I asked to get out of my contract. I was originally told that I would have to surrender my 50% down payment. Then they told me they were going to keep $1000. I spoke to one of the owners and he explained his expenses and how they came up with the thousand dollar figure. He was very professional and courteous. I was not very happy that I had to pay anything but I understand he did have expenses. I appreciate the courtesy he extended me and in the future I would have them remodel my bathroom. I was not charged $1000 in the end.

We used Rebath for our bathroom remodel and they did a beautiful job. It was quick and without any issues from start to finish. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other estimates we received from one of their local competitors and we did not receive the same type of sales pitch gimmick that we received from their competitor. I would recommend Rebath for any one who is looking to upgrade their old fiberglass bath tub into a new beautiful Walk in Shower.

Our household consist of 2 adults (1 former male marine who also served in Vietnam and myself, his wife). We are senior citizens. My husband has several side effects from his military service. Upon deciding that we needed to remodel the bathroom to improve his ability to shower himself we reached out to the Veterans Administration for available benefits to do a tub-to-walk in-shower conversion to assist with the expense. I met with three independent contractors for an estimate & met with Re-Bath of Wilmington last. They were the only contractor that was experienced with the VA process & requirements which made things flow easier. They also met a price that one of the other contractors estimate (a savings of about $500.00). The salesman had actual experience of the installation process. The salesman, Mr Starkey, was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. After our first meeting I visited the Wilmington showroom & was able to see the actual stuff we had discussed for our design. There were many other beautiful designs available to view but did not chang my mind on our chosen design. The product is high quality. The installation was flawlessly executed. At first I elected to not do shower doors but to use a curtain & liner; they included a molding strip to help ensure we would not have a water issues with the floor. Upon completion of the installation my husband & I discussed the shower curtain; we then turned right around & ordered some beautiful sliding doors. The VA only would pay/reimburse up to $6,800 and we paid the remainder. We added some other new items on our own & probably have a total of about $9,500 invested in a totally brand new bathroom fit for a king. I have no regrets about this endeavor or Re-Bath of Wilmington. I wish I could say the same for the VA. The office manager, Jennifer, was an absolute God-send it getting all the paperwork prepared for submission to the VA. We are greatful & deliriously happy with Re-Bath of Wilmington & our new bathroom. I highly recommend this company to all who are considering a bath remodel. I did not even know/realize that they offer many other services. You should check them out! Many thanks to Re-Bath of Wilmington! C.Ingram-Hanson of Hampstead NC

Less than a year ago, my brother ordered a bathtub for my parents due our mother having a major stroke. Approximately a month prior to delivery of the tub, our mother progressively worsened (kidney failure, another stroke, septic shock, etc.) and our parents had to move in with a family member. Our mother passed away within two weeks of moving and our father had to move into a nursing home due to his health and inability to care for himself. My brother explained the situation to the ReBath center that the house was being sold due to our parents not being able to live there. ReBath said told him that the contract states no refunds. But, according to ReBath, they would refund half of his money. And he was lucky to get that. Now, under normal circumstances, the contract makes sense. (Many people change their mind or just cannot afford it) However, this situation is different and discernment on ReBaths part would have demonstrated a sense of humanitarian effort. This elderly couple had to move. I question whether ReBath resold the bath and double dipped. I also question this moral judgment to situations that are classified as a normal circumstance. All we are asking for is the remaining $1750 refund to help our father pay for his expenses. For a tub that was never delivered or installed. This was all cancelled before the tub had even been delivered to the store. If a store is going to use the contract as a method of not using proper judgment due to extenuating circumstances........I would error on the side of caution and ask questions before purchasing!

We were quoted a price of over $30,000 in 2018 to do a partial remodeling of our master bathroom, The quoted was to redo our walk in shower with Rebaths NS Natural Stone wall panels, a frameless door, grab bars, new shower fixtures and install Armstrong Luxury Vinyl Floor Tile. We were not replacing the tube, vanities or toilet. After thinking about the price I asked Jennifer 28 Sept 2019 at the Home Show if I could do the demo to save some money and let them do the rest. She said they had to do it all or none. She added that it wouldnt do any good to call the office because its company policy to do all or none.

My wife and I talked with several bathroom remodeling companies before we started talking with Mike at Rebath. He was very patient with our questions and explained the pros and cons of tile vs. LVT, quartz vs. granite and the warranty. He brought in samples and educated us on the process, materials etc. Mikes no pressure, educational approach convinced us to go with Rebath. Once we signed, he drew up some great plans and set our expectations on schedule. John managed the project and he was great...checking in and calling ahead of time to confirm arrivals etc. The gentlemen who did all the counters, showers and tile work were very polite and delivered a fantastic end product. They just installed the borderless glass yesterday and my wife and I couldnt be happier!

The materials received were not what I ordered and had to be returned for the correct finish on the shower heads and accessories. Delta stopped making the finish I ordered and yet no one bothered to tell me?The shower itself was not supposed to go all the way up to the ceiling and yet it did. Most disappointing factor is the sales team- project manager- He never called to check on the install, make revisions for the design that was not clear fir the installer or after the project was completed. This is only phase 1 of the bathroom renovation. Rebath could have gained an approximately another 20k with phase 2 and 3.Jeff, the installer was absolutely wonderful! He worked with me throughout the week to ensure that The modifications needed would make me happy.
