im glad it was free, because I would be upset if I paid for the half-hearted job that I received. I selected the ultimate wash (normally worth $40) which included the dash and console wiped down. This area was untouched. Im interested to try the one in Newark to compare, but I will never take my car to this unprofessional place again.

I went there this morning, was accused of having a screenshot of a monthly membership then they realized I didn’t. I was livid. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. It was like they automatically assumed because I was white that I had a screenshot. I wished I would’ve video taped the experience because it was disgraceful. I will never go back there, I cancelled my membership and I told everyone I know what happened. They lost someone who would come back faithfully. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. After how I was treated I wanted to leave so bad but I felt trapped there with my son until my car was finished. If I was a black chick or a man, I wouldn’t have been treated that way. I hope to god they don’t treat the right person the same way they did me because I’ll tell you what I wouldn’t have been so nice if I didn’t have my son with me. I’m also contacting T-Mobile about this because this was one of their T-Mobile Tuesday things and they need to know how their loyal customers are being treated. It’s appalling. I’m also leaving reviews about this place everywhere else I can . This happened at close to 11am this morning and I’ll tell you what it could’ve ruined someone’s whole day.

I recommend getting there at 8:30 am when they open. Otherwise the line is long and slow moving. The subscription is a great deal.

I have the monthly plan for cleanings, the platinum plan. Every time I go to this location they never do what is listed in the services. I always have to point out something so noticeable that wasn’t done. Went this morning and they didn’t vacuum or clean the windows again.

The staff was rude and aggressive. Would have left but couldnt pull out of line. Then staff did not clean my car efficiently or thoroughly. No going to this or any other White Glove.

Prices went up but service is still poor. I always have to have one of them to do inside windows and inside cleaning over again

Poor wait time. The employees were all over the place. It didnt seem like the employees were not there to work.

I was not satisfied with the car wash the room still had dirt on the rims the windshield had I dont know what on it as well as the passenger side window and side door okay so I was not satisfied at all thank you very much it seems that my watches have gotten worse since I took that wash plan for the car that monthly wash plan and gave them really a right to deduct automatically so if this happens again I will stop that I will cancel it because I do not feel that Im being treated as well as I was before and I informed the person that was there at the car wash to let them know that I was far from satisfied with the results thank you very much have a good one because Im not Commander Jim Douglas United States Air Force

Dont know if this goes for all of the carwash techs but the guy that did my car doesnt take any pride in what he does. I paid for interior/exterior $25 Ultimate and they did not clean the inside of my SUV at all!

Paid for the elite clean he did a pretty good job. Came back for the full detail package definitely saw the difference very pleased with the way my vehicle looks happy enough to go back.

I normally don’t use this white glove, but car was so dirty I had to give it another chance to get better with their services. Nope and again white glove has proven me correct. They are horrible, windows a disaster and these ppl steal. Stiles over $225 out of ma car, I’m on fire. NEVER AGAIN. They are very crafty in stealing. Smmfh

Staff was great they did a really good job

Hint: be sure to walk around car to check cloth drying on all sides. Especially front grill. I didnt t do it and saw water droplets unwirped off on passenger side and grill.

The one guy was on his phone, and he did a rush job on my tires. My mirrors not completely done, inside windows not done at all. Wont be returning.

Been coming here for years. Car wash itself is superb. No remaining soap and cleans well. Only gripe is that I wish it could dry better, but is much better than the competition. Thank you!!

I have become increasingly more dissatisfied at this location. For $27 you can get a better wash other places and the car is actually clean. Don’t bother with any upgrades here for a basic wash - the tire shine won’t last but a few miles. The location itself really needs an overhaul in comparison to its competitors.

I knew better from previous experiences but the convenience of it being close to home got the best of me! I absolutely cant stand this place!!! The service is terrible and that staff acts like theyre doing you a favor. They barely dry your vehicle and are notorious for leaving streaks. Last time going...EVER

Expensive. Not very good job. Intimidating staff (joke around a lot too). No way to tip that isnt cash. No Apple Pay. A bit of an unprofessional vibe. Had to nervously ask for them to do the inside at all; which on the website says its included. More than one star only because one staff member took care of me and was nice toward the end. Sam was great. He did the dash. But never got a vacuum or anything else.

I went there and got my car washed and the guy the vacuumed it did a horrible job he just rushed through it and didn’t even wipe the interior of my car and I paid for the full Job.

I like the way they clean your car, they make sure to dry the outside and clean the inside. What I dont like is the fact they try to pressure you into getting your car waxed and another thing you have to watch them very carefully they go through your car (you know what I mean).

Very clean, efficient operation. Full service interior and exterior wash options. Building has a clean, well-kept waiting area with free coffee and clean bathrooms.

I went to get my car washed and asked for the exterior wash at $7.95...I gave the attendant a $20 bill and he gave me change totaling $12.00..I asked him why do they advertise $7.95 and only give the change for the even dollar amount. He then yanked open a drawer to give me the nickel and I said to him I dont want the nickel and he said You must want it because you asked for it. (very nastily, I might add)... I told him I was just curious as to why they did not give the change according to the advertised price and why not charge $8.00 if they are not going to give change...his response was I do not know...I rarely have nickels here and I had to go to the bank myself this morning.....did not like his attitude nor the fact that you advertise one thing and give change for something else....how much money have you gained off of every nickel that you dont give back as the proper change...

Not the service youd expect for the price they charge. You go in for full detail and the car is still dirty inside. And make sure you check all the way around your car because they put less effort into the passenger side!

Get the Elite inside and out...then wait to tip the finish man vs putting in tip jar. Throw the finish guy $10 to $20 and you get a pretty detailed cleaning.

Hit and miss on quality of work.

This is the worst place the first time I go I take beautiful baby to get cleaned. Im in the waiting area the guy come in do u have your keyless entry code. Im like no why ? He was like oh we locked your keys in the car need I remind you that the carwash is automatic and my car is in neutral. So that meant when the car came out the wash they had to literally all jump in front of it because the carwash is on a hill . So then they trying to force it back up the hill so then they put brick smdh . Meanwhile I had to call my husband miles away in Jersey at work damn near in NY to come all the way back home to Delaware to bring me the spare key . Luckily for them I had one if not I wouldve raised hell . So I talked to the owner he apologized and said he was going to give me a couple carwash coupons in the mail he never did. So he has horrible customer service as well🤷‍♀️😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Needless to say I always try to give people a second chance. Law and behold they failed me again they service my car I get home my husband says bae where is your car mats Im thinking he playing I look and for sure they are damn gone because they never put them back in .

Payed almost 50 bucks for the Elite wash with wax coat. They left wax on the car, didnt wash my window and didnt vacuum my back seats of my cars.

Employees look hungry begging for tips before doing what they supposed to do from my understanding you work first then get tipped not before work and ask for tip poor service will not recommend or go there and management should be aware of that and Im pretty sure they are

I have been going here for years and I stopped and got my car cleaned today and they took my quarters out of my car. I turned around to tell the manager and all I was told is he will check the camera. He didnt ask color of my car or did he take my name or telephone number.
