We had Transparent Contracting come out to give us an estimate on finishing our basement. They were reasonably priced, but more importantly they were punctual, open about the timeline, and easy to work with. The job was framing, drywall, flooring and trim, and the work was flawless in all phases. At one point we had a change of heart with the flooring that we contacted the owner about. The next morning they came out, explained all of our options, and accommodated our requests. I cannot recommend Transparent Contracting enough for any of your home projects, I do not have a single complaint.

Cris remodeled our bathroom due to a plumbing emergency. Most people have time to plan their remodel, this wasn’t the case with us. Chris was able to calmly guide us through the process and fit us into his busy schedule. Cris was at our house the very next day to evaluate and create a plan. Cris was extremely helpful and explained to us each step of the remodeling process.Cris gave us options and advice about widening the shower and the pros of cons of different construction materials.Chris was always a phone call away when we had a question or concern. Cris was a pleasure to work with. Cris didn’t try to sell us services or work we didn’t need and was very fair with his estimates and bill. I can’t reiterate enough how helpful and how impressed I am with the quality of his work and his work ethic!
