A horrible company. A 1-day job took 5 additional days spread over a month that we had to spend at our house and not at work. The additional days were because they couldnt cut the backsplash properly on 3 separate occasions! Also, the branch manager (the daughter of the previous owner) is incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and a prime example of why nepotism rarely results in good customer service. The former owner/dad (sold the store back to corporate) came out and did the initial measurements and template inaccurately. When we started having concerns and frustration, we called the salesman, Matt, (the husband of the office manager and son-in-law of the former owner). He said it would be up to Paige (the wife/daughter/general manager) to fix the problem. Paige laughed off the whole situation and said only the regional manager could make amends. The corporate regional manager was the only adult professional in the whole chain of command. The work crew team lead, Chance, is outstanding and did his very best with the situation. However, the work crews are set up for failure by the poor manufacturing in their shop and because there are only two ill-equipped work vans for the whole company so they often did not have the tools and supplies they need to properly perform the job. (The one tool they needed was invariably always in the other van) The company recently started using Lowes for referrals and they are obviously a small-time mom-and-pop outfit ill-equipped to handle the amount of work they now have.

We love our new updated kitchen. The white subway tile backsplash and the marble-like counter top is beautiful. Our favorite is the HUGE kitchen sink. Kudos to the installers for a very professional job that was done in a day!

A+ rating from start to finish. Matt came down to North Myrtle Beach from Wilmington with all his samples and walked us through the process step by step. When it came time for the installation, the crew arrived on time, had everything they needed and were pleasant and engaging throughout the day. The installation took about 8 hours and they stayed at it with the exception of a short lunch break. We couldnt be more pleased with the countertops, backsplash and new sink. Like others who have posted, my experience with the Granite Transformation team in Wilmington has been an excellent experience.From the first phone call to the last details their customer service and skill sets are excellent. It is hard to find people who do what they say and have integrity and character. I cant recommend them enough. We have used them to redo our bathroom and kitchen and wouldnt hesitate to call them the next time we want to make changes.

When I lived in New Bern, N.C. I had Granite Transformations come in and put in new counter tops and a new sink. I loved it so much that 11 months ago I moved to Florida and have already had the office down here put in new counter tops and sink in this new home for me again. I love this product. I did chose a different color in this house and still love the product. The company just seem to send really qualified installers to install them and they do a first class job. I am not planning to move any time soon but if I should I would again use them.

I have used Granite Transformations for three projects in my home. I originally started out just doing a kitchen make over, new quartz counter tops and new drawers and cabinet fronts. After completing the kitchen I was so pleased with the results that I then had them complete a hall bathroom and separate laundry room. The results again were exactly what I was looking for, and still having some money left in the budget we tackled the hall bathroom which turned out fabulous. That bathroom was a complete do-over, new tub, new flooring, baseboard, and the shower surround on the walls was done in the same quartz material as was the countertop. I couldnt have been happier. Everyone I had dealings with there from the salesperson, to the front desk, to all the installers I have nothing but good to say to them. Work was done in a professional manner, job site left clean daily, and best of all they worked had to provide what they had promised to do so, and did. They met all my expectations, and im looking forward to using them again when its time to tackle the master bathroom project.

We have an older home that definitely needed some kitchen updates. We knew that Granite Transformations could help us renovate our counter tops and some cabinetry refinishing, but assumed we would need to hire a carpenter to complete additional remodeling. We were surprised and happy to learn that they could perform many other tasks associated with our kitchen remodel. In only a few days time, Granite Transformations not only completed our counter tops, but also removed half of a wall and relocated two of our cabinets across the room. They also performed a complicated expansion of part of our cabinets that were too narrow to accommodate a modern-size oven. They were kind, professional, and kept in close touch regarding our project. We just had our Granite and Backsplash installed and I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the overall quality of service we received. Our initial appointment was scheduled super quick and we loved having Steve in our home while he showed us all the options available. He was super friendly and provided his honest advice on things he thought we needed and things we did not need. This meant a lot to us, since we have never been through this process before. It’s hard to find that type of integrity in many businesses these days. When he left, not only did we feel completely comfortable and excited with our choices, but we felt we made a friend in the process. In no time at all, Dan came out to ‘template’ our kitchen for our granite and backsplash. Wow, what a great guy! He was so personable and I loved our talk while he was getting things ready. He found out we would be visiting the Wilmington area soon and was kind enough to give me the ins and outs of the best places to visit, even taking the time to draw me a map of pristine coastal waters to visit off the island. We had our installation date all ready to go, and then Hurricane Florence let us know who was really the boss and our plans quickly changed. Even though Wilmington had major damage and their business was affected, they put their own needs aside and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. When install day came, Brandon and Steven gave us a call with an ETA that morning and greeted us with a smile. They took their time and made us feel comfortable with what to expect. I really enjoyed our conversations throughout the day and how special each of them made me feel. They put their all into my Installation and it really shows! Everything came out just gorgeous and I can’t wait to start my next project! Last, but not least, I wanted to thank one more person that I feel kept us informed throughout the ENTIRE process from beginning to the end. Paige is like a cherry on top of an already amazing experience. We have chit chatted like friends, and she has even responded to my questions, etc during off hours. I was excited about the high reviews. However I was disappointed at the product they sell. They have great custom service which was apparent by all the sheets of paper saying how great it was. The building smelled like cigarette smoke. Again I was excited to go and look granite countertops but was disappointed with the product.

Granite Transformations came to my home and spent time with me helping determine which colors would compliment the kitchen best. The process took one day and not a speck of dirt was left behind.
