Today was very frustrating because of the old equipment failing, but with extreme patience, knowledge, and persistence all is repaired and we never lost faith in his abilities. I had Gordon come out to have a look at a handyman job I was not qualified for. He didnt just look at the problem, he studied it from every angle. He even went into the crawlspace to be thorough (I wouldnt go into the crawlspace). He gave me a few options for repairs. Overall I am very impressed with him as a plumber and the company for the responsiveness and quality of communication. I dont think I will ever call another plumber. Highly recommend these guys!

Had running toilet. Wayne charged me $270.+ for a $12. flapper a simple fill valve replacement. Nearly $300. later, my toilet is still running.

What started off as a quick and cheap pipe repair under my house turned into a complete replacement of my outdoor system. From start to finish Austin was respectful and informative of everything he was doing. He made sure that I was absolutely aware of what was going on and what he was doing to fix the issues. My service request started with an easy repair in the crawlspace under my house. Austin dove right in to identify the issue and make the necessary repairs. After he turned the water back on at the pump house he was able to identify a hairline Crack in the pipe going to the house from the pump. Having had the pipes at my pump house repaired an replace multiple times over the past year, I was less than happy to hear I needed more repairs. Austin quickly diagnosed a few major issues that needed my immediate attention and put together a service plan that best suited my needs. The next day Austin showed up and jumped right into the repairs we agreed to the day before. Within a couple of hours he discovered that I needed to replace the pump itself, after running some numbers and making sure the parts were available, he got back to work. Within an hour the parts needed were delivered and the work was underway. Austin spent his entire work day in my yard, covered in mud and water to make sure that my family had a properly operating water system.. Austins professionalism, attention to detail, and skill prevented me from having to spend thousands of dollars down the road. Though these repairs were not expected and I did not anticipate replacing the system when I first called, I have peace of mind knowing that technicians like Austin Smith will make sure that the customers needs are met and they are absolutely satisfied with the work before they leave the job. We are so pleased with the work Brock did to fix our leak in the main line coming into our house. He was very professional and nice. He worked through a downpour to dig up a section of concrete and fix the leak and then reroute the water line into the house. When everything was fixed, the work area was very clean and ready for the concrete to be fixed. I would recommend him with no hesitation at all!

Such an amazing experience. The tech showed up. We examined the situation together and discussed multiple ways to fix it. Once we got a solution he got to work. Took out my old cabinets and all the junk and capped the pipes. Looks so new and so clean. He also gave me a great quote on full house pex pvc update. (It was built in 1953). And wow.
